My nail tech did an excellent job of replicating something perfectly that I found on Pinterest. Very professional and skilled!

I have been coming here for 3 years and it has gone down hill. Sadly I cant return. Ive had 6 surgeries in the last 7 months and was getting my nails done before each surgery. Color came off one nail the night before surgery and another nail was getting snagged. I went in to show the owner and she finished peeling the color off. The day before surgery. She offered to fix it but as I explained, there was no time. Ever again.

I absolutely LOVE coming here!David gives the best pedicures and foot massages EVER!The other gentleman does an absolutely AMAZING job on manicures and hand massages.You can definitely tell who likes feet and who likes hands.The interior design with the Mosaic tiles and decor is absolutely beautiful.Only suggestions:Please hit that ventilation system with a vacuum like its nobodys business. Also, with the amount of combustible and flammable chemicals, plus acrylic powder and Emory board sanders, being used proper ventilation is key for health reasons, but most importantly can become a fire hazard and hazmat issue when the proper air circulation isnt constant. ;)#seekingemploymentOH, and the potty is always fresh and clean!

From the second I walk in, I was relaxed. The nail colors were so well organized and it was super easy to find a color. I was approached quickly and politely and I was immediately taken care of. Vee was so polite and made me super relaxed during my manicure. Delaney Nails exhibits true customer service. Giving me options and asking my preferences! Not the best hand photographer but I loved my nails!

Did a good job with nails however make sure you book an earlier time. I went late and could tell the employees were tired so they did nick me a bit, but I dont blame them. Ill be coming back at a better time. They also have very good prices!

I made appt for gel pedicure and nail take off. At er nails were almost to be painted. She ask me to pay.. i say i got a pedicure too. Tell me i have to come back bc they to busy. The person who answered the call didnt communicate. Then ibwas feeling uncomfortable from the start. Never will i come here again. How am i to come back another day. Ill rather drive to va where its done as i needed.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and have always had a great experience. David and Natalie are spectacular. The work is impeccable and the pedicures are so relaxing. If you want to maximize your experience I recommend the Milk and Honey. Its worth the extra money and feels AWSOME!

Horrible! I had powder gel done here before, and on my second appointment a professional TORE the gel off my nails. Not soaked, not drilled off, but tore them out. Obviously, there was little left of my nails. Never went there again, and learnt how to do my own nails so that I dont have to experience it again.

The man who did my nails did a great job! I needed a fill and I also had 2 broken acrylics, one of which was causing a lot of pain because it was pulling on my real nail. He fixed them both and I’m not in pain anymore. I didn’t feel rushed, he spent a lot of time filing and shaping my nails and he paid a lot of attention to detail. Sometimes fills leave my nails looking bumpy but he did a great job making sure they were smooth. The prices are reasonable too!

Natalie takes very good care of my nails. She’s kind, courteous and very professional. She’s never failed my expectations! She’s keeps me coming back to this place. I have never been disappointed.

I visited this shop for the first time yesterday.I made the appointment for two and requested that we be sat together; we ended up having to sit at opposite ends of the salon.Both of our nails are extremely uneven.Mine are not the correct length or shape, the paint job is shoddy at best. They are also sticking up way higher than they should be!I left the shop EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with bleeding cuticles.

First time coming to this salon, I have to say I m very happy. The nail tech was very professional and she did an awesome job. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean professional nail place:)

I came in close to closing time(I called ahead) for a gel polish change. The salon was super clean and really inviting. They did an amazing job and didn’t rush me at all, loved the outcome

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. The manager is rude and I was culturally offended. I have a sensitive nail condition and was treated with the utmost disrespect that as a 37 year old woman I left there and cried in my car. Even after that offensive treatment I paid and tipped and DID NOT even receive a Thank You. NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️

I walked in when it was busy, with no appointment, and received prompt service. Nail tech was friendly and did a great job. She paid a lot of attention to detail and really took her time making sure my nails looked good. She also did my cuticles for me, without pain, which is pretty rare in my experience. Salon is clean and pricing is fair.

I absolutely love this place. I have never had a bad experience or bad nails done here. They also made so many improvements to the salon. Hired some new people which I LOVE. I always am super satisfied with my nails.

The manicurist/pedicurist was good. Communication was a bit tough. The owner was not very courteous. Overall, my first experience was good. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice, professional and courteous.

Not even acknowledged for five minutes when I walked in and even said hi and asked for help. Had a terrible pedicure there once but tried going back for a quick eyebrow. Save your money and time

Now.... Im only giving this place two stars because half of it is my fault. I arrived at this place at 4:50pm (they close at 5) but I wasnt aware of the closing time. I assumed it was no later than 6 and I didnt check before I came in. I signed in and sat down. Nobody spoke, asked me if I needed assistance, I was just overlooked. At 5:23 pm I finally decided to ask how long the wait would be for a manicure and he said that they were closed. Do you see my frustration here? All of that could have been avoided if I was attended to immediately upon arrival. They could have informed me that they close at 5 and I would have left and went to the mall (across the street) and gotten a manicure. I will give this place another try and hopefully it will be five stars instead of 2.EDIT**CAME BACK AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I LOVED MY MANICURE!! HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH MY NAILS AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT THANKS AGAIN!EDIT 1/14/2020***I am still going to this salon when Im in town. They have great customer service and gave the customers a little gift for Christmas and it warmed my heart. Its the little things sometimes. My nails are always fantastic and they fix issues without complaint. Love this place.

I have been going here for over a year. When you walk in you are greeted by everyone. Natalie has taken care of me with the upmost professionalism and does an excellent job on my nails. She is patient and extremely helpful when I cant decide on a color. Natalie always takes pride in her work and you can tell by all the compliments I receive.. best ever!!

A bit small and my nail tech didnt do a great job on my long nails. Im used to a nice shine from my gel polish. He missed the sides of my nails & they look a bit dull. I live in Woodstock, so it didnt seem worth it to go back to ask for another top coat. Will simply go to my regular salon, in Owings Mills.

Needs better customer service. People come to relax and get horrible stares and poor customer service. Unknown if it’s just that or due to my race. Especially from the woman that sits at the second chair. Her face is always frowned up and she never speaks. It just makes it an uncomfortable time instead of a relaxing one.

In my experience with receiving fill ins for my acrylic nails I was impressed on how detailed my person was. He took his time and Dulaneys was the only nail salon I have found that could give me coffin nails (because my nails r wide). He contiously went back to make sure he didnt make a mistake and left me and my friends very satisfied :)

I patronize this business for three years . New management came recently and a new manicure tech name Taylor begin doing my nails. I started feeling uncomfortable Feeling like the business no longer welcome other ethic people any longer. . I was told this week they couldnt service me anymore. What was hurtful there wasnt any accident that lead to this mistreatment. I was a loyal three customer until now . Just thought I would share my recent experience.

I never review on Google but im surprised by the negative reviews especially about waxing. Ive gotten my eyebrows done here for years and they do a GREAT job. I live in the city and Ive tried closer places but no one compares. Ive had one bad gel manicure here but they fixed it the next week for free.

They dont listen to you and they try to work you and make you think thats the way things are suppose to be! They dont have an eyelash person they dont do eyebrows right and they dont do nails correctly and for the high prices they charge they should know what they doing!!! And its a very small narrow space,if i could give a zero i would

This is my new go to nail salon . They really take their time and pay attention to detail . Anything I’ve ever had a problem with was fixed without any confrontation . My first time was a save from a previous nail disaster, my second time I got Daniel in chair 1, he did amazing on my green set, I was so pleased with the short wait and quick service . My Third time at this location and I was moderately pleased with my services - I received a gell fill in with gel polish and gel polish on my toes no mani or pedi because of time . I had the tech in chair 8 - you can tell he genuinely cared about the quality of his work because he took time to shape, clean up, measure and compare my nails as he went - I was so appreciative of him for that- however a few were lumpy - not shaped the same and not the same length . The polish job was beautiful though, the experience left me feeling so so - That’s why I typically like going to the same chair when I’mthere - there’s not always consistency with all techs but they’re all so polite . I will be going back to get them fixed .*update I just received my set repair from my third visit free of charge ! and they look fabulous ! I’m uploading my recent pink set

Horrible service my gel nails are chipping the second week after getting them done and one nail just fell off. My nails should be lasting longer than this very unsatisfied with the service provided.

Dulaney nails is a cute, clean little nail shop. Its prices are good and the employees are excellent at what they do.I had my nails painted at Dulaney Nails several times for a show, and the polish lasted a whole week before chipping. The only reason it started chipping was because I use my fingernails a lot... so Im not one to usually get my nails done. But regardless the amount of wear I put on my nails, the polish held up very well, considering the circumstances! I was delighted with the quality of service. Its a friendly atmosphere and a nice sunlit shop. Definitely a place to go for a nice pedi or mani :)

Paid $45 for a jelly pedicure & several steps were skipped until I pointed them out! Youre the PROFESSIONAL!!! Why should I tell you WHAT youre skipping??? WONT BE BACK!!!

Great manicures would give a 4/5 for that (men do better than the women in my experience) but be careful with the eyebrow waxing they take a little more than you ask / i broke out from it.

I thought had made an appointment but when I went in, they told me there would be a 15-20 minute wait. I don’t know what the purpose of making an appointment is if you can’t honor the time. Irritated.

I’ve been there twice first was ok. But they messed my daughters nails up and cut them so short. The second time I think the girl thought she was racing the guy next to us. She was fast and rough She cut my nails too short with three weeks left before my son’s wedding. On top of that two nails are broken and the color is weird like it was supposed to be taupless beach and it’s greenish and there are red streaks under. I will not go back

Do not ever get your eyebrows done here. You will be absolutely disappointed and possibly break out immediately due to the wax. And she left me a mess. Cloth and wax left on my face and in my hair.Barely any room to move in this place with other people here.Bad customer service.Can barely speak english.

Just got. my nails done it was my first time, I wanted to get a pedicure and a fill in, 1st he did the fill and it came out soooo bad like I kept telling him he missed places and he went back over and did not file them down like if I could give 0 stars i would !!!! I arrived to get service. As soon as she walked in the service provider gave me a not so friendly look and told me that it would be a 15 min wait...I was a little uncomfortable with her greeting but I got over it...15 mins turned into 30 and I noticed people that were coming in AFTER me were being serviced. When I got up to inquire about this; the same lady then told me it would be an hour. I got the feeling that they didnt want my money, so I left. I should have went with my first gut feeling and left when I got that greeting. Ill be sure to tell all my friends to take their money someplace else

What normally costs me $73 nails about 2 weeks ago, (pedicure, nails and eyebrow wax) costed me over $100 today. The nail tech charges me for even cutting down my nails. My pedicure was cold. They filled up the bowl and then had me wait 20min. Didn’t bother to even add warm water.This place went down hill.

Was a walk in. They seem very busy but took me always right away. Manicure was rushed, with no attwatten to details. I had to ask for a couple nails to be filed again for eveness. Polish chipped the next day. Will not return

Unhappy with the customer service and the way my nails look!! I asked for round nails, they gave me semi roundish square. Then charged me extra for something they did before but didn’t charge me extra for it. The guy had an attitude the entire time doing my nails. Not sure if I’ll return here!

I had an awful experience here. The service was terrible, the work was shoddy, and they spent more time chatting about me than fixing my nails.

VERY BAD experience eyebrows werent done right it was uneven I got a full face wax and the lady didnt do some spots even though I told her she missed some spots she did nothing to fix it and I was supposed to get a gel full set and she gave me a gel manicure and she was rushing and I told its not want I want and paid $90 for bad service
