DO NOT GET A MASSAGE BY CHUCK!!!! He’s a nice guy but his massages are very rough and left me with very bad back pain for 3 days after my massage, starting just hours after it and extremely painful to the touch. Other than that, it was a great experience and my facial by Ali was great. Just don’t request Chuck!!!

Not a good experience, the person giving the massage was riding around on a stool for 90 percent of the time. She didnt massage my shoulders, feet . She barely touch my legs, and arms . Normal I have a great time at about faces, but by far this was the worst.

Yesterday was my first experience as a guest, at About Faces located in Towson Mall, i decided to treat myself along with my two daughters, I showed a picture of the look I want and left out completely unhappy with my look, my nails look like press on nails, my tech did not shaved down the gel or shade under my nails, my polish set thick with polish lumps under my nails. My hands did not match one another. One nail pop off the next morning, I ask for design and was given one LV sticker and was told after that they do not do freestyle/ free hand paint. I assume she was going to design flowers or some creative design look to accommodate the Lonely LV sticker just sitting in the center of my nail. I was so confused and disappointed now u had to return to work the next day with a look that wasn’t never archived.As I complain ask to make nails a little then and more fitting to my real nails, I was told there nothing they can do and was ask to leave. After being embarrassed I kindly left and had to go to a local nail salon to fix the look, after paying $245.00 for a look I was happy with . A total waste of money. Thank god my shop only charge me 40 bucks more to fix the nails properly. I never in my life received any kind of rude service. I will never go back again. My nails was so horrible I denied getting my feet done and decided to spend my money else where. I hope this wasn’t because of my skin tone, as I noticed other race being treated much differently and professionally. I was totally rushed when I step in not having time to view prices or others things they may offer. This was totally uncomfortable, being talked down and over talk as I try to explain my look . Very unprofessional horrible uncomfortable experience. Never again.

I mistakenly went to the 1 in Timonium and was told i had 15 mins to get to the Towson location i walked in at 12;09 they talked so much that they wasted my facial time SO NO FACIAL and wanted to downgrade my service now i can only get a 1/2 hr massage but no other services a family member got me a gift certificate for mothers day and i wanted to use it all at 1 time but i will never go to this location again my experience was awful.Uggh i was so excited to come here because i had never been but never again NO MAAM

I’ve gotten my hair highlighted twice at About Faces in the past few months. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. This salon is great if you are looking for very basic blonde, traditional highlights! However, I have medium/light brown hair and wanted more of a blended subtle look but did not receive this. Both times I showed up with pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like, and both times the end result looked nothing like it. I paid the same amount both times, however the first time I got half the amount of highlights I did the second time (I didn’t ask for this) My second appt was with a different stylist than my first appt since I wasn’t happy with the previous result. At the second appointment the new stylist asked who had done my hair the first time and commented on how “stripey” and brassy it looked. This honestly made me feel better because I thought this meant she was capable of fixing it, but I left even worse off. I specifically said I did not want to go more blonde and wanted to be able to grow out my roots nicely, but pretty much left the salon as a full blown blonde. I was upset after the appointment and convinced myself it would tone down, however two months later it’s even worse. I take good care of my hair and use a toning shampoo as well. I’ve truly never felt more self conscious about my hair. I’ve had numerous friends comment on it and as a college student who can’t afford to get their hair done often, it really sucks. I have huge streaks of color all over my head and the colors range from bright blonde to red to dark brown. I would understand if there was a miscommunication about what color I wanted, however this seems to come down to technique and skill. My hair has stripes all over basically. To fix this I’m going to a new salon with more experienced stylists, however it’s going to take multiple appointments, because I will first need to have my hair completely dyed back to brown. I am really not one to ever leave a negative review and am not trying to bash this salon. I have friends who go here and love it! The ladies who did my hair were both sweet as well and I tipped them both generously for their time despite being dissatisfied. I am just hoping to make others aware that this salon may not be able to offer what everyone is looking for. I wish I had spoken up and asked for a partial refund when it happened two months ago now that I know how expensive of a fix this will be. To restore my hair and achieve what I asked for twice at About Faces I will be spending $350+. Again, this salon may be great for some but unfortunately I spent nearly 400 dollars at this salon only to be dissatisfied both times.

11/28/2020 was my second time visiting About Faces of Towson and I left feeling rejuvenated! I received an aroma therapy massage from Chuck and he was amazing. I’ve gotten several massages in my life but never from a male so I was a little skeptical, but to my surprise he knew what he was doing. He was gentle and remained professional and respectful throughout the entire time. I did not feel uncomfortable not one bit so I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Chuck and About Faces for making my experience today amazing.

This place is so clean the ladies are so lovely. Its a pleasure to go there to visit and get my nails done and my hair cut and styled as well.

I scheduled an appointment to get my hair cut and dyed here since my husband got me a gift card. Thankfully I was scheduled with Kennedy, who was amazing! She got a good understanding of what I was wanting and made it ten times better! Usually I don’t talk when getting my hair done because it feels so forced, but with her it felt like I was talking to a friend. Since I had so much hair it took a really long time and she was so polite. She even paused because she didn’t want to rush the application, since another client of hers arrived. I really appreciated her taking the time to make it perfect. My only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the women who washed my hair and the women who rang up my bill. The women was very rough with my hair. She was trying to untangle it with her hands and a brush without any kind of conditioner, so I was in pain the whole time. The women at the end dampened my whole experience at the salon. I didn’t get her name, but she had dark brown hair. When she found out I was using a gift card, she seemed so annoyed as if I was inconveniencing her. She kept saying I was supposed to bring a printed out copy, but I figured showing it on my phone would’ve been alright. I did call twice to confirm they accepted the gift card and both times they never mentioned bringing in a hard copy. She was very rude and at that point I had completely forgotten how amazing my experience was. In the end I loved how my hair turned out! Will definitely be going back to get my hair done in the future with Kennedy!

As a previous Client Care Supervisor I would like to express my honest experience to prevent clients from getting hurt. The hairstylists come into work drunk, they talk about how much they have drank and laugh about it, THAN go and cut hair! Someone could seriously get hurt and the worst part is that the director of About Faces not only does not see it as a concern but rather gets very unprofessional and quite abrasive when issues like this are brought up in order to be fixed. Almost all of the workers there talk horribly about their customers and the few stand up employees are underpaid and never ever recognized for their painstaking effort. Very immoral practices;I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I received a facial yesterday (9/13) from Chrissy and Ive been coming to her for years. She is truly a miracle worker and is so knowledgable about all things skincare with amazing energy to match. She is the only esthetician who gives me immediately results. I couldnt be more happy to wake up with beautiful glowing skin this morning.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Fabulous experience (at the Towson, MD location) from telephone inquiry (NANCY), to intake, to service delivery (TONYA), and exit. Thanks to NANCY I snagged a cancelled same-day appointment. The entire operation is professional & welcoming. My pedicure experience (The Classic Pedicure) was incredibly refreshing and relaxing. I was served wine & cheese, too! Actually, the entire experience was truly out of this world; feel like Im walking on clouds!!! I will be returning for a joint experience with my wife of 45 years.

For Christmas I had booked two 2 hour massages for gifts and the appointment was set for today. The staff called me the day of our appointment to tell me they can’t do 2 hour massages, but can do an hour and a half. This ruins a Christmas gift that was supposed to be a 2 hour massage and with no notice! Their website allows for a 2 hour massage to be booked, but the person on the phone said it’s the masseuse personal preference to do 90 minutes and not honor a 2 hour massage— so why still allow it to be booked? This was frustrating and unprofessional to say the least that it was allowed to be set as an appointment then told it would not be honored. There was no courtesy to even wave the small fee for the hot stone addition as a courtesy for the inconvenience which was totally THEIR FAULT for the miscommunication and them ruining a Christmas gift. Then when I called the Towson location back to say I would be going to another About Faces to reschedule, the staffs tone took a strong sarcastic undertone with her dry, flat, “Right. Thankkssss....🙄” though I had been put on two holds while I’m at work and had to call multiple About Faces locations to change our plans for dual massages now all due to THEIR miscommunication! It was unprofessional and rude and was not the first experience I had hoped for after reading the other reviews.

I go there because I always know Im going to get a great massage! This last time not so much probably the worst massage of my life!

Highly recommend About Faces for all services, everyone there is delightful and the space is warm and inviting. Art gave me a great haircut, even though it was my first hair time seeing him.

First facial was with Darlene. I never really considered getting a facial but I received a gift card for Father’s Day. Made the appointment and honestly showed up just wanting to get it over with. It didn’t take long to realize that this was going to be a great experience. Right away Darlene’s customer service skills were apparent but the facial was out of this world. So relaxing that I fell asleep about ten minutes in. Woke up feeling refreshed and energized. And my skin looked amazing. I highly recommend Darlene and will be going back often! I won’t go to anyone else!

Amazing color by Patrice! She told me back in September, I had the white hair everyone wants. Not ready to change my hair color at that moment. After thinking it through for several months, I decided to go for it. Patrice did an amazing job, removing my old color and letting my natural white shine through. I absolutely love it! Bebe is fantastic with gel manicures. My manicures last for at least three weeks; and I am really hard on my nails. She is great with pedicures too. Bebe is one of my favorite persons to go to at AF and I have been going there for several years. You will not be disappointed with her services.

This is spa is SO AMAZING!!! I’ve gone to Tracy twice now for my teen facial and she is fantastic! It’s so relaxing and feels amazing! The first time i got my nails done and the ladies who do your nails are so good at it and my manicure stayed on for about 2 weeks which is a long time for me! They are so considerate and provide fruit infused water, mints, and pamper you like your a queen! Will be back many times now in the future!

Got my brows done and a facial before homecoming. I was with Darlene B and I’ve been back twice with her. Amazing services and customer skills, I was extremely relaxed the entire time and my skin has never been better. Highly highly recommend Darlene as well as the spa. The Almost Heaven Spa package was amazing. My service providers were THE absolute best! Oh Soon, did my massage. She was funny and very friendly. Olga did the European facial. Very matter of fact, but knew what she was doing. Anna, did my manicure and pedicure and she was very detailed and gentle. Then, Patrice did my hair. She was very caring and gave excellent styling advice. The lunch served was excellent and very tasty. Topped off with herbal tea and choice of wine, soda or lemon water. Spoil yourself and go!!! It was definitely worth it!!

Kita always does amazing job on my hair!

I was very excited to treat my mom and I to facials, massages and a haircut. Our initial experience was great, they were very welcoming and got us settled. Patricia did my massage and was lovely, deeply cared about my experience. Melissa, who did my facial, was not so great. It was clear I was just another random client to her, she didnt give me any feedback on the condition of my skin even after I specifically asked to to have a quick conversation after the facial to get suggestions. She agreed...but then left me after my facial was complete.The front desk woman looked at me like I was less than and it was clear she didnt think I had adequate funds to take care of her employees. I always tip 20% and look very put together, though appearance shouldnt matter when I am paying good money to be pampered and treated well. She even checked my envelopes to be sure that I paid her employees enough.I left feeling awful and judged to be honest. I would love to return to see Patricia for a massage, but the rest of the staff deters me. When I asked my mother about her experience, she said her masseuse didnt even ask her if she had any specific needs...which is odd for a custom deep tissue massage.

So relaxing! The best massage Ive ever had. They play nice calming music in a dimly lit room. I could have fell asleep and just stayed there all day. They offer many services and packages. Look for specials around the holidays. Very nice bathrooms and dressing rooms. Great Mani and pedi service. Prices are fair and they offer cute gift certificate boxes as gifts. They have a nice store in the lobby but many items are expensive.

Had a wonderful prenatal massage compliments of my wonderful friend. Im 32 weeks. I had the out of body experience I get at a really good massage, where I fall asleep and feel like Im between sleep and awake. Then I ask myself, was I sleeping? My baby and I really enjoyed ourselves after a tough few weeks; felt the stress melt away.

I have been using this location for massages for years. They are wonderful every time. If you like a lot of pressure, Nay is your girl. I go to her often. If you like lighter pressure, see Oh Soon for lymphatic massage. She’s equally as great. They also do great couples massages and afterwords they have a little fruit and cracker tray ready for you with wine. I had my hair done once here for prom and it was a disaster. It took so long I missed pictures. It was a new stylist and I was accidentally told to come in with wet hair. When I sat down in her seat, she acted like it was a catastrophe that my hair was wet. It was unprofessional and she ended up needing another stylist to help her. The staff quickly realized that this was a terrible client experience and did throw in free perks but I just couldn’t understand how this stylist was qualified to work there when she was so green.That said, I’ve been going to Melissa for my eyebrows for almost a decade and she’s phenomenal. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done by others and it’s never as good as Melissa. Not only is she an absolute perfectionist but she never makes my eyebrows look too thin, and she’s an absolute sweetheart. Can’t say enough about how fantastic Melissa is!

I have been to the Timonium location for various services in the past (pedis, massages, lashes, hair and more). And always have a wonderful customer service experience. Now I live in PA, and have a hair girl there. However, this particular day, I had another appointment on the Towson area, and figured I would try to save time and stack appointments by just getting my trim somewhere near there. So last week I scheduled a 4:30 with “Kita”. Got not 1, but 2 confirmations for the appointment. I arrive at 4:20. Wait at the door, am called in, check in, get my temperature taken, and sign a covid waiver. Then the hostess takes me to the hair area, says to just stand right there and wait, waves her hand while saying “She’ll be with you shortly” so I assumed she meant the stylist with a client. So after standing there about 20 minutes, I walk over and ask the lady if there was a rest room I could use while I wait. She said yes, and asked who I was waiting for. I said maybe you? It’s Kita? I’ve never been here. She said no I’m not her, bit that’s her station, I’m sure she’ll be over soon. I said ok. Arrive back from the rest room and wait some more. At 4:50, finally, a lady comes over and says she is Kita and asks who I am. I told her I was her 4:30. She started shaking her head saying “no, no. No I can’t see you. I dont know why they did this. They messed up my schedule. No I can’t see you I have so so e coming in now”. I said “what? I have a 4:30? It’s been scheduled for a while now?” She says “no no,.... you can wait over here if you like (while leading me to a chair in a corner at the back of the salon) and when I’m done I’ll come over but I don’t know I have someone coming so you have to wait”. So I simply said “no, no I dont have to wait. I’ve been* waiting. I have somewhere else to be later so I’ll just leave” and left. Because who knows how long she expected me to sit in the corner. This was already 20 minutes PAST my scheduled start time. Now, I understand mistakes and double bookings happened. But I was a new customer, and had already been waiting all that time. The other person wasn’t there yet. She could have said “can I wash and cut you, then skip blow drying and let it air dry? That way I can still fit you AND the other customer in?” To top of off, she didn’t even apologize!!!! She made it seem like I was ruining her day being there, that it was a nuisance having a customer waiting. Very strange. To top it off, no one from the salon even called me after I walked out! Would t you call and see why someone was checked in but never checked out, not received a service? HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. But I have to at least give 1 apparently. Avoid this place. Drive 10 extra minutes to go to Timonium.

I got a manicure, haircut and balayage. Everything was great and everyone I met was so pleasant. Patrice did my hair. It’s the best cut I’ve had in years. She’s awesome. I’d highly recommend her. I’ll be returning for sure.

Made a second appointment. Went only to be told that my bikini waxer is on a 3 week vacation. Had I been told this at my initial appointment by her or the staff. I would not have made a second appointment. I would have not wasted my time and gas going there. Plus they called me and left a message at the WRONG PHONE NUMBER. Found out once there they have a completely different number on file for me. How pathetic is that...... I will be taking my services at a different place.

Very relaxing, many services to choose from. Personalized services, hair salon, manicure, pedicure, nice tea, snacks, plush robes, smoothing music, great people. Kenilworth Mall has plenty of parking. Pleasant waiting areas.. I recommend a Spa day to everyone, young and old. I will be back. Nice eating places in mall. Nice places to shop in the mall. Restroom in mall and on site. Handicapped parking and entrance.

Really nice set up massage was good heated bath was good. However Im tired of being mistreated when I go places I was rushed out of the seating area after my bath because I was told there was a big lawyers party that was setting up and there. After calling into the office they did try to make it right by sending me a gift card to come back however First Reactions tell a lot and I did feel as I was mistreated I had to rush to get dressed in a heated locker room when I had just came out of the heated bath. I was really already hot and sweaty putting clothes on and I just want to relax and cool off for a while and the seating area first. However its a nice place very nice and relaxing just a lady at the front when I was there she dropped the ball with me

Luba is hands down the greatest manicurist!! I went in for a regular manicure 8 days ago and my nails still look awesome, today! At a normal nail studio I get 2 or 3 days out of a manicure before they start to chip. Less if the manicures are back to back. I had legit just gotten my nails done before I went to Luba, so I should have only had a day or two before chips, but its incredible...!!!! I cant believe how fabulous she is and how awesome they look. Totally worth every penny!!

Cant say enough about the incredible work of Tiffany!! I am a blonde who gets balayage done a few times a year. Tiffany has been the best stylist ever! I have tried several others, and I will always go back to her. So knowledgeable about her craft and gives incredible feedback on whatever I want done. Her work is flawless and she takes the extra time to do everything to the highest standard. Never leave there disappointed!

What a disappointing experience. Arrived for a cut and color. Immediately seen by stylist who was very nice. Sat with color on in a little side room for awhile. Taken to sinks to get it washed out and conditioned. And sat there. After an extraordinarily long time, I begin to look around and the stylist is right beside me washing someone elses hair! They get up and go back to her chair. I ask the woman who shampooed my hair to get me a towel and said I was done. She said that client had short hair and it would be quick. At this point, I had been in the salon for over an hour and a half. Seriously. With a wet head and color staining my face, I told the stylest I was leaving and went up to the front to check out. The stylist followed and said she could make the other woman wait. Really? They did charge me in full for the color, too, a little over $70. Someone called me to follow up and said a manager would contact me but never did. I would not go back.

I recently booked an appointment for Acrylic Full Set and later on for a Fill-in with the Nail Technician Aun’Drea. She was amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable about her work and nails. She is Super Clean, made me very comfortable, and had great conversation . Unlike some of the other Rude employees there Aun’Drea is very polite, professional, and genuine. She truly cares for her customers and the service they receive. Go book your appointment with her she’s worth every penny!!!!!Definitely a returning customer.

Ive been a client of About Faces since I was 4yrs old (My mom would take me with her when she had her appointments and I would get a mani-pedi and I felt so special and pampered and it was the greatest gift my mother could have given to me). 36yrs later, and we still have mother/daughter Spa days. About Faces is the number one Spa in the state.

I have worked at About Faces for over 17 years; it’s a wonderful, supportive environment towards its employees

The staff is not very helpful and has unfair practices towards different people. I used to really like this place but the staff is not welcoming to all of its guest! Ive been ignored as if I wasnt standing in line to pay. Ive been lied to about availability and technicians who were available. Ive been treated as if my money wasnt welcomed here. I do not rrecommend this location

I have been going to this place for over 30 years and wouldnt go anywhere else for a pedicure. Jane Teplitsky has been doing my nails since day 1and I love her--best mani pedi anywhere, ever! They also do great hair, facials and massages. Go here!

So far I have had nothing but great experiences! My haircut and style was wonderful, my mani/pedi looked fabulous and lasted for more than a week, and I absolutely ADORE Erin who gave me the SMOOTHEST legs Ive had in years!

I used to have mani-pedis done here all the time, but started to go to a place closer to work. Now that Ive changed jobs, I thought Id come back since I live in Towson. No problem with the pedi, but the shellac mani did its best to hang on for 10 days. Five days in it had chipped on a tip and by 10 it was peeling at the cuticles. I could easily go three weeks at the previous salon and my nails looked great. Its not like it was a rush. It was a Sunday a.m., I was the only customer, and she took more than allotted time (that was fine).

Love the experience the staff was warm an welcome I am coming back again excellent service.💖💖

Cant say enough good things about this place and ESPECIALLY Jessi Cooper! Cant get any finer talent with the shears. Make an appt with her. You will not be disappointed!

It was my best experience with my nails. My friend recommended Sanaa for Shellac manicure. She is very good at it and very threw so as well at pedicures .

Edit - May 2018 I made an appointment for a pedicure after my massage. Was told the lady would be right with me twenty minutes passed and she never showed up.Edit - March 2018 Two of the spa employees were loudly talking trash and cussing in front of me about another employee. When I spoke to Stacy up front about how uncomfortable it made me feel she completely ignored me like I wasnt standing in front of her.Original Review -Some of the staff is nice, friendly and professional but the quality of management is just plain poor. Ive tried to politely speak with management through the year and a half that Ive visited here but havent gotten anything but deer in the headlights look from management. Whats worse and heartbreaking is that many of the staff have confirmed that there is no solid management.If your a busy person and you tend to make hair appointments a day or two before, you WILL get dirty looks from previous stylists that youve worked with.If you discuss getting hair extensions... you will be given a stylist that will scoff if you ask about any other types of extensions that she obviously is too good for and she will tell you that someone else does those.... and waves a hand in your face.If you get waxing you have either large patches left on your legs or you get screamed at by the old black haired northern European lady to LAY BACK DOWN!! I have PTSD and was sent into a panic attack and I refuse to go get any services from her again.(I decided to never go back and got laser hair removal done at Belcara Health)Ive gotten a facial done here and had almost no extractions done although I specifically asked for it. I believe that was Melissa. Although they massaged my hands for most of the time there.They do not offer a gel nail services but offer old school shellac..... which of course actually cost more than gel and starts to bubble and peel off within a few days.The only shining quality in the place is Alexis for my eye lashes and facials.And Miss Nay for massages.

Day of Beauty for mother’s day---More like a Day of Hell! Booked this appointment 1 month in advance and called several times just to make sure everything was scheduled correctly but no such luck! One massage resulted in bruising and burned feet where the hot stones were placed, the other massage consisted of literally zero massage since the technician had a cut on her thumb and the third massage should have been called pressure point touching.Facials were next and they were not much better-I guess this an opportunity to promote their products and the need for monthly services-who wants a sales pitch when they should be having a relaxing day. Techs put a cloth over our eyes and left the room for 15 minutes--Really?!Mani/Pedi was a joke! They did not know we all were scheduled, a big back and forth about how they were going to do to fit us all in! Could not accommodate Acrylic-Gel manicures and received a lecture from one of the many retired-aged nail techs about how both acrylic and gel ruins nails! The pedicure was something from the 1960s, put plastic bags on our feet and again left the room for 10 minutes--I guess it was break time again?!Hair and makeup was our last disaster and the last straw! Again did not have us all scheduled! One of us lucked out and had a wonderful experience with her hair but the other two, even after explaining how they wanted their hair styled ended up with what looked like a 2-year old would do!The one tech doing make-up for one of us used alcohol on her eyes as a make-up remover—said she thought it was make-up remover but the 2nd tech came over and showed her it was clearly marked alcohol!Take my advice and DO NOT throw your money away, no one deserves this kind of experience for the hefty price of $1,000. I literally feel taken advantage of and totally ripped off, it is a crime and a shame that I even had to pay for this abuse!!!I will never go back to About Faces and will make sure I spread the word so no one else will either!

I had My prom makeup done by Cheryl and my hair done by Ela. They were both very nice and welcoming and I would definitely go back!

Ella did a phenomenal job on my hair! I added more blonde to it since my hair is getting darker with not being in the sun as much this winter. I showed her pictures from this summer and she matched it! Such a sweet lady too!

Rebekah is outstanding! I have been going to her for years for brow waxing and facials. She is exceptional in every way. Ask for her!

I love their spa pedicure, but the experience can vary based on which Russian nail technician you get. Some are great; some are not much better than you would find in a strip mall nail place.When its good, I love the experience. The spa pedicure is very relaxing and its worth it for the calf massage if your tech does it. Is it overpriced for all goods and services? Absolutely.I had surgery on an ingrown toenail and I have to be very careful explaining to the tech that its a tender area. Some continue to jam their tool in there; others are experienced and know how much that hurts. Be very vocal about what you want when you go.Good experience. They need more polish colors. The ones they have are a a bit meh. They do use OPI polishes, which I love.

My nail technician is super! The atmosphere is pleasant and the cleanliness is very good.

Took my daughter to get her eyebrows tinted and the lady was wonderful.

I had a wonderful massage there today!

About Faces in Towson has treated me wonderfully. I was very surprised to read the other reviews. My service has always been pleasant with them and continue to go their for my brazilian and haircuts monthly. Jamie Khan is my hairdresser and Id recommend her to anyone.

My experience was really uncomfortable and chaotic. Tiffany did my hair in a huge rush, taking multiple people at the same time. I had an appointment and inquired about other services. She said they were too expensive and she refused to do them. I left with out a hair cut and brown spots in my blonde. Disappointing.
