This is one of the best schools in the area. The instructors are very knowledgeable in several areas of Martial Arts and training. Mr Matt is a high ranking black belt in Juijitsu Kenpo and Hapkido. He was able to fuse these into an effective fighting style and teaches and trains MMA fighters. He is very versatile and also teaches children and young adults. My son trains five days a week and it’s been a great morale boost for him. He teaches self discipline and respect for parents and elders.I train there also for cardio and to stay in shape. I’ve been able to trim some weight from the work outs. They also offer traditional Kenpo classes. Mr Morgan is a excellent teacher and he works great with kids and adults alike. I would highly recommend this school for anyone who really wants to learn the martial arts.
