Great service even better pricing! Cant believe i was paying so much before!

Do not work with them. I though this service was the thing i did not have to worry about as a business owner but I was wrong. I had many problems: dumpsters blocking my loading dock a number of times so our trucks could not back in (problem not fixed), labels for recycling put on wrong and not fixed for months, missed pickup dates (charged) then charged extra for resulting overfull dumpsters, charged me $35 dollars when my credit card info changed because it did not process.

I have called several times to have dumpster removed from the business started on August 28, 2020 and as of yet no response. Dumpster is full to capacity and neighbors are starting to complain. The service is very poor soon as business is going to get a citation.

Been using them for years never thought about switching

Stay away otherwise trash pickup will become a nightmare. Make excuses not to pick up trash.... When you call rude Owners and Manager. Look at the 5 star review given to them by their own Receptionist Charlene. Watch out for Karma.

One star is a gift. Horrible, unreliable service with one excuse after another. Guy is out sick, DOT took truck off the road, etc, etc. A whole string of broken promises, credits never issued, and customer service is horrendous.

You guys make a mistake on billing and stop picking up my trash. Then when we call you say oh I made a mistake, but still no trash pick. How can you charge a month ahead and say Im late when the month hasnt even gotten here. So, please remove your can from my yard at the end of my month which is paid till April.

Im so glad we switched. We were missed so many times by our previous company its good to not have to think about it anymore
