Love this place! Ann and Matt are fabulous! Very personable, courteous, professional, and accommodating. The facility is clean and my storage unit fits my needs perfectly.I was even able to reserve the unit online without traveling to the location. Very convenient! When I did arrive onsite, Ann greeted me warmly and didn’t just point out the location of my unit on a map, she personally took me to where it was located.Amazing customer service! Thank you!

The whole process was easy, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The national call center (phone number on website) accurately relayed information that we discussed, and within 30 minutes we had a follow-up call from Ann (at 203 E. Joppa Rd) with more specifics. They gladly accommodated our request to see two different sized storage spaces so we could make the best decision for us. Use of the moving carts on site was extremely helpful and made the transfer so much nicer. Definitely recommend!

We highly recommend the 203 E. Joppa Road, Extra Space Storage location. Anne and Matt have excellent customer service skills. All of our questions were answered. They acknowledged that we needed a few days to reach a decision. The price for the storage unit is reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Overall, were happy to have a storage unit sooner rather than later.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. The staff here are so helpful and go out of their way to make every interaction a positive one. I had a bit of a complicated case as I was shipping my boxes from across the country. Ann went out of her way to help me coordinate arrival of the boxes and arranging for us to get them up to the unit. Whenever I call to ask about something, I am always greeted with such positivity, consideration, and patience. Furthermore, it goes without saying, that the facility itself is well-kept and safe. I highly recommend this location.

I rented the storage space online and was able to do everything without having to meet with an employee. Super easy process! I just wish the building was open 24 hours. It’s a little ridiculous that I can’t access my own belongings.

The customer service has been extraordinary. Easy online application and when there was an issue with our code, they called us immediately the next morning, noted they had fixed the issue, and apologized. They followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working well. The facilities are clean, bright, and easy to access. Definitely recommend using them for your storage needs.

I’ve had a unit here for 2 years now and I love it. The staff is so nice and accommodating whenever I see them, the building is always super clean & I just love it here.

We called to find out if any small spaces were available. We were asked to come and look at available spaces. We met Ann, who took us to see three different places. She found us a space a little bigger than we asked about, at a very reasonable place. With Matts help we were soon signed up for a great spot, in an obviously well kept and secure location. We have had storage at other Extra Space locations and been well satisfiedThis one looks to be the best one yet.

So far great! I reserved a space online in the middle of the night, Kamilah called me back the next morning and walked me through the options and then did the contract with an electronic signature, explaining everything as we went through it. The price is very reasonable and the contract term is flexible so that we can move back out when we need to on fairly short notice. Havent seen the unit yet so cant comment on that, but theyre also flexible on moving you to a smaller or larger unit on move-in day.

What a welcoming I received when I arrived! I walk in and Im greeted with a smile and friendly manager, Ann. I patiently waited my turn since there was a customer who came in before me. Ann quickly said Ill be with you shortly, which I appreciated since it is nice to be acknowledged. It was soon my turn and she asked, with a smile, how can I help you? I told her we were looking for the smallest space she had and she quickly responded that she had one unit left luckily since this was a busy time for them. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. She took the time to show us the unit and explained how everything worked. She was very professional and just a pleasure to do business with. BE CAREFUL, at first I thought this the best storage facility I have ever used. I loved it! The staff, facility access, carts, elevators were all excellent. However, it has only been 4 months and already my fee has gone up by 13%. The explanation being our rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on market conditions. Which really means we can raise your rates on a whim, whenever we feel like it. What a shame, but time to change storage locations. Is there any limit to corporate greed? My pay hasnt gone up 13% in 4 months!!!

This is a great place. I have had 3 lockers, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Matt has gone out of his way to assist me. Parking is convenient and the lockers and site are very well maintained. It is right in Towson and less than 5 minutes from my apartment. Well worth the price.

Its nice, secure and clean. I feel safe. The staff is nice and helpful. My only problem is the fees increase often. Ive only had it about 3 months and the fee increased about $30/monthly.

The staff at this location is great. They are also very helpful and accommodating. The facility is kept clean and in working condition. My only problem is they sign you up for a low fee then start increasing your rates. I have had 2 rate increases in less than a year. I am just waiting for the next increase.The good thing is the facility is great and the climate control works well. Despite the increases I would recommend this facility.Addendum: Just moved my stuff from one storage unit to another in this facility. It was easy to do. What I said above still is pertinent. Get you at a low rate and increase it every few months, but the staff will work with you on that. Great place to store.
