Performed a MD Vehicle Safety Inspection on short notice. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable.

I am so pleased with their service! Went through state inspection with them, told and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed up in order to pass. They did it, in a good manner of time, and got the registration and sticker all in the same day! Thanks Rijen for fixing up my Tacoma!

We always go to Rijen for our car repair needs. They are honest and not overpriced.

I used Rijen to install an interlock device. They took about 3-4 hours to install, about an hour more than the original quoted time but I was assured it was ok. Second time at Rijen, the interlock company asked me to get another camera installed. After camera installed, the boss asks whether or not I got the instrument calibrated or not, I said yes it was calibrated beforehand and the technician didnt have the camera as a part and referred me to him. Rijen calibrated again and then charged me almost $200 extra. That is totally unacceptable. After some understanding phone people with the interlock personnel, I got the issue resolved. Dishonest boss doing business! Do not recommend!

Great shop. Very polite with good attitudes. I walked in with a special request to help me out and they more than accommodated me. They also patched a hole in one of my tires. Everything was taken care of extremely fast and I am pleased with the work. I will be returning for any future work needed.

Rijen Automotive was my goto shop for awhile until I started having problems with their mechanics and them not honoring warranties. They have a mechanic in the shop that has sticky fingers that also fixes 1 problem and creates another. When problems are brought up to BK the owner, he reacts very unprofessionally. Its hard to find a good trustworthy Automotive shop with decent prices. My actual rating of this shop is zero stars.

Mr. Rijen always has time for me when I call with any issue, which I’ve had a lot of lately with my 09 Ford F-150. He runs a tight crew with friendly staff and handles any problems in a timely and courteous manner. I highly recommend this garage.

This guy Rijen not only made a exception to inspect my car on short notice so that I could get my tags in time . Then when the inspector noticed the dealer didn’t give me the lug lock he handles the issue at a reasonable rate. Plus there was no funny stuff meaning I bought my car VA inspected and he didn’t try to say stuff was wrong or broke that wasn’t. He’s got a good shop running check him out if you need help

Rijen automotive installed an interlock on my 2016 Honda and after that my car would not start and required a jump start every time. They refused to inspect the problem and said it is not their fault. Please do not come to this shop and get your car messed up by these rude inconsiderate people.
