Best nail salon ever!!!The owner and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. I always book ahead or call because they are always busy. I have been to every single nail salon in Totowa and surrounding towns and this is the best place. First off they take their time doing a pedicure, not like other places that rush the process. the owner always does my gel manicure and she has so much passion, my nails are always flawless. I get so many compliments on my nails. A gel manicure has last me over a month with no chipping at all. Thank you for always doing a fabulous job!!!

This place is very clean. They have a great selection of polish a gel colors as well as regular polish. Silvia gives the BEST PEDICURES! New owners are very friendly, professional and customer focused. I love the fact that they take appointments as well as walk ins. I Highly recommend this salon. The attention to detail is impeccable!

I love this salon! The pedicures are spa quality treatment, they really go above and beyond. Gina is very sweet and extremely talented! I will never go anywhere else. Prices are very fair, high quality service and very clean salon. Looking forward to some relaxation tomorrow!

Love it here!! Kelly is the best. Ive been looking for a place to get my nails done since I moved to NJ almost 2 years ago. I get my acrylic nails done here every 3 to 4 weeks. Very detail oriented!!

I came here with my sister, the lady thought I wanted a regular manicure. I said no I wanted acrylics, they claimed they don’t do acrylics here and the two girls that do feet started laughing. And other reviews stated they do everything even acrylic.

The lady that sits in the front Im not sure if shes the owner but her greetings and welcoming to the nail salon was very unprofessional. The lack of customer service this lady has. The lady who Im talking about sits on the front desk on the right hand side. I gave them one star so I will be able to write this review. If you do not want a welcoming place to do your nails this is the best place for you cuz they are very unprofessional

Experienced nail technicians and always friendly and attentive to both myself and my husband. Weve been coming here for over a year and recently under new managment, we highly recommend. Customer service is great, Sylvia is still my fave for pedicures and Jessica and the new owner gives great manicures

They make your nails look fabulous when you get a pedicure they sit you in the chair that has a machine inside that massages you the ladies that work there are so nice and they have a lot of colors to pick from to do your nails they do acrylic they do gel nails they do everything.

WORSE customer service ever. This place is under new ownership. I was there this weekend on 5/6/18 and I am so disappointed. The lady who did my nails rushed the whole process. She was so rough and was literally hurting my nails. Instead of soaking my nails she used the machine to get the whole gel polish off because she was rushing. Not only do my nails look so sloppy, they were cut too short and uneven. ( Some are longer than others ) and the filing is terrible. The way she was painting my nails was crazy. Instead of smoothly painting up and down she was just throwing the polish on. Aslo, they turned down 4-5 customers with in the hour that I was there. How are they supposed to succeed in their business growing ? When customers walked in with out appointments they annoyingly laughed and asked Can you come back another time . I myself asked for a specific design and I was told that there wasnt enough time for that. I had an appointment and Im paying for the service. Whats the problem ? LONG STORY SHORT, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AFTER MY TWO YEARS OF GOING NO WHERE ELSE BUT THERE. KELLY, WILL BE MISSED.

Today would have been my second appointment for a regular manicure. Last week was my first visit and I was not impressed at all. The overall look and upkeep is completed cheap and dated. The manicure was sub par and there was no massage while you were drying. Or at least not for me, as other clients did get a massage.Fast forward to my appointment today for 11:30. Anyone who knows this area can attest to the congestion and parking nightmare. That being said, I literally walked into the salon at 11:33, as parking was quite a challenge. I was told to pick a color. While looking at the colors, the manager came over and told me that I was late and the appointment was filled by someone else. I can totally appreciate the inconvenience of late arrivals.....but 3 minutes?? Really?? When I looked at the stations, the girls were well into the manicures, which means, they basically took someone else despite the fact that I had an appointment.I will never go back to this salon....and those who do....make sure you arrive early, so that you dont get booted out of your time slot. Completely rude and unprofessional.

This place is nice. They have a special going on that is awesome. But they tell u to come back after 2 so they can charge u full price. That is pushing customers away. Also the lady chase me outside cause I didnt give her a tip. Let me tell u why. She seats there n talks n texting on her phone half the time she doing ur nail n then she has the nerve to rush u n talk nasty to u. I have always been generous giving a tip. But not when u doing a half ass job. Learn to treat ur customers nicer n stay off ur phone.

Those people are horrible . Last week I went there so one lady did wax, after she left the Chinese lady talk about her Vagina stink she couldn’t do her wax in front of other customer . I feel so Embarrass because there was 4 male customer . If any wanna do wax there better be clean.

After another new management, even worse.Stay away from this place.

I RECEIVED THEIR NEW MANAGEMENT COUPON PROPAGANDA AND WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT. THEY ARE TRYING TO LURE CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I THINK THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST WAY OF GETTING BUSINESS. GO ELSEWHERE.
