I absolutley love coming here! The staff is so wonderful and accommodating! I love how cleanly it is always kept and how quickly they get you in and out! I always leave feeling so confident, because they truly care and take their time to make sure everything is perfect!!!!

I went today super last minute and had my Brazilian done by Olivia… she was amazing! She did such a beautiful job and had a gentle hand. I felt super comfortable.. like I had known her forever and it was my first time at European Wax! I’ve gotten waxed at other places and I feel like they were never as thorough as she was. I’ll definitely be going again, thank you so much!

I have been a customer of European Wax Center for over ten years now and this is my favorite location! The store is always very clean and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have been going to Mia for two years now and she is incredible! I highly recommend both this location and Mia as a waxing specialist.

I called to let them know I was running a bit late due to traffic and they let me know they had a 9 minute grace period. I believe I got there around 5:08, they took my temperature and I sat down. The wax specialist did not come out yet so I asked the front desk if I had time to use the bathroom and they told me yes. I went as quick as I could and came right back out and the wax specialist was waiting for me by her room and proceeded to tell me RUDELY that I came past the 9 minute grace period and I used to bathroom so she would not be able to wax me. I told her that I came before the 9 minute and the front desk told me I had time. She then stated that I used the bathroom and she still would not be able to see me so I would have to see the front desk to see if they could squeeze me in anywhere. When I asked the front desk they told me they couldn’t squeeze me in when they were the ones who told me I could use the bathroom knowing I would miss my appointment!!! I then ask for the manager and she wanted me to wait around to see if anyone could squeeze me in but did not know how long I would be waiting. I left in disbelief that her staff was so unprofessional, rude, incompetent in telling someone if they use the bathroom they would miss their appointment. The manager tried to call me and fix things but it was already too late. I am never going to that location again.

I got a my very first wax done by Anisa a couple months ago. She is the best! She makes sure that you feel comfortable and are aware of everything going on. She also provides you with useful tips that will make your experience better. Incredibly friendly and professional. She truly cares about your wellbeing and makes it so easy to trust her 100%. Overall the staff is always super sweet and it’s always clean when I go in. Would definitely recommend this location and Anisa!

This location is THE BEST! Staff are always so pleasant -- always smiling, chatting with customers about life, and its simply a positive place to be.I am consistent with my appointments because the experience is cathartic for me! I was hesitant to book an appointment for a Brazilian, but after reading the reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Nef & I am so glad that I did!!Being a first timer at European Wax Center, I was nervous but Nef made me feel comfortable and talked to me like she had known me forever. This was my first time here it was ok the ladys was nice.

I had booked with a previous waxer before Nef and had an unpleasant experience, but since booking with her I will continue to visit this location and get waxed by her. I am not one to write reviews but her work deserves it! She took half the time it took for me to get waxed previously and left better results. She made it much less awkward than my previous waxer and was so friendly while staying professional. Book with Nef!

Nef is amazing! I have been to other EWCs and had many other wax specialists but no one compares to Nef. After moving to the area and making Totowa my permanent location, I am SO HAPPY to have Nef as my wax specialist. She is professional, friendly, and does a fantastic job every time!

It was my very first Brazilian, I was super scared!! But my wax my specialist ERICA was AMAZING. She was patient, very personable and gentle. It wasn’t bad like I had previously anticipated. The customer service was great all around, from the front desk, to the specialist. I will definitely be back. EWC, Totowa NJ.

I love this location! All of the staff is amazing, including the very personable owner! It’s very rare to see an owner helping the staff and welcoming guests. I have been going to the Totowa location since June and Erica was my wax specialist, whom I absolutely adore! She was out today and I booked with Rachel, again another outstanding wax specialist. They all make you feel so comfortable, the best!

Nev was fantastic! She was kind, gentle and very experienced. Ive been going to EWC for years and she was the best person Ive ever had in all of my years of going.

Let me start off by saying front desk worker took care of me super fast as soon I walked to the door she greeted me and took my temperature and My waxer Erica did a phenomenal job. She was great with conversation from beginning to end. Literally made me feel as if we were friends already lol. She made me feel super comfortable. Honestly best person by far so thorough with making sure she got all my hairs. I’ve never been a fan of the prices but at this point idc if that means I get great experience every time. 10/10 experience

This place is awesome. The staff are so friendly. It was my first time a few days ago and all of the staff I came in contact with made me feel comfortable and secure. I felt like Ive known them for years! The wax specialist gave me step by step details on the processes and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. All my questions were answered and they were extremely patient with me being that it was my first time. It was a great first time experience, I will definitely reccomend for first timers. My only complaint would be pricing but for the quality I am getting from everything else its worth every penny!!

Spoke to Eileen she is supposedly the owner, of this location she was very rude and unprofessional. She gave me an appointment for 8:15 and my husband for 8:30 I was going in by myself and then I was going to comfort my husband who was getting a chest wax because it was going to be his first time. I clearly stated that over the phone, when I got there she said no you can’t, I then said I’m sorry we are not going to proceed with the services, she then said OH WELL good bye, I don’t give a s***! How does a owner talk like this?! I will never go there again! I will also let all my friends, family, and coworkers that do go here to stop! And they all are loyal to me, so you just lost out on a good handful of customers you bimbo!

Today was the first time ever I have gone to a European wax center. I was extremely nervous since I was getting my first Brazilian and full leg. My wax specialist Mia was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing. Explained every movement she was doing on top of that kept a wonderful conversation that made me feel comfortable and kept my mind of the pain. She was quick and very clean with her work. Will definitely keep going to her and highly recommend her

I have been going to EWC in Totowa for months now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My waxer, Olivia is just the sweetest and always makes me feel so comfortable every visit! She is extremely knowledgeable in skin care and always takes my sensitive skin into consideration. My eyebrows have never looked better and the rest of the services I get done always come out perfect! She always has me leaving feeling beautiful!! Good luck trying to talk to a person when you call this place. There are two girls in the reception area plus a manager in the back and every single time you call during they operating hours, the call goes to an answering system. Mia is great, but unfortunately management sucks.

I have visited different locations like Wayne, Clifton, Paramus and finally Totowa. none like totowa location, here is the customer service is excellent but what about my waxer? since the first day I met Erica has always been very professional she fills any expectation but especially with her charisma makes you feel super comfortable. she is the best!

Although Ive only had 2 visits, I absolutely love coming here, the store is always very clean and the staff is very nice and attentive however, I especially love Jo, shes so sweet and friendly and does everything to make sure your experience is not only comfortable but also lightens the mood with conversation. Shes honestly the best!

Kat is great very personable and compassionate. Did a wonderful job manscsping the caterpillars above my eyes! I would highly recommend Kat as she really tries to do the best job she can!My only complaint would be all the waxers work under a time frame per area being waxed which is unrealistic unless you have been there previously.It also leaves you with that rushed feeling.

Me and my sister came here as first timers to any type of waxing salon and had an amazing experience. We booked for full Brazilians and as you can imagine we both were extremely nervous. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and reassured us that it wasnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Our waxing specialist was Kaelyn, words cannot express how great she was. So friendly and professional making us both feel so comfortable and walking us through the entire process. Needless to say we already have our next wax booked with Kaelyn and will continue to visit this location. Everyone is amazing here and so friendly. 😍😍😍

Honestly, if it wasnt for my waxer (Anisa) working here, I would not come the this EWC. The manager has been very rude and has taken her friends before other customers even though they have been waiting much longer. They dont apply the 9 minute period for thosse who arrive late. Which can really have someone holding up appointments and have you waiting there for 30 minutes.

I have been to several European wax centers in the NJ area throughout my travels - Jersey City, Wayne, Wyckoff and this one is by far the best! The receptionists are very nice and accommodating if you are a walk-in or my appt. If a waxer is running a bit late they let you know so if you have another errand to run in the center you can check it off your list!My primary waxer is DeAndrea and she is just wonderful! The services I get are.....Brazilian, full arm, nose, eyebrow and lip. All of which I do in one session. I have never been so happy with the outcome! She makes you feel as relaxed as you can be and is constantly checking to make sure you are comfortable throughout the session.That said, I have also been waxed by a number of the lovely ladies here and each were professional and resulted in overall great waxes. I have been going here for a little over a year now and there isnt another center I would try- I found my match!

European wax center I have been going for like 3 years and it is excellent! Do not exceed 10 minutes of your appointment time because they cancel you without calling you! Always good locations in squares and malls, clean and the girls are usually very professional! All the locations you feel in the same place there are no variations
