I called because I needed my screen fixed on my laptop. It was cracked so it started to give me problems and was very difficult to see. I spoke with Sean, he was very friendly and professional. He ordered a new screen for my laptop and when it arrived, he replaced my crack screen in less than 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I am very grateful. Thank you

Excellent service. I had a issue with my laptop and was able to take my laptop into the establishment and get it serviced that same day. The next day I was experiencing issues with my WiFi in my home and took it back to Shawn and he resolved my issue. He also provided free of charge a connector that I used to plug directly into my laptop and modem to increase the speed of my internet. Excellent customer service in a time I needed my laptop because I work from home. He truly cares about his customers and very knowledgeable about electronics. Great job...

I Bent a pin on my motherboard and took it to this place and he told me that I will receive a response in an hour. Got a response under an hour and he told me I had to get a new one. I got a new brought it to him and the next day got it back I would definitely recommend and go back to this place.

Excellent Service!!!My HP 17.3 Laptop Computer got water damage and was suddenly shutdown. It could not be up-running. I brought it to iKnowRepairs later afternoon when most other stores already closed. Sean replied me on the same day, and promised that he would try his best to repair the motherboard. Early next morning, Sean called me and notified me that my laptop was up-running again and ready for me to pick up.I brought my laptop home, and relied on it to do my job at home. My laptop has 1 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.1. The one USB 2.0 was found no longer response after the water damage. Fortunately, iKnowRepairs is open on Saturday. My laptop was left in Sean’s hands on Saturday morning. Sean fixed the USB port on the same day. He didn’t even charge me for the USB port repair work.Thank you Sean!

I took our laptop due to the infamous “blue screen”.... after trying to restore the operating system Sean had to replace my hard drive. I had an issue with my Mac Book Pro screen not turning on. The guy in the shop did a reboot and PRAM system reset (which I did not find any instructions for online) and he got it working in minutes. He did not even charge me and he would not even accept a tip. Great guy!

I used their service twice, both times to upgrade my laptops to larger memory and solid state drives. The service was superb and quite reasonably priced. Scheduling was easy, the work done fast, and everything works like a charm. On the second occasion, I needed really fast turn-around as I work on this computer all the time. and they turned it around overnight, so I did not lose even one hour of work.

I called them about a battery replacement on my mac, they did not have it in stock but they quickly ordered and called me when they got it in and swapped the battery in less than hour. I had a pen in the crease of my laptop, went to close it and......cracked the screen. Lisa was was very polite and got back to me by phone and text constantly. Sean was very professional and replaced my screen for$200.00 in 24 hours. This is my work laptop, so doing the job correctly and timely were my concerns. They did an amazing job!!!! Even cleaned my computer. I was very impressed. It was quick, and fast. I thought I would have to replace the hard-drive but the technician called me back within an hour after dropping it off to the shop and assured me he would fix it. And, he did! Highly recommended!

Sean was super helpful and fixed my MacBook Pro track pad issue for a really reasonable price. It cost $65 instead of the $500 that apple was quoting me. It also took about an hr as compared to the 10+ business days that Apple required. So glad I found this place! I had to have the logic board replaced on a MacBook air. Apple wanted almost 800 for a 1000 machine and they had to send it out. Took it to these folks it was significantly less and fixed in house. It was done in less than a week. I would definitely use them again if I had any issues. I was very satisfied.

There is always that myth of fixing a computer will be very costly, not in this case, they are reasonable and their experience on their field exceeds expectations of service. Very few business have the quality of the outstanding customer service they have. Glad I found them.

Sean was pretty handy and helpful. I got my 2017 Retina 4K iMac RAM upgraded. Why I especially mentioned my computers model is that I asked many place to do it but none of them was eager to do it because it is a pretty sensitive operation. I found Iknowrepairs a few years back when I needed the screens replaced on my MacBook Air and iPad. Both were repaired quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. Both units are still working great to this day. Most recently the logic board failed on my daughters MacBook Air and I reached out to Lisa. She provided an excellent quote (hundreds less than apple) and I shipped it in for service. Less than a week later it was repaired and returned in like new condition.
