Ive bought my tires from this Town Fair Tire in the past and the service was amazing. A few moments ago my tire caught a flat, 20 minutes to closing and I called them to see if there was anything they could do to help me. Hank picked up and told me to bring my car in and he would see what they could do. I have had such a stressful week and catching a flat put the cherry on top, but Hank took care of me. Again the service at this Town Fair Tire in particular is amazing hands down. Hank was a sweetheart and the workers didnt complain that I came in so late. I would HIGHLY recommend this TFT to anyone. I went to the Torrington Location to repair a flat I had on a tire that I purchased at another town fair tire location two months prior. Joe was able to guide me through the entire process, even giving me a spectacular price on a brand new tire because of my loyalty to town fair tire and how recently I got the old tire. I have never had a better experience at Town Fair Tire, or any other auto/tire repair place. I HIGHLY recommend this location and Joe in particular to anyone and everyone. This location was also spectacularly clean and accommodating while waiting for my tire to be finished.

I get 4 New tire last week and the next day I have flat tire want back they fixed one of the tire .after that drive for half an hour the tpms light gos on want back to the shop they said we cannot fixed

Joe really hooked me up with a great set of tires for a great price. I am well versed in vehicles and I know I got a good deal on the tire that will keep me safe. Also I work at a place that has hazards to tires everywhere, and sure enough i got some punctures in one. Joe helped me out and I barely had to pay a dime fore replacement.

Just once, Id like to find a tire store that doesnt treat you like Weve got you just where we want you. Yes, I know I NEED tires and that they are a necessity, but stop exploiting it. You do it in the pricing, and I dont need you to do it in your customer service. Thank you, though, to Hank, who was friendly and salvaged my experience with another staff member who had left me hanging for almost 20 minutes.

I wanted to get a tire alignment so I called and scheduled a appointment for 3:30. They told me to hurry because the guy who does tire alignments was leaving at 4. We got there waited about 20 minutes and then one guy told us he had left at 3. So we drove there and waited for nothing. This town fair tire is very unreliable.

Not sure what happened at this Town Fair Tire as always received good service in the past...had an appointment at 3 for alignment, balance, tire rotation. Asked at 4, how much longer (could see on video, car wasn’t started on and not busy). Was told very loudly and spoken over that it could take up to 90 minutes. They then supposedly completed all the work in 22 minutes. After driving away, I took a look at alignment report and see it is not for my model of car. Call them back and talk to the manager and was told loudly and spoken over that, that didn’t matter. I know it does from a previous experience at my car dealership, so tell him and again he talks over me and then hangs up. Also was very uncomfortable as a staff member choose to go into the waiting area to chat without wearing a mask. I had to leave that area. Will definitely not be going back.

Brought my 2 month-old car in for a slow leak in my rear tire and even though I was frustrated about having to be there so soon, Spencer was absolutely fantastic! He assured me it would be repairable, walked me through what my options were if for some reason it wasn’t, and then when I picked up the car he explained that my dealership actually put my tires on incorrectly and he had the team fix that for me as well at no additional cost which was a refreshing surprise. Any future tire issues and I will be sure to go back to this location!

Was told to hurry up and get down there and they could perform an alignment. I was there in 7 minutes. I was told the alignment tech left 40 minutes ago. Apparently there is an off premises call center that has no idea what is actually happening in the store. Poor customer service.

I’d say, for constructive criticism, always remember to lock customer’s doors especially if you don’t accept responsibility for theft. It’s obvious that Joe takes pride in his job. Techs should also take pride in their job by doing the little things like locking doors. I’m still very happy with the tires and the 4 wheel alignment done.

Fair prices, honest service, only reason I only gave 4 stars was because I walked in with an appointment but 2 things bothered me: 1. When I made the appointment online it didnt give me the option to specify what tires i wanted so that the location could have them ready. 2. I went in knowing the exact tire, tire size, and price (because I shop around and know what I am buying) but was questioned multiple times as to why I wanted that specific tire over snow tires. It almost felt like yet again another young male employee was doubting my ability as a female to have any knowledge of my car (2020 Subaru wrx) and what I wanted to buy. Otherwise timing was almost exact was told 1 hour 30 minutes for service and i was done in 1 hour and 36 minutes. Clean restrooms. Socially distanced waiting area. Good experience overall.

Brought my car here for a simple tire change and received my car back with a half eaten bucket of kfc chicken and potato wedges all over my back seat. As I walked in to pick up my car I saw a man storm off after hearing them talking about how they overheated his car and caused damage that they wouldnt pay for. Definitely not going back.. ever. They also spilled corn all over my spare tire somehow.

I had a terrible experience with this Town Fair Tire. I blew a tire on my way to work so I called and scheduled an appointment for my lunch break and had them order the exact tires I already had. Except when I got there they had ordered the wrong ones so we got the correct ones onto a truck to be delivered the next day and I had to drive to Torrington again. When I got there it took them 40+ minutes to find the tires even though I paid for them the day before and made another appointment. All in all I was in the shop for 2 1/2 hours for 2 tires. To make things even worse they almost discarded the good tire they took off my vehicle. If I hadn’t checked before leaving the parking lot it would have been gone. 10/10 do not recommend if you value your time.
