I am finding it difficult to find good to say this day about Doyles. My family has used them for any and all medical necessities for several family members over the last 15 years or so. We always had good customer service, always good phone communications, good if not exceptional delivery. Have not had to use services the past three years as all which needed have passed. August found the need to again require services for medical equipment, so of course we immediately go to a place where we always had positive interaction....right? Well, I am not sure what has changed at this time but definitely not happy at this time. Orders put in back in August, three different people and items.....no communication from Doyles, check on only to find out we have nothing on record WHAT? I came and checked on orders, brought down orders, verified info with 3 different employees........as did my daughter. Seriously.....you should have been there to hear the BS. Funny how they had no orders yet the very next day I get a call that 0ne item is in and I can come pick it up! What....they dont deliver now either? We cant. Hes booked up. Mhmmmm.Needless to say if I hadnt been doing this for so many years, and if daughter wasnt in the medical field. Maybe treating us like idiots would fly but.....yeah...no. Again, I am very disappointed. I cannot imagine what happened to have such drastic changes. At any rate my appreciation to Roger for helping. And to the other few.....dont just spout things....be sure.

Called them to have 2 E thanks delivered. Everytime they have an excuse as to why they cant do it. All they want to do is make a buck and force me to go to the store for what I need. Time to look for a new place that. Cares about us.

Needed a nebulizer right away they sold me one for $95 got home looked online same nebulizer that they sold me for 29.95 will never go there again

Gave them a script for compression stocking a month ago, my doctor faxed the completly unnecessary extra paperwork that Doyles required not once but twice and STILL have no idea if the stockings were even ordered! No one calls you back when you leave messages and it would be way to hard for them to think to call you to let you know ANYTHING AT ALL! Never ever again will I go here.

We called Doyle’s for a hospital bed for my father after an emergency surgery. Not only was the service exceptional, the kind employee they sent actually helped get my father out of the car and into the house. Helpful kind and compassionate and we waited til the last minute to order the bed. Mike—thank you so very much for everything!!

We tried to find a company to service an outside chair lift that we had since 2008. This company was the only company interested in servicing us. We tried many. The other wanted to sell us a new unit. One excuse after another. Within one day Doyles Medical Supple had two technicians at the house. Two hours later, the unit was repaired and the price was phenomenal. I would recommend this company to anybody that wants prompt expertise service and I will be notifying the manufacturer to drop all those other references and add this company on. We are extremely happy.

I was looking for a supply company to get a hospital bed, but after reading the various reviews, I shall go elsewhere. Someone at the top of this business needs a whack to wake them up to the importance of good customer service. Hire people who want to serve, maybe you need to pay more to get better trained people in public relations.

I attempted to order, via my insurance when I was being discharged from the hospital, a wheelchair & commode. I called Doyles (even before they had taken the faxes off of the fax machine) to say that I wanted to work with them to get items that were truly comfortable for me.They would NOT work with me at all. Sue, who handled the initial paperwork, said they only go by certain criteria & would not even look at anything else. I canceled the delivery they had set up the next day for the items as it was clear I couldnt really work with them. Ill have to pick up my paperwork from the hospital and go elsewhere.Im very disappointed! !

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Waited three weeks for a pair of shoes and was told one of them was on back order! They sell them in pairs. So I called today and waited on the phone for my salesperson. I was on the phone for 8:07 for someone to tell me that Rob was on a break and would I like to hold? So within a minute after Rob answers because his break was over. I guess I was on the break also until someone finally realized I was on hold tying up the sales line. My shoes arent in yet and was told he would call me when they are in. Can you see if they have been shipped? No, I will call you when they are in. Can we be proactive and check? Obviously not! Still waiting for shoes and obviously Im wrong waiting for a call to update me! Customer service sucks!!! I would have been happy with a little communication and follow through but all I get is that we are waiting and will call you when they are in!

I wish I could leave negative stars. The rehab facility I was in contracted with Doyles to deliver a lift chair to my house the day I was discharged. We were told it would arrive early afternoon. There was someone at the house all day. The driver called at 2:21 to ask if we were home and I missed the call because I was using my walker and couldnt immediately pick up the phone. I called back at 2:23 to no answer and left a message saying yes please deliver. After many phone calls with the driver and phone messages left with the owner the chair was never delivered. I am appalled at their unethical behavior and advise no one to ever do business with them.

Keeping this short and sweet because I get so angry when I think about the people I have personally dealt with there... To be blunt, they are incompetent and rude to say the very least. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And honestly, thats being nice about it.

Helped purchase a lift chair for a disabled family member, store service was just ok, our team member was good BUT the delivery was horrendous, driver was instructed to call me 15 minutes before arriving but never did then showed up outside delivery window that I was told. Then dumped off chair in apartment and left. I left a complaint with owner who never returned my call. Will not be doing business with them again.

First they tell us they take our insurance, we go through the hassle of getting an authorization with their code preference for a breast pump. They then refuse to do any work to get confirmation that they actually do take our insurance. So WE have to do the leg work and find out what price amount of the breast pump they will cover and how Doyes can get paid and we get all the paper work faxed to them and suddenly they dont take our insurance. After 2 weeks of all this work. And to think after this is all done and we can finally get a beast pump-they will get a percentage of money with the contract through our insurance company and WE did all the leg work. Hopefully the owner will contact us and straighten this all out.

Not a good place for supplies I had them for a few years c pap supplies they at time got things wrong the owner I spoke to many times do to the rudeness from the women working there .I got my gaskets in what you call a snack bag with a zip lock when I ask why this was past tense they said the gasket was new . I never seen it come that way always in a medical package.Also my insurance has always took care of things I needed a water chamber my c pap is the sleep style 200 it requires the water chamber to use the machine I get told that I would have to pay for it if I wanted it .Am like no my insurance would cover it .So I called the insurance they then ave me 2 other providers to go through lyncare and another in Torrington my girlfriend told me to go to lyncare so I called my Dr the Secretary told me they always have issues with doyals and that they are gathering the paperwork for lyncare now .Sorry for the long post I went through a lot through the years with them am not very happy at all the customer service needs improvement they lost a few respiratory therapist through the years they are expensive with some of there stuff .Not saying some who work there are bad just bad experience with the place wont go back

Basically this company gave me hope after a long search to find someone to repair 2 pieces of equipment for my daughter. I made sure the prescriptions were sent pronto. I specifically told the owner, Mike, that our insurance would be changing January 1. Mike said I would hear from someone in a couple of days. 3 1/2 weeks later and countless voicemails left for Mike & someone else the receptionist transferred me to, I spoke to an actual person who found the info, but informed me that the repair order had not been placed (mistakenly) and that insurance had not been put through, and that the company does not take our new insurance. Mike could have told me in the first place that they dont take our new insurance, especially as I had told him that one of the repairs was not urgent and could wait to the new year.When you are placed on hold with this company, their recording brags on their customer service. I guess they dont think a simple call to the customer with an update, after the customer has called nearly daily for 3 weeks, is good customer service. SO frustrated.

TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service- I am currently waiting on equipment that I have prior authorization from going on 3 months- every conversation I have with someone ends up being transferred to someone else who knows the answer but in the mean time, we still dont have the equipment. If I wasnt already in the middle of all this I would switch to another vendor- you can count on it for any other equipment needs we have-

Ordered a hospital bed for my mother right out of rehab. They delivered the bed early, forced my father to pay out of pocket and will not work with the insurance company to reimburse him even though we have a prescription. Such unhelpful, uncaring people should NOT be in this business.
