I’ve been contemplating getting help for my depression for some time. I finally started to see a counselor here in January to address my symptoms. I have no regrets and I am doing much better. So excited to have found a good mental health practice local to me! The renovations are beautiful and as soon as you walk in you can feel the comforting and welcoming environment! Highly recommend! Just what the community needed :)

The place is packed, they are booked solidly for months on end leaving them only appts for 2 p.m and morning appts.If you work and cant make it until 3 forget it, you arent going to get into this facility.... I tried to book an appt for 3 weeks out and they were still booked. They arent flexible. They wont fit you in not even if you are willing to wait. They wont work with you so that it works for your schedule. Its not just a few of their therapists it every single last one of them. All 14 therapists are booked for weeks out. After finding out all of their availability it was 9:30 a.m and 1 or 2 p.m... Most people work during those times. Why are they seemingly the only mental health providers in the Torrington area and they dont have any availability? I feel like I if dont find a way to fit them in my schedule I wont find a therapist because every therapist off psychology today in torrington worked here with their non-flexible appts 🙄
