With our weather extremes, the carriers have a very tough job, but they always deliver. The clerks are friendly and helpful. A very good post office!

Package was shipped on Monday and now its Saturday and says its delivery will be late. I am waiting on the package that is less than 200 miles away from me and it takes over a week to deliver??? Something is definitely wrong with the USPS. Tracking number shows it never left Rapid City USPS distribution center where it is shipping from.

Unbelievable that it takes a week to get a key for my box. I’m sure it would have been longer if I didn’t go ask again. Service sucks bad!

3 out of the last 5 packages have arrived late or not at all. I’m completely disgusted with this.

Missing packages!! Never received 3 packages that said was delivered before I closed my box, I even asked them if there was any packages for me. This is ridiculous, I’m so upset over the packages I never received.

Whats a post office? My mom told me thats what people used in the olden times instead of email and text messages. Dafuq? I went to the post office and could not fine out to send a mass multimedia text.

Put the right mail in the right box! Come on it cant be that hard!!! This is a complaint about the delivery.
