I had an excellent experience at Wesconn Hearing Aid Center. They were on time, professional, and informative but not pushy. I highly recommend the center.

Dennis is knowledgeable, totally competent and helpful. He recommended certain hearing aids which proved to be the best I have ever had, explained the guarantee on them and, when one was lost, quickly got me a replacement at a much reduced price according to the terms of the guarantee. I remain a fully satisfied customer.

I’ve been going to Wesconn for a while now! They were able to get me the hearing aids that I needed, they even hook up to my phone! I even asked Dennis’s secretary if I was eligible for the phone for the Hearing impaired thru my insurance? I had my phone within 2 weeks! They go above and beyond to get what you need! One of my hearing aids broke on Monday, I was in today (Wednesday)! I thought it had to be shipped out to be fixed, but Dennis took it inside andfixed it inside and he brung it back out within 5 minutes! Thank you Dennis for going’s above and beyond for me!!!!! Dennis was so helpful, pleasant and kind while helping my elderly father. He helped him to adjust the volume on his hearing aids to maximize his hearing . he also helped him to clean his ears and to change the batteries and showed him how to change the ends that go into the ear piece where the sound enters. Few people have the people skills necessary to deal with hard to deal with people like Dennis possesses. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Im truly impressed with his skills and abilities.

Dennis was amazing. He helped my husband find hearing aides that worked for him. It was a delicate subject and Dennis helped and handled with tons of grace. Dennis has been wearing hearing aides himself since he was young, so he knew everything about them and really empathized with his patient. He knows how to tweak them to get them working/you hearing perfectly!

Have taken my son to the new owners for the first time. We were greeted respectfully by the receptionist. While waiting for the doctor she was kind enough to look up all information we needed with no hesitation. I was very pleased on the welcome we received. The doctor came out into the waiting room, introduced himself to both of us. He was very kind and patient as my son has a disability and needs things slowly said to him. Dennis took the time to make sure that my son understood. It was a very nice appointment and I will be returning in December for another appointment and would highly recommend the Westconn hearing in Torrington.
