I ordered 2 worx batteries. I ordered the wrong volt. Returned per their info. No reply. Can not call. They have you on hold forever. Do not answer email. I am afraid I have lost my money. Do not recommend ordering from this company

Dont bother if you need something on time; I ordered one in-stock cleaning time, with expedited delivery fee. Four business days later it had not shipped. Consumer products companies in todays on-line world of competition need to do better. Shop elsewhere.1st Update: Received email from Customer Service today, Easter Sunday, refusing to cancel the order even though it had not yet shipped. Was told package would arrive on Tuesday, 8 days after order placed.

My 75 year old dad just ordered from this company. The item did not work as expected. He called the 1-800 # on the website, no answer no call back for entire day. That is a cheap shot from this company. I will never purchase from this company. I will let all my family and friends know what my dad had to go through just to try returning item. Stay purchasing from the big chain stores, It is worth it and they return with no questions asked.
