These guys are top notch! Attention to detail is great. As I sat in the waiting area waiting for my detail, I heard all the folks checking out for other services. All the customers were so happy. Each check out was pleasant and if there was a discount to be had, the person made sure the customer received it, regardless if it was for washing or detail work. I will always go back there.

Best oil and wash place Ive ever tried. Perks: free vacuums, fast service, friendly employees, amazing lounge, clean. I got $20 off oil change with coupon on their site. Self-check-in on computer in lobby which I personally find easy. The lounge deserves a description: FREE WIFI, bright, clean, a laptop bar with outlets to charge devices, leather couches, snack machines, coffee machine (free I think), high tables with stools for groups. Honestly you could just hang out here and work. Highly recommend. Prices are competitive. No negatives.

My sister dropped off her Rav4 on Friday in Torrington to have it detailed. The car had not been cleaned for over 2 years, her dog goes everywhere with her and she recently spilled salad dressing on the seat. The car she picked up was like a new car. We were so impressed I am going to make an appointment to have my car done there.

Really upset, got carwash today and when I got home, saw scratches on my rear drivers side door, car is only 6 months old and I garage at night, must have gotten some sand in brushes, going to cancel my monthly unlimited carwash. Hope to buff out with some Nano sparkle cloth I am ordering on Amazon. People are nice there, but bumming my car got scratched.

Very unprofessional. Went through the car wash today the guy that was wiping the cars down refused to wipe my down.. The manager was walking out during this time on his phone when I had told him what had happened. But he was too busy on his phone to even listen. I proceeded out of the lot and called and he had answered i started to speak to him in regards to what happened, but he hung up. The staff are always on their phones and some smoking and are very disrespectful and attitude toward customers. Leaves work unfinished. Staff needs a overhall. Very dissatisfied.!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Well . . . lets see . . . there equipment somehow broke my license plate holder then grabbed and bent my license plate . . . Some areas of the car were not clean . . . mirrors and back of car . . . no one was outside to dry the car . . .

I love this place, my truck comes out mint. Its easy to pay, and get right in line. I usually order the Best Wash. With tax I think its like $17. The wash comes out great. The salts all washed off and my truck looks great.

After a terrible experience across the street, I pulled in here for an oil change. The staff was friendly, the pull change was as quick and easy as it should be. No hassle or pressure to buy anything, and a bonus free car wash. Im a happy new customer.

Paid for the monthly last week, puts a sticker on my car to scan for every visit, came back a week later, non English speaking guy says cant wash because only paid once. yeah big sign says monthly payment. I bring 4 cars here regularly for oil changes. One time in my daughters car the drain plug was so tight that we needed a breaker bar to loosen the bolt when we tried to do a oil change at home. The last time one of them was there the technician stripped out my drain plug and never told me. Brought the car home, saw oil in the driveway and checked. Thats when I realised the plug was stripped. I called them on Friday and the manager wasnt there. Told me to call back on Monday. When I call on Monday Rocco told us to come up and they would take a look at it. So I bring the vehicle there and they switch the drain plug. They said the technician should have changed it but didn’t- First problem. No apologies- Second problem. Did they maybe offer me a free car wash or oil change? No. Will I be returning there for oil changes on any of my 4 cars? No I will not be. So now, on a hunt for a new place.

My girlfriend went through with her 4Runner. The final roof brush ripped the roof rack off. They told her before she went in that it would be ok and that they would hit a button that lifts the final brush. Well they never hit the button and the brush ripped the rack off the car. Steve, the manager, said he couldn’t do a thing about it and that we would have to get in touch with the owner. Steve never gave us a direct phone number or any other way to contact other than “look it up on google”. We submitted emails through the website and made phone calls and no one has done anything. Not even a free car wash. She has been to plenty other car washes where this never happened. Even the wash itself was poor and incomplete. We will continue to attempt to make contact. We strongly do not recommend going here ever.

I have been using Platinum Car Wash for years. When my kids were little it was very convenient and they loved the play area. They had fun watching the cars being washed. They always get me in and finished in a timely manor. Love my coupons I receive in my email every so often.

Its a decent car wash but I dont think the tire shine works despite purchasing the option. The 1st visit could have been my fault in choosing the wrong item, but On my 2nd visit, I made 100% sure to select the option with the tire shine, and after paying, the gate would not open and a staff member had to manually open the gate for me to pass through. sure enough, the tire shine did not activate once I made I through. It could have been that the gate malfunction defaulted the wash back to a basic when I eventually drove though, but I still paid for the tire shine option and did not receive it. All things considered Im not sure I would want to pay for a 3rd visit just to see if the tire shine truly works or not 😒

Car wash is always broken pay for monthly service, go thru quick lane dont open gate then they dont pretend soap heavy dirt off, brushes dont all work, tire shine never works, then potholes and end of wash, towel dry never anyone there

Great place to go for quick oil change and/or car wash. Every oil change Ive had was less than 30 minutes so far. I miss the full service days where they would drive your car through the car wash for you but Im assuming insurance regulations put a stop to that. Other than that I highly recommend. Car comes out extremely clean when its all done.

I drove in this morning because my car was way overdue for a wash. (I work on construction sites and it gets very dusty) I was greeted by a few guys and I asked for the best full service wash possible, which cost me 22 dollars. This would be a fair price if my car were properly cleaned. My white rims still have all kinds of dirt on them which I wiped off with a rag when I got home. The roof of my car is still completely covered in dust spots, parts of my door cards werent cleaned at all, and my vents were just brushed over with a rag. I paid good money for this service, and i expected the extra mile. It seems like these guys were in a huge rush for some reason, and they didnt take the time to do it right. Quality is more important than quantity, needless to say I will not be taking either of my cars here, and I will try to steer business away from them. The only reason for the second star is because the waiting area was nice.

I have been here before and had excellent service and my car looked great. Last time I went I had a basic car wash and interior clean and vacuum, the tech who did my car did an excellent job.Went today for the same plus upholstery shampoo. They said they were too busy to do the interior upholstery shampoo but could do the other interior service with just the vacuum and clean the interior surfaces (dash, center console etc). They did a terrible job cleaning and vacuuming the interior. The dash and center console were not even wiped down. Not sure what the basic exterior wash did, there is still dirt all over the outside of the car, it doesnt even look like it went through a car wash. Complete waste of time and money.

Did a good job, made my older car look pretty good, except for the hubcap that came off. The attendant didnt say, anything, just handed it to me. I got it back on after a little straightening, but another one fell off when I got on the highway. Never recovered that one, but Im one of those few who still has a car with hubcaps (well, not all of them)

I needed a quick oil change, my first time at this place, I usually go to the dealer. Guys spent more time trying to upsell me stuff and push recommendations that I didnt need. Made me feel more worried that they were doing something to my vehicle so there will be issues in the future. I dont recommend this to anyone

Not sure if the hours online are correct but pretty disappointed, says it closes at 6 I pilulled up at 515 and they’re closed. What a waste of time. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER. it says right here on google closes at 6... I went to the car wash... which was blocked off by cones at 515/520 I can gladly attach a screen shot of where it says 6 on google. So if that’s the case you’re clearly not at the car wash and your staff is closing up early behind your back.

I was there on a very busy day. I had spent $29 for a car wash, vacuum, windows and interior wiped down.I understand when its busy you need to push people through so as not to get backed up, but it should not compromise the quality of the service. I actually had to redo my windows because there were water spots smeared all over. I had to wipe the door jams. I had to redo the tires and the front and back bumper. I also went home and finished drying the car.My car doesnt have that many nooks and crannies, it just seems that the water and soap only go on flat surfaces.I just dont think there is a good quality of service for that amount of money spent.

Everytime I go there and get my oil changed I have a bad experience. Very little customer service skills, they all have bad attitudes. They put the wrong oil in my car and then tried to make me pay full price. They called me this dude and continually shook their heads in disgust when they had to drain and refill my car. I have gone there multiple times and things dont ever change.

Horrible experiences past 3 or 4 times going. Switched to Valvoline in Torrington (awesome!) They screwed up my window regulator so bad (I guess the window is part of an oil change?!) that I had to have it replaced for $350!! They wouldnt admit they touched it and said it must have been a pre-existing issue, and the manager refused to speak with me or call me back!! Are you kidding me?! NEVER AGAIN! Plus, terrible customer service!

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. The guy who waved me into the car wash area struck the driver side with a broom looking thing and snapped my window trim and broke it. As he did it I heard the sound but was unable to get out of the car. Once out of the car wash the piece was missing. Went in to talk to a manager and there wasnt one there. Talked to the other attendant and he found my trim inside the car wash. Have left 3 messages and still no return call from the manager over a 3 week span.Dont go here!! They dont care about the customer, just your hard earned money!

If Im paying $25 for a full-service car wash, do I expect to get a $200 detail, no way, but I also expect to get my moneys worth. Not have to reclean the windows and revacuum the car myself because theyre rushing through it, and when I show them they said oh I already did it. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money!

Terrible mechanic at one end of the shop who cant put on an oil filter right. 2010 Chevy 1500. Considering reimbursement for wear and tear to our vehicle. Never had an issue till now. This happend about a week ago just now getting to write about it.
