Very impressed with the big difference Servpro made!!! They didn’t miss anything, paid attention to detail, professional, made a positive environment, and totally transformed the space from its prior state. They even asked which scent I’d prefer for the cleaning products. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. Highly recommend!

Kirk and the team are extremely responsible and responsive. They have done a fabulous job for the mitigation work. They truly made me feel that they are only a phone call away! Whenever there is a need, they are always there! I appreciate what they have done - they have cleaned up all the mess and left the space so clean! Their Manager Anthony is marvelous! His text and phone responses are so quick! and he always has a solution for the situations, which was so helpful! I appreciate the team and their work! I have no reservation to recommend them to anyone! They truly deserve a 5-star!

The cleaning provided by Servpro was absolutely amazing. They came in and cleaning underneath our shelving units at our Food Pantry as well as the entire warehouse. The guys cleaned spots I never would have anticipated or thought of! They put things back in an organized manner & were extremely polite. We highly recommend them!

Horrible experience. We have mold in our basement from a water leak and a brand new baby so time is important to us when getting it fixed. I called these guys based on reviews. The first person I spoke with left me his personal cell phone number and asked me to call back when I had the mold hygienist report and he’d come out and give us an estimate. I did just that, and left him a message. Heard nothing. For a week. So I called the office and asked to speak to someone different. This gentlemen actually came out to our house to inspect it but it has since been another week and no estimate. Now I am back to square one and will be finding another company to remediate our basement. Terrible service and a huge waste of time.

I had a water leak in my home and Called this firm. They were there instantly with all the equipment needed. They removed the stress and worry from me dealing with a nightmare. Danielle and Junior are true professionals who care about their customers. Thank you Serve Pro for having such a professional team that cares for its customer.

Way to expensive. More. than twice the cost of competitive bidders for same work.

Stay away from these guys. I called these guys when we had a backup, and the house got flooded recently. The guys came in, and did there work, however as they were bringing my stuff out to the dumpster they would actually go through the dumpster and take things they wanted for themselves. But thats not all, When I asked the Manager how much my bill would be when the job was finished, he said it would be around $5 to $6 thousand. A few weeks later my insurance company sends me a letter and advises me that they paid the ServPro bill out of my settlement of get this $9 Thousand. I called to speak to the manager and I advised him that I did not understand how the bill went from $5 to $6 thousand to $9 thousand, he gave me some BS excuse, but what can I do. I did most of the work, and they totally took advantage of me and the Insurance company.
