I dont normally give reviews, but I just cant help myself this time. Fantastic customer service from Ashok! Gave me recommendations that no one else would give out. I did my taxes with him last year, and he was very efficient and professional. Very conversational, very kind. Look for Ashok when its time to file tax returns. Thank you very much Ashok.

It took 3 1/2 for Ashok to do my taxes then after that much time he informs me he did them wrong. He answered the telephone and stopped assisting me everytime a customer came up to him to ask questions. This guy was the most unprofessional tax preparers ever! He had the nerve to still charge me $288.00 for a simple basic return. He was shaking so bad and smelled like alchohol. Do not get your taxes done here.
