We recently purchased an absolutely beautiful home with an amazing support from Carly & her team. I contacted Mr. Millman and am thankful that I did. He and his team exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the sale. His communication skills are excellent as is his knowledge and experience with the real estate market in the South Bay. We consulted on the important pre-sale matters. He then then directed his team, especially wonderfully competent Thomas McMahan to attend to matters necessary to ready the property for sale. This was vital since I do not live in the Los Angeles area. You, the reader must agree that trust in the Realtor is paramount and team efficiency is a close second. Mr. Millman was able to find a buyer, assist in negotiations and move the transaction smartly into escrow. I was kept informed every step of the way. All disclosure paperwork was done correctly to protect me and the buyer. The escrow, closed with speed and efficiency owing to Mr. Millman’s recommendation of a competent escrow company. They kept Ray and I up to date during the process. The final selling price, the fees and the speed which the escrow process happened were more than satisfactory, Id say remarkable! In conclusion, if I had to do it over, or do it again, I would only work with Ray Millman at Keller Williams Realty in Torrance, CA.

We recently sold our Torrance house that we lived in for 38 years. There were lots of memories & we knew that it would be bittersweet to leave it. Because we had recently purchased a home in the state of Washington, we knew that we needed a real professional to handle the sale & escrow. We chose Ray and the Millman Team to sell our home & they were simply amazing. We met Ray over 20 years ago while he was out walking the neighborhood. Over the years he always let us know how the market was doing & kept us informed about recent sales & neighborhood news. A few years back, he assisted us with some title questions that we had concerning my, recently deceased, mother-in-law’s home. He has always been so very helpful.Once we decided to list our home, we interviewed 3 different realtors. Ray was, by far, the most knowledgeable about the market & what we needed to do to achieve the best sale price. He recommended that we stage the home, have a thorough home inspection done & correct any deficiencies before we put in on the MLS. He provided a step-by-step plan as to what we needed to do & when. There were multiple offers & all were above the asking price.The escrow went very smoothly & there were no big issues or surprises. Ray told us to expect a 30-35 day escrow & he was right on the money. He kept in contact keeping us informed as to what was going to happen & when. That was such a relief because we were already living in Washington. It could have been a nerve-racking experience but it was smooth & painless. My wife and I had no idea where to start with our (first) home search so we looked for a Southbay realtor on Zillow and the Millman Team immediately stood out. We went to their office the next day and were immediately introduced to our agent Carly Ehinger. We told her what we were looking for in an agent and what type of home we were interested in and she immediately got to work for us. We started looking around the end of October 2017 and finally moved in to our house in April of 2018 (we were a bit stubborn in what we wanted) and throughout the whole process she was always professional, accommodating to our schedule and most importantly patient. One thing we always admired about her was her honesty when it came to the appearance of a house, the amount of work it would take to fix certain things and the location.
