Great Services. Joe was very professional and trustworthy. I used him to water the grass for Downey courthouse library. I only had to there once and he showed up on his own and watered all the areas thoroughly!!

I hate giving a review for a service that was never done but I think this should be said since No one will not return any of my calls or texts.Joe came out to our house to survey what work needed to be done and then sent a quote for the work. My husband and I approved the quote and set up a day for Joe to pressure wash our property(bc we are selling our house). A few days before he was supposed to come I texted him asking for a time of arrival, he never responded. So, Sunday(the day he was supposed to do the work) rolled around and I finally called him at 11am and left a message asking when he would be there and if he couldn’t make it to please let me know that I needed to hire someone else because they’re coming to take pictures of our house to put on the market. He never called, never text me and never showed up. I understand that something could’ve happened that made it impossible for him to do the job on Sunday but never hearing from him is very disappointing and very unprofessional.

Did my drive way for a reasonable price. Really friendly guy my kids loved him too.
