Stopped by today at about 5:03pm (apparently they close at 5pm) the door was wide open and after I entered someone from outside the backdoor informed me they were closed. I responded with Ok, do you carry MPS test strips?. The person responded with We close at 5 Sir. So I asked if he could just let me know if they carry the MPS test strips. I was told No, I cant answer the question we close at 5 sir. I left frustrated and told the person he might want to be more helpful to potential customers and possibly close the front door if they are closed.If the person would have told me yes or no we carry them, I would have understood even if I needed to comeback a different day to purchase them since they were closed.

Worst service ever do not choose this place for you pool needs we have other options please save your a trip we have others location they will treat you like a customer, dont go here!!

NOT FAKE!!!!! Continue reading..........I ordered 2 pool pumps off of their site. A week later they emailed me and said that they canceled the order. I don’t think it is a wise choice to have items posted on your site that are not available.After getting my money refunded, I went to Amazon where I should’ve went in the first place.Edit to Post:I got called out as being “fake”. See attached image for order placed (11/22/18) and return receipt (11/26/18). Own up to your mistakes and admit wrongdoing. Again, I recommend that you not sell supplies that are not available. I suppose my “week later” comment was wrong. Whoops to that!Also, see attached for Amazon order. Which I got on time. Imagine that!!!!On top of that, your return email did not even state the pump I ordered! Shame on the owner of this company for speaking untruthfully. Shame.Shame shame shame!Edit again:Dang it! I recently bought an above ground pool and setting up and starting the pool became very frustrating, until I came to this store. The rep (Danny) was very helpful and quickly set me up with the right accessories and chemicals. A month later pool turned green on me and again he help me bring it back to crystal clear in a few easy steps. Thanks Aqua

Ordered a pool filter and paid for it. They then did not ship because they did not like the price they sold it for. They then tried telling me that the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. Of course they never told me it was cancelled just did not deliver. Never do business with these liars!

Good guy, good price. $135 for filter grid set, Discount Pool & Spa on Western Avenue wanted to charge me $220. That place always tries to rip me off. Go to Aqua instead.

So far so good. But always ask them what else do I need for the job. They have good suggestions

Pros:- Helpful and knowledgeable staff- Good follow thru, meeting expectations- Good pricing on parts and suppliesCons:- Hard to reach by phone- Closes at 5:00p weekdays, making it difficult to stop by on the way home after work.Overall a good experience!

Honesly, I was a bit skeptical to go in reading through the reviews. However, i needed something quickly and it was convenient. So glad I went in. Danny was very friendly and helpful. Explained several things to me in a logical and layman way. I cant, and wont speak to others experiences, but mie was positive!
