The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. There were two cars in front of me and they made sure I knew the wait time and kept me engaged. Still only waited about 40 minutes. Very thorough topped off my coolant and washer fluid. Great overall experience.

Brandon greeted me right away, took my info, made sure they had the bulbs I needed for my brake lights and quoted me a price. They took care of the issue and I asked for an oil change while I was there. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Quite a contrast to the Honda dealer that took care of a recall but let me leave without working brake lights. I know which place I will go back to!

Well, I’m impressed! Never used a Jiffy Lube before but this one’s got to be the cream of the crop. These guys run a friendly and efficient operation. Andrew and his crew took care of me for my car’s oil change. They patiently answered all my questions and told me what the total charge would be before they started.They ask you to stay in the car as they do the service. I liked that because I tend to be leery of new mechanics I don’t know being inside my car when I’m not. As I waited, I noticed that one of the guys was checking the pressure in my tires so I asked him about it. He said that tire pressure and fluid level checks were included in the service. Leery me was waiting for an upsell of some sort, but no. They inflate the tires as needed and top off some of the fluids at no extra charge. And they didn’t try to sell me any additional services!The last thing I’ll mention is that when I first arrived about 10am on a Saturday, Andrew was upfront about stating that it would be an hour wait due to all the cars that were in line ahead of me. So, I told him I’d come back later after running some errands. When I got back about 2pm, I got to drive in right away and was all done in 15 minutes.I can understand why this Jiffy Lube station is so popular and has great reviews online. Just had to add mine because these guys deserve it. Oh, print out the coupon from the Jiffy Lube website. They gladly accepted it!

Came here to get my transmission fluid changed and oil change while they were at it. I knew my differential needed some service but didnt realize how bad until they checked it out and showed me, it was really bad. So got that service too on my 98 Ranger. They were knowledgeable and communicated well, the whole team was great and nice. My truck runs like new now too its crazy, no more hard shifts. Great service.

This use to be the best Jiffy Lube, but now theyre just hiring anyone with no experience. They took my air filter out and did not place it back correctly. I seen the guy struggling to put it back in and when I asked him did he put it back in correctly he said yes. However, after I left I noticed my car felt very sluggish. I then called & asked them did they put enough oil in my car, I was told they probably didnt put the air filter back in properly & to come back. This was a total inconvenience because I had to drive all the way back & I was on another side of town by then. Then another episode when I got my oil changed, the guy did not know how to set my sensor to show my oil has been changed. I asked him can he reset it & he told me he doesnt know how to do that. They need to go back to the drawing board because this place is going down!

Frank and Javier were both friendly and professional. They got me in and out with my oil change in maybe 15 minutes. I drove a little further out rather than going to places closer to me based on the reviews, and it makes sense as to why they are rated so high in the area. Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend.

I was having a hard time figuring out where to do my oil change and well let me just say the customer service here was great! All employees were great but Peter surpassed what great customer service is define as. He explained what oil service they were going to put in my car he also informed me the benefits I was going to get for the oil change I chose. I will be coming here next time 🙂.

Came on a Saturday morning there was only one person working. He said it would be about 20 minute wait. I waited then it was my turn jiffy lube did not have my oil filter that I needed. Got sent to the other location down the street arrived there computers where not working had to go to valvoline

This Jiffy Lube was great! Great service from beginning to end! Went in for a high mileage oil change and they hooked me up. Balanced my tire pressure as well. I highly recommend this one!

I just found the tire pressure check on the checklist. It says 35 psi.But The pressure warning sign appeared the third day. I used gage, one 30,three 25.They didnt do the check at all

Been coming here for over 30 years. Service is great, they let you know what service is needed and you can choose if you want it, no pressure. Staff friendly and professional. If you dont want to do it yourself this is the place to go, I was in and out today in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

I just got back from this location. This place customer service, customer education, quality of work easily beats Chevron Fast Lube located on 3960 Artesia Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504. All Jiffy Lube staff was very friendly and didnt make me feel like an idiot (not knowledgeable with cars) but instead took the time to explain the current state of my vehicle. Compared to Chevron Fast Lube, I noticed Jiffy Lube actually checks your tires and puts air in them along with a light inspection (something Chevron doesnt do). Jiffy Lube staff informed me of the top off feature which is something I will use. A+ service and will definitely comeback again.

Wasnt where I was expecting to go but passed it omw to another spot. Decided to try them out and was happy. Friendly fast service. Fair prices as well.

I go out of my way to go to this particular Jiffy Lube because they always do an amazing time. The workers are always friendly and super helpful and I dont think Ive waited more than 40 minutes even when theyre busy. I was interested to see what service would be like during the pandemic and even then they didnt disappoint. Thank you to this location for making car maintenance a breeze for someone like me.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for quite some time! The one in Torrance on 190th and Crenshaw is my place to go for my oil and other car services! They are knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient!

Came in for a full synthetic oil change on my VW Rabbit, which the oil change itself was fine, but with the $120 price that you pay you want all the extras that jiffy lube promises. However, they failed to wipe the windows and vacuum the floors like stated on the website and then the worst part is that the technician couldnt even figure out how to turn of the service now light that is manually shut off after having your oil changed. Pathetic, I looked it up on YouTube and had it done within a matter of minutes myself. Not worth the money at this jiffy lube.

These guys are great. Very pleased with my experience at this Jiffy lube. They were fast, courteous and clean. There was a nice waiting area with coffee and the restroom was spotless. I highly recommend this location for an oil change.

I got my headlights, brake lights, and oil changed here. Service was fast and the staff was nice. I was allowed to stay in my car the entire time, which was a nice adjustment during a pandemic.

Pete the manager or supervisor is awesome. No one wants to waste a few hours at a dealership. Here you pull in have a cup of coffee and read a magazine for 20 minutes and youre done.

Wasn’t busy when I pulled up. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a sign that says 15 min oil change but took longer than that even with only 3 cars. Mine included. If they just moved a bit faster, you can make the 15 min mark. Other than that, everything was great!

I always like coming to this Jiffy Lube because it is always so clean. Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Andrew P, Javier M, and Jayro G. Andrew was very kind and informative about what needed to be done to my car. Javier and Jayro were very professional when handling my car and were also cautious with their hygiene (cleaning their hands and covering their faces with their mask) especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. Will definitely be back here when it is time for another oil change.

C.xx..Avoid this Jiffy Lube. They forgot to add the notice of my oil. They inserted incorrectly the filter box. do not know how they did it, but incorrectly attached a cable. Onstar was unable to give me a correct monthly update....my check engine light came on. took it to my own fabulous mechanic who explained all of the above. Not a good experience

Came in to get an oil change. The next day noticed a significant amount of oil on my driveway. The people at Jiffy Lube never informed me there was a leak.

While having my oil changed yesterday, the tech was looking at my fog lamps, original equipment Jeep lamps, noted one of the housing was broken. Funny, he didnt check headlight, taillights, etc. This morning I went out to go to the store and the good fog lamp had been stolen during the night. Coincidence, dont think so. They have your address.

My visit today was for my ford e350 Van. I was able to drive right in as they did not have any customers at the moment and they got the oil change done in 15 minutes. I was in-and-out and ready to get back to work in no time as they are fast, efficient and very tentative. They even tested my battery and was able to tell me that it was slowly dying and it would need replaced soon. They did not attempt to force me to change the battery right then and there and said that I could change it in my own time. Over all my experience was very pleasant as the employees were very nice, I will continue to come here for my oil changes and service in the future.

Ok oil change right? Maybe 30-35 minutes? I was there for 1hr and 45 minutes. No one ever said anything to me so I asked what is taking so long. They did not have my oil filter. 99 Cadillac Seville They told me that they had to send someone out to get the oil filter. Remember I had to ask. So another 30 minutes go by and I am still waiting finally after 15 minutes they were done. No one said sorry when it was done. Not going back....

For some reason the air conditioning service didnt work. Was blowing hot air after the service. The manager there took care of the situation without issue and made it right. You have kept a customer.
