Maria has a habit of not listening to directions. She will just cut away & sometimes to no style. Ive been a customer for over 15 yrs & for over 15 yrs she does the same thing, cut without following directions . For the most part she does a decent cut, but most of the time not balanced. This time she really did it ! I Hate My Hair Cut ! I asked for a trim & she cuts it Extremely Short with NO Style ! Why ???
