I recently started SoCal ICS about 2 months ago and Ive now been promoted to a Corporate Trainer which is such a great growth experience. Ive learned A LOT following with learning something new everyday either if Im on the field or in office. Im ecstatic to see my goals to be reached with SoCal ICS with aiming to be an owner as well. SoCal ICS gives you the path to success, it all depends how serious you are with really achieving your goals. Love the positive environment and all the team players we have here.

The enviornment here is great! There is so much energy, motivation, and enthusiasm  so that everyones experience at SoCal ICS is a positive one. The engagement also in our meetings and group chats are overwhemingly postive, and supportive.

I have been with Sacramento Marketing for the past 4 months and I have been able to grow and learn so much in the past 4 months. I started out as a client representative and was able to quickly work my way to account executive because of my work ethic. Thats why I love it here. if you are a hard worker you will be rewarded. It is not your typical 9-5. There is endless opportunities for growth but you have to work for it. One of the best experiences I have had in my career thus far

I attended Sacramento Marketing, for their 8 week internship program...It was such a great experience! I felt so welcomed and appreciated. As an intern, I was able to grow through out the company; instead, of just doing runs for the office or doing paperwork. I will be taking a lot of what I learned, from the summer, back to school to help me better my studies. I can leave here knowing that I would always feel welcomed and at home if I return. I highly recommend this program for anyone seeking higher education is business/marketing fields, or anyone still stuck on what they want to do for the rest of their life. It was truly an unforgettable experience, that will give you a different prospective of life! I thank the whole team for everything this summer!

Best experience ever. I worked at Sacramento Marketing this summer as an intern and I couldn’t be happier! I learned so much and grew more than I ever thought I would in just 2 short months, all while having so much fun. The atmosphere here is so motivating and friendly. Everyone was so welcoming ever since I first stepped into the office. The people here genuinely want you to be the best you can possibly be and help you reach your potential. The work environment is unreal, everyone is friends with each other and knows how to work hard while having fun! Sad this summer went by so fast

I have been working with Sacramento Marketing Inc for about 1 year now. I cannot explain how much growth I have seen within the last year. I came into the business with little leadership/sales skills and now I’m confident and comfortable running a team and doing sales/marketing.The best part of Sacramento Marketing is being surrounded by young entrepreneurs with similar interest and goals!!!

Has been a great experience, only been working with this company for just about 3/4 months and it has really helped me grow not just with Sacramento Marketing, but as a person overall. Great working environment! I did the summer internship program and left feeling more confident in my professional skills and as a person in general. The people at SMI quickly became more than coworkers in the way that they encourage and push each other to achieve something greater than themselves. Everyone is super supportive of each other. I loved waking up and going to work every morning. It is not your typical work environment, lots of energy and lots of fun in the office. When I graduated I was super nervous to join a boring old office but this was not the case here. It was everything I was looking for.

I started interning here this summer and have loved every single day I have came into the office. The entire team is so fun and encouraging and I always feel valued here. The CEO Shodel does a fantastic job of motivating you and he really cares about your development as both an employee and a person. There is an array of skills you can learn while working here.

Im honestly excited to be in a company where if I put in the work, the hours, and the dedication it will show. Since being here Ive been promoted and had the opportunity to travel across the country to a state Ive never been before and it was a great experience. It can get to be long hours but I find its worth it

Lots of opportunities for growth. The supervisors genuinely want to see grow and succeed. There is some favoritism but what office doesnt have a little?

While I have only been at Sacramento Marketing for a few months, so far I have had a great experience.Pros:-coworkers-collaborative environment that is company-wide, rather than just limited to office-wide-room for growth, as well as the opportunity to transfer to other departments-diverse environment-unlimited flexibility with the schedule-startup environment (I have listed this as a con as well)-excellent onboarding program for new hires-unlimited opportunities to learn about marketing and new tech productsCons:-compensation is okay not great if you dont perform. Base salary Around 550-600 a week.-some of the supervisors  display favoritism amongst their teams-startup environment

Love working here. Everyone is very accommodating. Its a family like culture here!
