They repaired the wheels on two pieces of my luggage. Plus they put a new sole on my boots. Every thing turned out beautifully. I Love this place, plus the customer service was ExceptionalTHANK YOU SO MUCH FOR Giving my luggage and boots a new life.

This is a great little shop with experienced and very helpful staff. I had a glove modified for my short thumb and a zipper replaced in my motorcycle jacket. Both were done to perfection and at a reasonable price. I just had to pull tabs replaced on my messenger bag. The staff member showed me a box full of used tabs at half the price of new and installed the two for free.

Great experience with this shop. Nice people, friendly and helpful. Got the job, new soles, done quickly. Wasnt expensive either. So glad I found them!

Ive been going to this shoe repair place for I think about 50 years now everyone that works there, I believe its family-run, is very very nice they do a beautiful job and they dont overcharge and I will continue going there for as long as I need to I have followed them from one shoe place to another shoe place throughout the years.

This place is the greatest! The guys are #1 in professional and just so nice as well and their work is beyond compare! They were excellent and knowledgeable! I brought my new cowboy boots to get stretched and the cost was low and they worked with my schedule to get them done in a very quick timeframe. I’m so appreciative of the customer service I received! They’re going out of their way to go downtown to get me a boot free to maintain the shape of my boots once they’re stretched and are only charging me the cost of the trees. I would highly recommend vogue to anyone!!

I used to frequent this place for years but their promised date(s) of repair completion cannot be trusted. A single repair took them 3 weeks to fix and I had to come back twice and leave disappointed. One time they lost the insole of my shoes. Since then, I’ve found a shoe repair shop that delivers on its promise.

Luggage looked like it was not cleaned. Smelled bad when I received. When I spoke to owner, he was rude and no help at all. Said If you dont pay me, you wont get your luggage. Nightmare! He just didnt care at all. I paid $100, to get my smelly dirty luggage back. Never again. Waste of time and money.

I came in today to get my purse strap reattached. He said the hole just needed to be made a bit smaller so it didnt slip out. He did it in 30 seconds while a stood there and then didnt charge me.Ive had a tumi suitcase repaired here too previously and they did a great job! I will be coming back!

This repair shop is the worst repair shop Ive ever been to. I brought my suitcase to repair the wheels. They asked me to come back after more than 2 weeks Dec 13 to be exact.. When I arrived to pick it up, It was not even touched. They asked me to come back in the afternoon. I said I will just come back the next day instead of that afternoon. When I came back today Dec 14, I sensed a problem, because the two guys were conversing. Later one guy told theyre still fixing it if I can just come back after 30 minutes. When I asked to see the suitcase, it was still untouched. I said Youre asking me to come back after 30 minutes so it means you can fix this in 30 minutes. So how come, you had it in your possession for almost a month you didnt even touch it. You didnt bother to call me its not fixed yet so I dont need to waste gas coming here. The guy was not even apologetic and said sarcastically Im just answering your question. I got my suitcase back and the refund of the payment . I noticed theres a previous review like this.so new customers beware. Other than that they charged $60 for two wheels of the suitcase that costs only $100. I agreed even if its expensive and still they thing happened.

I experienced great service here with my damaged bag. They told me it will be about two weeks and that they will talk to the manufacturer about warranty. The next day I got a call from them, telling me the the manufacturer will replace the bag under warranty for free but I have to choose a different model because they dont build mine anymore. Did a quick research online and called them back with my choice. Unfortunately in the mean time I had an unplanned business trip coming up and because my new suitcase was not here yet, they let me take my old one for this trip and I replaced it after I came back. Great service.

This is a great repair place for both luggage and shoes. I had a pair of Johnson Murphy shoes and a duffle bag repaired here and they did and excellent job. The shoes needed new soles as the as the old cleleted soles had hardened and were breaking apart but the leather uppers were ingteat condition. The repaired shoes are better than new. The duffle bag had a tab for the shoulder strap that was pulling out and it was repaired for less than $12.

These guy are great. I called other shoe repair places and told them about how i tried repairing my motorcycle boots myself but failed. They all said that they cant repair them. I called up Vogue and the guy said to bring them down to see if they can be repair them. They said yes. I just got the boots and they look and feel sturdy.

They ROCK!! Took a bunch of high-end shoes and bags to them, they nailed it. They fixed 2 pairs of shoes that other elite shoe repair people turned down. LOVE THEM!

They will rip you off big time, took my wifes shoes for a Insole replaced, instead they glue a little part on the bottom and charge me $20.00 after 3 weeks of waiting. I lost $20, they lost a customer.

These guys are busy, do accurate work, and are cheap. They repaired a large suitcase lining and replaced the zipper; they also repaired a tear in a leather mcycle jacket, and they rebuilt a leather briefcase for me. The place must have 500 pieces in it for repair. They did excellent work for me and Ill be back with whatever leather or suitcase problem I have to fix.

Dropped 1 pair of shoes blue navy silk off to be cleaned on the outside i had stepped in the mud also needed a new insole pad. Dropped them off in 9/10 at 10am due to be ready 9/16 i received a call on the 17th they were not going to be a day late and he said the were nlack. I assured him my shoes were navy blue he promised they would be ready by the 19th and he was willing to deliver i said not i would pick them up he said call first i did again i was promised it would be Monday 21st. All this was dealing with Robert senior. Picked up my very dark blue/black shoes with no apologies or anything. Be aware this is not the first time i had issues need a shoe stitched and they used a thread that didnt match the corrected the problem for next week but still you want it do correctly yhe first time. They never owed up to dying my shoes. Very bad business. I am forced to take my shoes out of the area to have things done correctly the first time. Sad they use to be really good
