The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get a bundle of birthday balloons exactly how we wanted woth no hassle. We waited for our order as we shopped and it was ready within minutes.

Been there twice in the last couple of weeks but I think Im too early . Im looking for a package of small spiders and I know stores are putting out their Halloween stuff now but I think its just a little bit too early to find what Im looking for . They dont have it all out yet and theres no one on the floor to help you . The lines are long and it looks like the only ones working there are two Checkers and thats it taking care of the long line up front but no one on the floor to ask for help.

They had ran out of a lot of party stuff. Wasnt stocked very well. But the customer service was great.

Asked to have the balloons delivered to my car and they were really nice that even help me make them fit in my car.

I was precisely looking for Bee decorations, but they only had product for expecting mothers, For guessing if baby was going too 🐝 bee a boy OR 🐝 a girl.And I needed it for a birthday party. So, I ended up buying yellow & black crepe paper Steamers. Yellow & black tissue paper. A black pom pom bow, and yellow pom pom bow. And a package of Swirl yellow decorations. I could have ordered on Amazon but I didnt have the time.. Anyways, glad Party City was opened. 🎉

I showed up to this location right on the dot of closing and before I walked away Francisco asked me what all I needed. I told him I was going to grab a birthday banner. He double checked with his manager that it was okay for me to come in and they approved. He then escorted me to the aisle I needed and later walked me through it(I was having trouble deciding). He recommended a few things and then walked me to the register. No rush, no huffing, just pure respect and professionalism. Please make sure the Francisco knows how much I appreciated him.

They do have a good selection of stuff but for how disposable everything is, its pretty pricey. Found these plates and napkins that were perfect for the painting theme of the party. Extremely disappointed when I saw a pride section online..I dont want to feel like Im supporting that lifestyle when I purchase or even search for rainbow themed party decorations for my child.

I just stopped in for some last minute balloons (other flew away) and all information says this location closes at 8pm. Its 6:49 now. I was there at 6:30. I call and no answer.

Gothic looking supervisor doesnt help just stares, for some reason she would only help the female customers and ignore the male customers. 🤔

It’s party city! They have mostly everything you need unless you go one day before Halloween which was entirely my fault for mismanaging my time. The customer service is what is expected, they handle your needs as much as they can.

The curbside Ive arrived button didnt do anything. I made a purchase online for curbside pickup, but I still had to call the number to let them know I arrived. They only brought out half the order stating it was being shipped. The manager tried to make it right and got my products so the issue might be systemic with party citys website. Ill update it the items arrive through mail, but I doubt it.

Party City is amazing!!! Threw our family member a great party and Party City had about all we needed. Their Mylar balloons are wonderful. I enjoy ordering balloons from them. The entire crew is so helpful. If any of them see you muddling around they ask if you need help.It is so fun to shop here and love the different colored carts and the candy aisle. You can really craft an amazing party with this store.A Bonus Tip: They do have💥Military Discount💥!!!!!

Customer service was perfect. Spent 2 hours getting the perfect costumes for our kids and when we were paying the lady gave us a free balloon for each of our kids! She was very understanding and patient! Plenty of product for all ages

Went for a curbside pickup, the staff didnt ask for a name and then hung up. I ended up having to go inside, stand in line and once I got to the counter, the customer service wasnt acceptable.

Consist long waits in line. Employee - usually only 1 on registers - spends time at register with customers like it’s a personal party planning service with some customers. With others they are curt and act like you’re annoying them. Good products but please improve your service and add more employees! L

Took Way Too Long Waiting In Line. Personnel Was Very Helpful And Attentitive.

Bathroom was absolutely filthy. It had gunk like it hadnt been clean for days.

The staff was nice and helpful. They did not have exactly what I was looking for but they helped me figure that out much quicker than I would have.

I had to go to two different locations to get balloons since they were out. How can a party place that sells balloons on a daily basis not have helium. Time and money wasted. Over priced and definitely wont be going there again

Great if money is absolutely no object and they prob have what you need just five times what its worth and half their junk is better quality at the dollar store!But...I suppose in a pinch itll get the job done! But again, for a fortune, literally just for a kids bday party!

Horrible customer service.Was recommended by another store that didn’t have item I was looking for,still didn’t find it so I settled for something similar. Went to pay and asked female Hispanic cashier(didn’t get her name) about item I originally came in for she instantly got an attitude and told me to go to Micheal’s not even checking for specific item I was referring to and saw on the website. After I get price for my item which had price labeled by it . I asked “wasn’t the price on the shelf different?” She asks co worker he checked and says “ l can see how you would be confused because how it’s setup”she proceeds to tell me “no you just read it wrong” tossed my items in the bag.I had one more thing she says “oh get the rest of your stuff “waving her hand dismissively as if I was a problem for simply making her do the job she applied for. I will never give them another dollar of my money.

Well, i mean. Its a Party City. Its crowded because of Halloween and yes they have a lot of coatumes. Be careful though. We opened a wig bag and the wrong with was in it. Always double check things.

This place actually had some vuvuzela in stock! Need to annoy someone fast? Thats your go to tool right there. Not happy getting pulled over and ticketed? Bam vuvuzela blast to the face. McDonalds employee forget to ask you if you wanted a hot apple pie with that? Bam vuvuzela to the face. Did your daughters cat hide under the bed and scratch your foot when you got up in the middle of the night and now you caught it asleep sunning itself on the window sill? Bam vuvuzela to the face! This place just rocks. Thats why Guns N Roses made that song take me down to the party city. Thats a Snapple Cap fact.
