Our Website was down for several days as our clients were getting security warning and website errors preventing clients (over 200+ ) from registering for events (NO REVENUE).Wild Apricot offers NO support (beware), They call it live email support but you cant call and speak with a human being - It wasnt live, it was get in line, pray and hope someone responds. When we finally got an electronic response, we waited over 5 hrs for live email support,Wild Apricot incorrectly diagnosed our issues and routed us to Go Daddy. It doesnt matter what you pay monthly to automate your business, If there is no product support the product is useless.After days of getting no where with Wild Apricot I desperately needed to find someone locally to help us fix our website issues.
