Great experience all the way through. They were quick to reply even over the weekend and quick to set up a pick up date. Very flexible with pick up days/times. The pick up gentleman were very friendly, fast, and professional. The only issue I did have if you can call it an issue is they didn’t show up during the agreed upon pick up time. They were 45 min early!! Again not something to complain really about but I was in the process of moving and signing paperwork at my new place so I had to leave that immediately to get back to meet them. Any other day/circumstance, I would appreciate being early but people do have schedules. Also better early than late. Overall highly recommended. If I need junk removal in the future, this will be the company I use. Thanks for helping me out.

When I found Junk King via a Google search, I filled out the online booking form, and the first available pickup was a few days later. So I called instead and Lucy was super-helpful and booked the pickup for a few HOURS later! Then I received a call from the driver saying they could come an hour earlier — amazing! The two guys were super nice, professional, and removed the old couch in a matter of minutes for a nominal fee. Hire them now, and my suggestion is to call if you need your stuff removed quickly. Do not pay their blackmail. Junk King provided a fair quote to remove a Large patio umbrella given after I sent a photo of what was to be removed. Their workers arrived and said they would do the job for $100 more. They said I t had to be disassembled and they did not have the tools. Told me their boss demanded the extra $100; lied and said they expected a smaller Umbrella even though I sent a photo. When I would not pay the additional money They left without doing the job. After speaking to their boss another truck and driver arrived. This driver was able to disassemble the umbrella in less than ten minutes with no tools. Good for him for resolving it; I tipped him accordingly. Bottom line make them do the job they promised for the price they quoted. Do not fall for their lazy bait and switch demands for more $.
