Nice people, very friendly and helpful, but what a cluster to get into and of course, they take forever to get you loaded and get you your paperwork. Be sure to have some cash on you, you may need it to thank a yard dog for putting your trailer in a dock, my guy was thankful for just two bottles of water. . Those docks are so tight you can’t back in, unless you’re a yard dog or a day cab.
This is the worst logistics company, horrible service, horrible delivery. We ordered a storage cabinet from Amazon in January the first arrived damaged after a no show and several delivery date changes without any notice or apology. The replacement took over a month to receive. Friday the CEVA was again a no show, today it arrived smashed and the drivers refused to take it with them. The driver lied and stated we signed for it and that it was not damaged despite us opening the box in front of him. The company was reduce, did not provide any solutions and left me with a 150lb damaged hunk of metal and told me it was my problem to deal with it. What a disgraceful and horrendous company.

I want to thank DANIEL for assisting me in locating the status of our shipment, expediting it, and contacting the Seattle office to ensure that it was delivered to Bellingham upon arrival in Seattle. The Seattle Manager contacted me directly to update me once the item arrived in Seattle.The tracking progrm is cumbersome, however, you can follow the delivery status. Be sure to sign up for a delivery date when you have the option.
Terrible service, scheduled 3 times already and do not show up and come up with bogus information on the shipment.
They make an appointment to deliver & never show up or notify that they will not be coming.Next delivery attempt they refuse to pick up the broken piece of furniture or deliver the new one inside my house. After specifying w/Javier the broken piece of furniture is inside the house and is supposed to be exchanged for the undamaged piece I scheduled a 3rd delivery and again am told they cannot come inside the house....they were “told I would tell them they had to deliver inside the house” but they were only making a basic delivery & I was told to put the damaged piece of furniture outside. Completely untrue, they lie and don’t deliver. Thanks for the lack of customer service & dishonesty.
This shipper has horrible customer service. You will stay on hold for 20+ minutes trying to find out why your order has yet again been delayed! I would NOT recommend this logistics company for personal or business use!
Place is tight and hard to get around
Seemed like they knew what they were doing, nice online tracking, but once my delivery date came it was a different story. I only received a partial shipment and was told the rest would come the next day with no additional tracking info. The rest of the shipment didnt come and their customer service hangs up on you and are not helpful if you do happen to get through.
Nice and professional people working here. Checking in and checking out is a little bit hassle but that’s OK. I got my load in less than 30 minutes
There fairly easy to work with. Good people. How ever you enter there lot at your own risk. Theres no room. Trailers parked everywhere. You can get trapped very easily. Good Luck!

Company and employees all need to decide exactly what time they open they can open as early as 7 and as late as 8 -8:30 when you have a load that has to be at the airport by 8am somebodys got to figure out what time they open up and stick to it

For me they did a great job delivering TV that I had ordered from COSTCO, except they failed to notify me 30-45 mins before arrival and update the tracking information in the website. My father-in-law was able do signature upon delivery. It remained as in-transit even if it was delivered.
0 stars from me. Very unprofessional company. Horrible customer service. Second time rescheduled for delivery and they left a massage that they are not going be able to deliver on time. After over two weeks of waiting have to reschedule again. Took a day off from work two times already to be home and no delivery. With my two days of salary I can have it deliver same day with helicopter.
This place is a drivers nightmare. Dont get me wrong - the warehouse folks are very cool and try to assist in any way they can, but damn it - it took over an hour just to find the correct building to check-in. No one seemed to know where my load was or who was loading it. And thats not for trying. Every one tried to help - but everyone failed. As most drivers know, you just gotta do it yourself.
Of course, zero starts for me too. 5 day shipping turned into 28 day shipping, numerous lies/phone calls/on hold/wrong number/hung up on/high call volume/dialed a fax number about 12 times.But I did get the TV, and it wasnt even damaged! Yes I took off work 3 different times, and yes he was hours past the window on the third attempt, but i got it! I feel like this is a victory given the situation; they actually did deliver!What I did was, called home delivery corporate 800 number and got the wrong numbers (including a fax number) for the local warehouse, used google maps to get the right number, and then called every morning to check on my TV:Hey its me again, you havent driven a forklift into my TV today have you? No? Ok great! See you Friday; dont forget about me!And then on day of I called every hour to track how things are going; turns out the drivers didnt leave the warehouse until 1040a (delivery window from 9a-1p), but then after that he was right along at 315p. I met him outside with my own handtruck to avoid the he dropped it/he drug it across my floors/he left it in my yard last minute nonsense.All in all, 0/5 stars for taking over 3 extra weeks, having 3 different delivery dates, wrong numbers, hang ups, we tried to call you but your number is wrong; oh this is the correct number?, tracking still says in transit, etc., and +1 star for actually delivering a functioning, non-damaged TV; 1/5 total.
Ive had two deliveries from this company. Their online tracking is not accurate; the packages came two and four days later than posted, and the website was never updated. Each package took about 10 days from the ship date.In an era when we have highly efficient carriers like FedEx and UPS, I cant see how this one survives.

Just a job to pay the bills....opportunities to move forward here are a definite challenge... family and friends always come first. LACK of resources and space are everywhere here...pay wages are very low and pay wage increases are very difficult to get even if you over achieve at your workload

Terrible Customer Service. Delivery window was scheduled, but shipment never arrived. Impossible to reach anyone at the office who could confirm where shipment was at any given time. Rescheduled delivery for following day (today) - my three-hour delivery window is closing in twenty minutes and I have called numerous times this morning to confirm delivery, but I can NOT get one single person on the phone who can confirm where my shipment is - is it at the facility? is it on the truck on its way to destination? Unbelievably poor, inefficient service. I had no choice in the ground transportation as this shipment originated overseas - I confirmed it was here in LA three days ago (no one bothered to inform me it was sitting there for five days prior) - scheduled a delivery for yesterday - still waiting to find out where my shipment is. UPDATE: with five minutes left in my delivery window, I was finally able to speak with someone who actually looked into my shipment - turns out one of the two pallets is missing. !?!? They didnt mention that yesterday when I called to find out about my delivery. They didnt mention that this morning when I called to confirm my re-scheduled delivery for today. Now that my window has closed, I finally am told the status of my delivery. Why couldnt anyone call me or inform me prior? I would have made the call to go ahead and deliver the one pallet they have and continue to look for the other one. Total incompetence.

I had a scheduled delivery and the only times they would give me was between 9-1pm. I decided to call and see if there was any way it could be delivered before 12:30 as I had to leave by that time. When I called I waited on hold for over 10mins. Then got bounced around to 3 different people. The last person I spoke to was very unhelpful and would not let me speak to the drive so I could ask if he could come by 12:30. Finally I asked her if she could just call him and she agreed. She then came back 30 seconds later and No he will be there by 1pm.The last girl I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. The cost of the delivery was $100 for a day bed and I feel this company should be WAY more accommodating and helpful. I would give them Zero Stars if it was an option.

Worst shipping company we have EVER had to deal with. It took our package 5 days to go from City of Industry CA to LA.....how?!?!? Was there some freak snow storm or did California finally break off into the ocean?!?!? They have had our package in LA for 5 days now, still hasnt been shipped. Doing what with it God only knows. We are also filing a complaint with the business we ordered the item from. This needs be a negative 5 star review. Do not EVER use these guys in California.....unless you dont ever want your package.
Purchased a bed through Amazon who coordinated with CEVA for delivery. The delivery window was Wednesday between 1 and 4pm. Never showed. Called to find out what happened and they claimed no one ever scheduled a delivery with them. So I scheduled a delivery for Friday between 9am and noon. Never showed. They said there was no record of me scheduling a delivery. The woman on the phone promised me she would have it delivered the next day (Saturday). Never came. Went down there myself, picked it up and left. These people are worthless. Do no trust them.
There is a special place in hell for the people who work for customer service at this company. Got a rocker chair from Amazon to be delivered by CEVA. It is now almost 2 days after the anticipated delivery date and we are still waiting. Almost a dozen phone calls, 9 missed delivery times and extensions, Amazon trying to help, and worst of all being lied to over the phone have made this one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. I dont know if we will ever get our chair. At least Amazon has been helpful in dealing with this company. Avoid them like the plague!!!
Although this terminal has its stuff in order, CEVA Ground out of Houston is unorganized and mismanaged by a rude arrogant lady named Sherry. Dont get stuck working for her.

They left my tracking number on my voicemail but part of the message was unintelligible so I called to schedule my delivery hoping they could just look me up. WRONG. I gave them all of my info. and my order was nowhere to be found!They had NO WAY TO HELP ME!!!! Told me to contact the vendor for tracking. Ugh.When I finally obtained the tracking number, my order came right up with the exact name and address that they tried to look my order up with previously. What kind of computer system are they using? This should not have been such a major pain in the butt. Ill be making a complaint with Ballard Designs for using this incompetent delivery service.

If it was possible to leave them with zero stars that would have been the better option.I manage a medical facility and we ordered furniture to be delivered to the office and Ceva Logistics was the company that was contracted to make the delivery. Due to the area my facility is located in, it is highly unfortunate that we are stuck with Ceva Logistics.We ordered the furniture over a month ago, and our delivery date was rescheduled a multitude of times. On the latest delivery date, they never showed up. I call them to inquire about the delivery, no one picked up the phone. I left several messages and to no avail, no one returned my phone calls.I finally get a hold of someone and they inform me that all my furniture has been misplaced and they cannot track it or find it. I find this out a full month later. Instead of just informing me that they misplaced my order, they just kept rescheduling the delivery. After speaking with the supervisor, I was advised to reach out to the company that I originally purchased the furniture from.Upon discussing the situation with the company I made the purchases from, they went above and beyond to compensate for Ceva Logistics short comings. They gave me an incredulous discount on the furniture and sent out another set of the order I made. The delivery date was set to a much later time than my liking but I agreed.Today, I recieved an automated phone call from Ceva Logistics stating that my delivery will be set (very suddenly) on a date in which we will not be able to present to recieve delivery. I was given the option to set a different date in which I opted for. After waiting for 20 minutes on the line for someone to pick up, the telephone representative insisted that the date has never changed. I informed her that I JUST recieved a call stating otherwise.At this point, I expressed that I was highly unsatisfied with the level of customer service and all that I have dealt with from Ceva Logistics, at which the telephone representative proceeded to scoff at me and followed up by hanging up on me.Employees are undeniably unprofessional and the service is horrid. I am absolutely mortified that I am subjected to continue to deal with this company as I cannot just move my entire medical facility to be outside of their service area.
I have worked in the distribution field over 20 years and this is the most incompetent delivery company I have ever dealt with. Im surprise companies like Amazon and Costco which are known for their exceptional customer service would partner with a delivery sevice as Ceva. Long story short...I made an online purchase with Costco and confirmed a delivery day twice on two different days and both times on the day of delivery Ceva cancels delivery with no exclamation besides we cant find your shipment or system error. Their customer service cant/wont assist with any reliable information. The several pages of negative reviews on here or Yelp are well deserved.
They were supposed to deliver a bathroom vanity to me but they couldnt find the shipment. The company I bought the vanity from and myself spent hours on the phone with rude, unapologetic customer service reps before they finally found the vanity. The information was entered incorrectly by their agents but they still could not help us. They needed a manager to fix it and managers do not work on the weekend. This will delay the arrival of the vanity by almost a week. Please do not use this company to ship your products. I will probably ask in the future when I have furniture delivered and will not purchase it if this company will be shipping it.

This company is negligent and worthless. Ordered a chair through Amazon Prime without knowing it went through a 3rd party. Estimated delivery Wed June 4th. It is now the 11th and I have called them 6 times. I have scheduled three different appointment times, nobody has shown up. Furthermore, when I call they tell me the same thing over and over again no matter who I talk to, general employee, supervisor, etc. Your package hasnt been scanned since the 5th...so we dont know where it is. We have to have someone check the dock. I will have my manager call you back later today. Second day in a row I have gotten this and NO call. God knows when or if I will ever get my chair.

Loading and unloading was very fast when I came, but there is no specific guidance. I need to find someone back and forth to come in. According to Cevas habit, there is a dick phone.The second visit came 10 months after today, and the entrance took over at 195th StreetOnce again, loading and unloading is quite fast
