Worst place to load. They start shipping at 3 but only one dock is 8:30 and haven’t call me. Nolan has this loads so stay away drivers

Worst company I haveI dealt with in my 50 years in doing business.Not just as a delivery company but all companies I have business with at work or my personal affairs. Incompetent, clueless, liars in their commitment to delivery and their scheduling. Their company profile looks impressive but their operation is lower than a Mom and Pop run business.I investigated their clients and most if not all cancelled their contracts with them. If you are a company thinking of hiring a shipping company please look somewhere else - you will lose your business, guaranteed!

This company sucks at communicating and does not care about customer service. I ordered a TV from a 3rd party vendor from Amazon. I was supposed to receive the package days ago. According to there website it has been sitting in the same spot for 5 days. If there was a way to not pay them or get them disqualified to ship for Amazon I would be the poster boy. I can’t explain the dissatisfaction, it’s angering.

So far the worst people to deliver your package . I ordered a TV from Newegg only for them to schedule appointment between 9am-1pm was home waiting because it requires signature nobody called me until I chat with them and I was told the delivery man had emergency and they rescheduled delivery for Tuesday the lady Michelle D that handled the chat was very rude and mannerless, the customer service number is not real they put you on a long hold without no one on other end . Newegg will only loose customers dealing with these incapable set of delivery service, Please don’t ship with them or let your vendor ship through them they really don’t know what they are doing and not trained as well . I wish there’s a negative review star
