We have had a variety of mold issues from a rebuild. The allergies were getting so bad, so I and enough of it. Any contaminated areas were isolated. I highly recommend them for anyone who who believes they have mold in their home.

I have engaged with 1st Tech Restoration for the last four years at multiple properties including my elderly mothers. Besides the restoration work being impeccable, my mom is very comfortable with his demeanor and that is a huge plus that I can trust him to communicate with both her and tenants directly without me being present.Dante has also engaged directly with my insurance companies for water damage claims and patiently gone through the claims with me so I could fully understand what was billed and what the insurance paid. I intend to continue using him for work even beyond burst pipes when he is willing.

I had a massive sewer main backup into my lower bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet. I called 1st Restoration (Dante - owner) at 8 am and Dante showed up at 10:30 am to start the cleanup of the black-water (sewer) inundation. He worked diligently over a period of one month to clean up the mess. This including removal of all floor coverings, furniture and clothing and the extraction of approx. 300 gallons of black-water. Then started a period of a couple of weeks of drying while Dante worked on tearing out 3 feet of plaster/dimple board on all walls. Then came the tedious task of sanding all studs and applying disinfectant. Dante worked a total of 21 out of 31 days including 4 Saturdays. He did a very thorough and conscientious job of cleaning up the mess caused by the sewer backup. After the testing showed there was no lingering effects of the black-water Dante did a lot of the finish carpentry repair. I would recommend 1st Restoration to anyone who needed remediation of water damage.
