Seems like this place dont work good enough. I call them to ask for a job and they dont answer none of the calls. What type of workers are guys. You guys only call when when they end our assignment. But if we were to ask for another job whats your guys response we have no jobs available at the moment. But then yet you guys be posting jobs that are available and you guys dont want to send us to any. I have 8yrs experience on driving forklift and they dont even want to give me a job thats paying good. RANDSTAD HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ANSWERING ALL PHONE CALL WHEN THEY ARE BEING MADE. ILL JUST STICK TO OTHER TEMP SERVICES THAT GIVES YOU JOBS FASTER. If Ill take a job from you guys unless its a good paying job.

My overall experience with Randstad agency has been great. They helped me find a job a few years ago where I was hired by the company. Due to the pandemic I was laid off and so I called Julibeth @ Randstad again. She was able to find me a job even with the current circumstances. Theyre pretty efficient if you ask me.

When I first came here everything was okay. Like within 2weeks they placed me on a job site and out off no where the company said they didn’t need me no more. The assignment was for 6 months and the pay was good. After that they wanted to send me to a $13 job. They send me to get my forklift license because they was going to place me on a job but Denise never said nothing. Like two days ago I had to go to a job but I didn’t like the pay. I deserve base on my experience!! You guys ain’t fare at all! Never call back! They don’t care on placing you to work. They were all nice and even told me to leave a review and I did but I erased it and posted a new one. Never coming back here or neither recommend you guys!!

Earlier I spoke too soon and left a good review. I was lied to and sent to an interview where originally I was told I was going to get paid $20 an hour. Upon arrival they said starting rate was $15. They got me all excited for nothing. Complete waste of time. I tried giving them another shot but I keep getting this excuse that they dont have any openings. When I see them constantly post job openings on Social Media.
