No stars ! I ordered a customized jersey on April 24th of 2021 was told that it would be here 3-6 weeks and here it is July 8th,2021 and still nothing ! I’m so disappointed I needed this for a special occasion and I don’t even need it anymore . I’ll never order from this company again and advise you all not too unless you are willing to wait almost three months for your item I could have ordered out of the country and gotten my order back faster than this . Kinetic Society took 3 months to deliver a small order. When I (finally) received my order, the items were made incorrectly. I contacted support, who assured me they would fix the issue. However, they ended up ghosting me and I never received the correct items or a refund. Do not buy from this company unless you want to get scammed!

I ordered eight custom-made basketball jerseys for my skate crew, Pony Rollers, and had a wonderful experience with Kinetic Society. Their team was very responsive theyre sizing chart was very accurate and the quality of the product is incredibly high. My whole crew is so happy that we decided to order with Kinetic Society. Be aware that measurements are taken in centimeters so make sure to have a measuring tape with centimeters on it to get an accurate sizing. All of the jerseys are quite long which is great.

I ordered my item on December 12, 2020. Currently March 7th, 2021. I still have not got any update on my order, been emailing back and forth with the company. The same response every time “ Working on the order” the website said the it will take 6-8 weeks. This is so unprofessional, there is no transparency, and the only thing that allows me to track my order is the app “ Shop “. The update for the order update has been: “ Order placed “ since December 12. This is absurd when I had to pay shipping and when I ask for updates, there is no exact answer but just a vague answer “ we’re working on it “. I wanted to buy one item to test out before I order a 100+ orders, but after this experience, I will not be coming back.

Kinetic Society is great to work with and easy going. They are very personable and have produced great work. The only reason for thr 4 stars is we have order from them twice, and each order has had an issue. The colors printed very wrong on our first order and our fraternity crest was printed wrong on our second order. The HAVE had great service and replaced every item and remade the wrong ones for no cost. Amazing customer service, but the errors are just a little more to deal with in the long run.
