Debt Masters is not a reputable company. They will take your money, promise to collect from past due accounts and never send you the money they collected. They have contacted us multiple times over the past year to let us know they collected for our company and promise to send the money within the month and they never do. We have received several calls from them saying they will send the money due to us and they never follow through. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are unethical and should be put out of business.

Paid $4500 to them more than 1 year ago for a ~$50k debt case with Entry of Judgement. Was given a 45 day guarantee instead of the normal 14 day guarantee. So far hasnt received anything. The guarantee is a joke. They would just keep push back the dates and say they are sending a $500 check, but I never receive anything. Now emails are ignored and cant contact these guys. Just stay away from them.

RIP OFF! This company is a scam and will take your money and run. They do not pay on what theyve collected. No actual business front or location. Two people work in the office, Lisa Knight and the owner of the scam business. So disappointing

Our company used Debt Masters to collect unpaid amount from one of the customers. Customer paid to Debt Masters over a month ago, but now we can not collect from Debt Masters... They said that they will send a check in month and a half from now, even though customer paid month ago. On the request to justify such a delay, representative said Because I said so. Which does not sound too professional... Ironically, but we might need to hire another collection agency to collect form them... They were pretty rude on the phone too. Would NOT recommend this agency to others.

Dont waste your time uploading your files if you are a small landlord. Debt Masters website does not spell out they takelarge property manager debts against tenants on a retainer or continuing basis.Nor does website spell out they do not take small landlord account.A vague website that is tantamount to misrepresentation.
