We have used Cal Tech twice and both technicians were absolutely amazing, Mark and Alex. Kathy in Customer Service is very helpful and diligent too. We will continue to do business with them and you will not be disappointed if you try their services.

Had an issue with our cannon image runner and had Cal Tech come out and do an assessment. After the assessment was done the tech determined what needed to be replaced and though their quote to repair the printer seemed a bit high at first after pricing the repair job out Cal Tech was pretty much in line with other repair companies and lower than having Cannon come out and do the repair. After the job was completed the printer worked for about a week and then completely broke down. We called Cal Tech who sent another technician out who stated that we needed further repairs. After speaking with the owner Kathy about the problem she had the additional repairs done and several components replaced at no charge. We were quite happy that they stood by their initial quote and were focused more on our satisfaction and their good reputation than trying to get a few extra dollars from us.

Manny arrived early and did a great job! Was very knowledgeable and gave good advice as to how to maintain our Epson R2880 between service calls. Cal Tech will be my go to people for printer support!

Super quick response time, and very helpful. Very personable, both on the phone, and in person, as well. They do a thorough job, and are very knowledgeable about what they do. Great company.

Easily the worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced in my professional career. Zero response to complaints as well.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. This has GOT to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner, Kathy, is completely arrogant and rude and I do not recommend anyone using their service. The technician was nice, however, we were charged for service he had done and our copier STILL does not work. And they charged us for materials. Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. AWFUL.
