I had a great experience with TeamLogicIT in Torrance. Before TeamLogic, my employer at the time (hi-tech small company) was working with a large and mostly unresponsive IT firm. The transition to TeamLogic was easy and their great level of support, responsiveness and quality of service was immediately evident when compared to our previous IT provider. Myself and my team at the time, a group of engineers that while knowledgeable in computers were by no means IT professionals, were probably the hardest customer to please. Used to have to deal with IT issues on our own due to the mostly absent IT provider, felt at ease once TeamLogic took over. We finally were able to focus more on our actual engineering work, rather than waste time with IT issues as TeamLogic successfully and confidently resolved them.

Yesterday we had a power outage and our server when down. Just as panic set in who walks in the door? Teamlogic! They were alerted that something had happened to our server and they arrived right on time to save the day! Kudos Teamlogic!

I hired TeamLogic IT to configure my own router to bridge with AT&Ts modem/router combo so I can switch our phone system to VOIP.Norman was our IT service person. He arrived promptly to the appointment and successfully configured both the AT&T combo/router and my own Asus router to work with Voip. Norman also opened and tested firewall access for my colleague who works out of state. The only challenge was AT&Ts web module kept freezing up, which prevented the opening of another firewall I needed.The next day, I received a follow up email and once I provided more information, Norman devised a Plan B to work around ATTs pesky web interface. He came back to my office to complete the project the following day. Even though the second issue was not urgent, I appreciate Normans proactiveness to research a solution and his quick follow-up.I was grateful for their immediate availability, friendly service, and thorough follow up.
