Ive recently started to frequent this car wash. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very pleasant. My only gripe is. Two times Ive gone there. They left some spots of wax paste on my car. I had to wipe my car down a little. Other than that my car came out cleaner and shinier than the other establishments I ha frequented. Also its an all hand wash. Which is better for your paints finish. Not a big issue. But I feel if Im paying and giving a tip. I want a thorough job for my money.

Stopped by on a Tuesday around 11:00am. No wait. Kyle happy to see me - very helpful! Didn’t rush me as I purged an enormous amount of randoms to the trunk - even offered to throw away my trash for me.Jasmine - cashier inside was great! Place was very clean with seating marked closed for 6ft distancing.All employees wore masks.Free wifi while I waited. Seating available both inside & outside. Wash completed within a reasonable amount of time.Will def be back again soon!

I took my van to get it detailed in this place.My van has a ramp because I became a quadriplegic after an accident.While getting service in this place the people that were in charge of the cleaning messed up sliding door. I Immediately brought up the issue to manager and he agreed about this incident.I had to paid $1,200 to get it fix and then went to Miami Car Spa to show the invoice with the hope to receive compensation from them ( because before going to this place the sliding door was working perfectly fine ).Manager refused to acknowledge the situation and not even listened to me.I’m writing this message so this business takes responsibility and this nightmare doesn’t happen to another person that may not be able to cover this expense.Miami Car Spa be professional and keep your word.... If your manager told me to bring over paperwork of repair to have a look at it and when I did I was completely ignored by your staff…!This behavior is Unprofessional, cruel, and distasteful to say the least.

Just wanted a light hand wash to get the dust & bug spots off my ceramic coat. Vince advised that their basic Silver wash package would do the trick. Definitely did well, no window glass streaks or water spots.

I had my 2017 Ford Raptor detailed by the crew at Miamis Auto Spa, and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a car wash. Despite their heavy work load, I felt that I received individualized attention from the attendant regarding all my questions because of marks I wanted removed from my leather. The work itself and attention to detail was second to none, and I will definitely be coming back considering the value I got for my money I am a very happy customer! Thank you Steve you guys are awesome!

Serive is mostly good but time to time but attention to detail is lacking. Took my car in after a road trip and had bugs all over the front but was still on there after the wash and detailing.... really wanted to give 4plus stars but this wasnt the first time...

I came in with nasty water spots and the guys took a careful look with me before recommending the clay/buff/wax job would take care of it. The pricing and package was clear and and a couple hours later it came out good as new. I didn’t expect the thorough interior vacuuming either, which was nice👍

My car was greasy. It had places that were still dirty and film of grease. BAD

Dont want to vacuum under seat, I am willing to do it at another kind of car wash, and drive through for cheaper, but I need help. Temp job for some

I went in this morning with my new Chevy Blazer. Paid 144 dollars to get a clay bar and wax. Took about 2 hours. I get home and take a microfiber towel to my car to dry of remaining water spots on my rear bumper to find a scratch on it! I read reviews the night before because I was debating on where to take my new car, and read that this has happened before to a previous guest. I am now trying to call and keep getting forwarded to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up... last time I do this. Thanks for the Scratch on my new car. I hadn’t even had it for a week!

****UPDATE****I gave this carwash a second chance and Im happy to report that they did a fantastic job! Windows were spotless and smudge free. They were fast and yet efficient. Employees were nice and professional. Prices are comparable.👍👍👍Overall, they do a pretty good job cleaning the car inside and out. ......My only angst is they(like most car wash businesses) cant seem to clean car windows without leaving a smudge(s).😬

I brought my new 2020 Ram pick up in for some paint correction detail work. Their guys did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier. After they performed the paint correction, I had them apply a ceramic coating and the Black Diamond Crystal paint looks liquid. Thanks Miami Auto Spa.

I tried these guys tonight and had a great experience. Vince greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for in a professional no pressure way. I requested a couple of detailed polishing over light scratches, and they followed through, and did what I requested. Upon final pickup which was right at the end of their day I asked them to re-touch a couple of areas, and Jesus happily obliged and made everything look great. I have a black car which is of course the most difficult to make look great, and they did a great job. Thanks guys. I’ll surely be back.

They do a great job here overall. My car always comes out super clean inside and out.The girl at the front desk is very nice and always gives me an extra air freshener but I wasn’t super pleased with the guy that greets you. He tried to sell me something that wasn’t needed, seemed a little shady

Eh, I was lazy to do it myself. So that is why I took it there, but I could have done a better job myself. They just dont get the crevices good enough. Probably wont take it there again TBHAlso, there was a lady in there with no mask, so irresponsible, especially with this pandemic

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I am a local resident and have always seen this establishment busy so I decided to pay them a visit. October 14, 2020 was a tuff day for my family and myself seeing that we were laying our mother to rest. I arrived early to this place being the 4th person awaiting for service. I was approached by who I thought was a honest guy (later found out he is the manager/owner) who seemed nice.I received my ticket paid with the lady at the counter and awaited to received my car. After some time I stepped outside to see if my vehicle was ready and was met by a worker. I noticed this worker walked ahead of me and went to the drivers side of my car while I check the passenger side first. As I arrived to to drivers side I saw the worker and the manager/owner stooped down by the front driver side tire. I didn’t think anything of it. I’m noticing I see scratches and marks that was NOT on my car seeing that I only had it 5 days at this time. I pointed out these NEW scratches to both the worker and manager and was suggested that I pay for my car to be detailed. I explained that these star yes we’re not on the car before I drove there. After I left this place I realized that my car had either hit/scraped the side wall or the round exit of the wash.So remember me mentioning where I saw both worker and manager near the driver front tire that’s where the real damage is. I called and spoke to the lady at the counter, was asked to come back that day but informed her that I was preparing to lay my mom to rest in just a few hours. The lady asked for my name and good contact number which I provided and was told that I would hear from the manager/owner in the blue shirt the next day. As of November 15, 2020. I have YET to hear from anyone of this establishment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. There’s no integrity!!! Not to mention I am a front line serviceman during this pandemic. If I could give negative stars I would.

I got a free quality wash for my birthday!. i always love going back here because they have my preferences stored in the computer and no matter which employee is helping me, they already know what i want. A very clean and comfortable waiting lounge plus they are always on time

I am very picky about my car and I can tell you hands down this is the only place that has evey cleaned my baby like I do. I am so impressed with the attention to detail. 10 STARS

I been taking my car there for a few months but its good and clean but they dont air out the water well and it drips when in drive. So when ibget off the car i see white spots. My car is black.... so yeah no good. Rsther than that they do a good job. But i wont take my car there no more.

Great car wash! My old truck looks new again!

They do a really good job but they didn’t get the inside of the back window and then the guy tried to tell me that I have a rust stain that he can take out with a clay polish for over $100. Seriously?? I can go to Autozone and get some Magguires and polish it out myself for $11.

Both the exterior and interior wash were the best Ive experienced anywhere.

I thought this Miami would be better than SP. Nope. Always inspect your car inside and out before you leave. Its hot and busy right now. Over sights happen.

They do a great job cleaning the car, but seriously need to stop driving my car like they own it. Theres no need to whip the car around so quickly and press hard enough on the breaks that I can see the car jolt to a stop.

Love this place. They will merge your points if you change cars to be washed. Always gives fast quality service and makes you feel at home with several amenities inside the waiting room. You can shop for accessories while there for the car as well.

Got a complete detail for my car. Did a great job, Ive been going here for as long as Ive been driving. Only complaint was I felt my car was a little wet when they gave it back and made the car smell moldy. Would go back and use the service again.

First time coming here. Thought I’d come here regularly since it’s right by my house. They did an ok wash but didn’t vacuum anything and that was the main reason I came in. Very disappointed. I will not be returning

Came to the shop to wash my car, Service was not done but they still took my money. The manager told everybody that day we are going giving everybody a rain check so when you come next time you will have your car washed for free. I asked the person to give me a receipt so that I can have it for next time but he refused. Today, I Come to ask for my service and the guy said “we don’t even have you in the system”. I told him but you guys got your money and never did the car wash. He said well we vacuumed your car. I told him well the car have vacuum doesn’t mean the full service was done he said oh you need to come 48 hours after that. But I told him it was raining the whole week. Anyway the guy started arguing back-and-forth with me talking down with such a bad manner. The service is never good, customer services at its worst .. very sad To see that there are still businesses who take advantage of their customers shame on you, and to top that lied about the issue, not an apology was given ..

Vacuumed my change, I think... when I got back into my car it was gone. I have been to other places that have done a better job.

They talked me into a better package to take better care of my car, and offered a tremendous discount because it was the right thing to do for my car. They took their time and had a whole team working on it past business hours to get it done right. It was a long wait, but absolutely worth it for the care they put into their work.

They used to be my favorite place to take my car for a wash. But I’ve been noticing lately new scratches appearing on the paint and on window tint film. Any time I took my car there, there was a new one. As of the wash, they do it very hastily. I could still see dirt after the wash is done. It’s unfortunate, but I will need to find a better place...

I was extremely disappointed with my wash, I paid $70 for the express wash on my wifes car to take care of the stains on her seats. When I picked up the car I was in such a hurry to pick her up from work that I did not look over the car thoroughly and the car didnt get hit with the spray wax, it didnt even look like they washed the outside of the car, the inside wasnt vaccumed, nothing was wiped down, the seats felt crusty, the glass had fingerprints. The thing thats frustrating is that Ive had better washes done on the car for less money here before.I tried calling back the same day to see if we could come to some resolution and nobody answered my call, I called many times an I got no response.

Since owner change, its not the same. Theyre pretty rude now. Especially as you arrive. That guy will attempt to sell you things or else he cant guarantee the car will be cleanSince this post I have to give it 5 stars now. Service has been great, everyone is friendly! I even accrued points and got a FREE wash today!

Brought my new Harley in to see if they could wash and detail it because it was filthy and they did a really good job because it was gleaming afterwards! They gave me a really good deal and took there time and did it right and even threw in the fancy synthetic wax! And the woman at the counter was really nice and friendly while I waited!

In just bought a new massive truck and Im in the babying stage.Ive been coming here for years and have been really happy with the work just about every single time.The wait can be longer than normal (key negative) but there are super comfortable deep plush leather chairs to relax and read in. The waiting area is indoors, great AC inside. Tip well, they work hard and remember.

A great place. Fast, good and convenient. I bring my vehicles every two weeks and have always been pleased with their work. If you want to complain, wash your own vehicle.

The people were friendly - but I did expect more attention to detail. I got a CEO car wash with leather detailing ($57 total). Disappointed my car mats were not put back correctly, that I still have dirt on my windshield, and that my dash cover wasn’t removed to condition the leather. I’ll be back to try it again - hoping this was just a one time issue. I couldn’t say to speak with anyone as I had to get to another appointment, and I was already past the hour mark.

Ive had better car washes for the price.

This place is terrible. They will charge you $18.99 for a regular car wash but the quality of the work is very poor. They will leave stains and dust all over the car and they will even scratch your car and not take responsibility for it. I’m never going back to this place.

This is the best place to get your car washed in the Southbay. They do take a while to wash your car, but it is without a doubt worth the wait. The inside and outside are upscale compared any other car wash Ive been to.

2 lanes run the cars through the wash so it actually goes pretty quickly. Was in and out with a beautiful washing in less than an hour. Reasonably priced. I got the executive wash for less than $20. Very comfy lounge.

Will always have much respect for this place the ladys in the front are always nice and the overall environment of this car wash is the way it should be! just not happy with the change to meguiars, I know it was to up business and all but the last time I went I got a 25 dollar car wash and the place wasnt packed at all. not sure whos running the cars when they get out but the old crew was always quick and knew what they were doing. This time I got the wash they took forever on my car and to top it off the cupholder wasnt even clean and the place was not that busy but when you pay for a wash they should be cleaning it very well even my rims werent wiped down properly.

I like my Tesla M3. Its wrapped, so most of the time, I need interior detailing done. Sadly, the last visit resulted in fabric tears on the door panels and center console. $485 to get these fixed by Tesla. Not coming back.

My husband and I needed our car cleaned and ready to ship overseas per military orders. The Vehicle Processing Center has very strict instructions and these guys worked extra hard to make sure all of our needs and requests were met. Above and beyond what I expected. No body beats Miamis Auto Spa! I park outside, and need a hand wash that I am unable to do myself. The boys at the spa take their time and detail my truck as if it where their own! They have a good brotherhood and i enjoy the time I am there.

I waited hour and a 1/2 And I noticed the my center console was filthy the Rims were never properly wiped clean the floor mats were never wash water spots on my side view mirrors but really got to me was my center consul it was super duty and the floor mats they just whip them with something that made the very very slippery I had to go back and spend another 30 minutes and still the gentleman never washed the passenger floor mat i know ther ower is going to Wright we are so sorry please call us if we can help you. You should be there and handle this issues your self instead of just texting back on this poor service review I will say the manager was very polite and understanding but for $90 the Job Should of been done correctly this was my 1st N only time I ever visit this detail place Much Flash but no shine And Im only being courteous with 2 stars because of the manager very very respectful

I went Sunday 2/23/20 to get a car wash on my tahoe it had alittle mud and the a guy told me if I want mud removal is an additional 10 bucks and I agreed when work was completed mud was still there Im not happy about and not coming back!

I’ve been a customer since they first opened and since then, the service has completely gone down. I take all of my families cars and the last time I took my car and my wife’s car the inside was still dirty. It looked like they barely vacuumed, the outside still had smudges all over it. I spoke to the supervisor and he was no help. After years I won’t be going back anymore.

Worst experience ever. I took my brand new acura tlx to get a car wash. When they returned it to me my technology system wasn’t working. They tried to fix it but couldn’t do it. I had to drive my car without the technology system for two days until I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. They also broke the protector for the passenger seatbelt and didn’t even bother to tell me about it. Apparently they threw it away because it disappeared as soon as they gave me the car back from the car wash. Never taking my car here again! If you have a brand new car don’t take it to this place, they will mess it up!

If you advertise business hours you should follow them. Turning away paying customers who have driven to and arrived at your business at 10 min. before your closing time is not only foolish, it is also insulting.Won’t be back to waste any more of my time our spend my money.

This has been the worst wash Ive been to yet. Not only did it take way too long only to have the final product less than mediocre. After leaving the rinse area my truck sat and dried in the Sun leaving water spots all over.Now I get to go back and try to get the spots out myself hopefully they come out. Overall a great place, some people do better than others but they have a efficient assembly line and for the most part do great work

I wrote a review on yelp about what a terrible experience I witnessed the one time I went to this place. A customer was distaisfied with the service and the owner verbally attacked her and harassed her out of the place. I had never seen anything like it. Ever since then, this con wannabe business man, Shawn, has been harassing me via Yelp and sending me intimidating emails and threats. How can this be reported ? If anyone knows the process please let me know. Btw stay away from this place. This guy is trouble.

I arrived wanting a good carwash, I was greeted by a employee and he tried to get me to upgrade to a more expensive option that wasnt a carwash. I get it, trying to upsell products is the name of the game. Just ease up on it for people just wanting a carwash.The inside waiting area is nice, packed full of products to look at while you wait. The food and drinks is actually really decently priced. I got an energy drink, and I was expecting to pay a lot, but it was actually as cheap as a gas station. Next time I go, Ill definitely take advantage of this since many places charge too much for the convenience of having stuff in their waiting area.The inside cashier was super friendly.Now for the nitty gritty, the thing that matters, the car wash. My black car was spotless when I got it back. The inside moon roof could have been cleaned better, but its a pain to clean so Ill give some slack on it. The inside was otherwise clean. Even the copious amounts of sand from the beach in my trunk was gone.Overall Id recommend this place if you want a more in depth cleaning of your car.

Very disappointed the attendant dropped keys on new car kept going about his business like nothing car sat in sun min 10 min before anyone touched it had water spots all over windows full of wax just very unhappy. Owner was very apologetic tried to fix issue

They do a really good job hand washing your car. It takes a little bit of time but its worth it because they dont rush and do it right.
