Worst ever property management company. They used to call CID Management but I dont know why change to a new name without update the board member. They provide poor quality of communication, poor value of the building. They way how they handle things are not professional at all. Not suggest business like this at all. Worst worst ever.

The worst HOA company ever. Super Unprofessional and rude. The keep charging me with late payment charges without any explanation. I havent heard from the company even after several complaints. I dont recommend you guys using them. I have never had issues like I do with them. Simply a horrible company.

We have been trying to get a hold of them to figure out any update with having no hot water at our entire apartment complex for going on 4 days now. The HOA manager at CID never answers or returns any phone calls so we are left in the dark.

Our HOA is currently transitioning from another management company to UnyGlobe and they have been ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL in regards to any questions and concerns we have. All of us at our HOA are eternally grateful for our manager here in San Diego. We made the best decision for our community by switching over to UnyGlobe.

This has to be the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. They bled my HOA dry with hidden fees, random charges with no explanation. Do not use.
