Was able to get my car fixed up within just one day and they were super friendly! The price was very reasonable too. Out of all the experiences I’ve had getting my car fixed, this was by far the least stressful😊

Outstanding service! Our parking break broke and we pulled in to this body shop 20 mins before closing. John was able to release the break immediately, he was extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I was in an accident and my front end was badly damaged along with the hood and I brought my truck here just down the street from my house and they did an amazing job.

I’ve first got aquatinted with this shop about two years ago when my daughter’s brand new Versa was keyed! They did an amazing restoration and my daughter was very happy with the final result! Brought in my Juke this week, complaining about a bumpy ride and a clicking noise, after being sent off by the dealer for almost a year with “no findings”! John was so pleasant to deal with! He immediately took matters at hand and has found the origin of the problem: a faulty axle/shaft! Luckily, I still have powertrain warranty on the car, so Nissan will take care of the issue...but let me tell you, it was so reassuring to walk into the dealership and deal with those folks KNOWING what the problem is with my car and not being treated like “just a female driver”!! Thank you so much John and Raffy! I’ll be only using this repair shop as long as I’ll own a car! They are honest, personal, and treat customers with respect!

Brought my car in on an insurance claim because the reviews were good, the service was even better than expected.My car had issues not related to the claim that the guys took care of and then gave me a great deal on other work I needed done.Good shop and good people.

I am happy to finally find a good & trustful repair shop through many years. I feel that we need to know a good doctor, lawyer, plumber and auto repair shop for the easy life. Reasonable price & satisfied job. Repaired my C300 side mirror cheaper than the cost of parts itself at Mercedes Benz dealer. Having confidence on their own estimate and not try to dealing. No need to appraise more. Just experience there. Will no longer bring my car to unknown & clumsy auto shops as the insurance co. recommends. Will also bring wifes X3 soon as i confirmed the job quality.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years, since I acquired my old 2004 car, and Ive been back 4 times now. John is honest and really thorough and I will keep coming back. I really appreciate the service and price. I got a mild scolding for consistently not being on top of checking my engine oil but at the same time it makes me smile that they care. I really appreciate the attentiveness. Other places dont care what you do with your car, they only see you as dollar bills. I trust this place. Its a bonus too that its in my neighborhood. So lucky.

Loved the service... Quick...they did a great job. I didnt have to do anything except drop my car off and pick it up. John was great..he communicated with me through text which works sooo much better for me. I will definitely go back to them if I need any more work done to my car.

Like previous reviews, I just had to 5 star and recommend. MGM took time to understand the issue and explained/pointed out to me exactly what caused my car to squeak. The repair was exactly what I needed (within my budget), and I got in and out within a timely manner. Great job!

For about 7 years now I have been taking my low mileage, hand-me-down, clk 550 for all its repairs to my local Mercedes-Benz dealership. After going to the same service advisor for so many years I had grown to trust this person with my car and money. Naturally, when my car started having issues turning on after only 2-3 days of not driving it, I had it checked out at Mercedes-Benz.Fast forward 8 months, 2 new batteries, and multiple visits and calls to my service advisor I was told time and time again, you arent driving your car enough.To top it all off, during those 8 months I was also informed my car had an oil housing leak which would cost nearly 1300 dollars. My tiny little college student wallet was in severe pain!At that point I was inclined to sell my car, but Im incredibly grateful I decided to get a second opinion before I did...MGM Auto Repair & Body Shop had me in utter shock when they informed me my car DID NOT in fact have an oil housing leak, but rather someone had most probably done a sloppy job filling it, because there was simply some dry oil on the outside. They also discovered what had been killing my battery, apparently the amplifier was draining the battery even while the car was turned off! FINALLY AN ANSWER!After the headache Mercedes had put me through for the past 8 months, I was ecstatic with how quickly and diligently the employees at MGM were able to diagnose and repair my car.I was even able to have them repair the multiple other issues I had been holding off on due to my tight student budget.At the end of it all MGM had my car looking and driving good as new! And for less than the cost Mercedes-Benz was going to charge me for 1 repair that apparently didnt even exist!Happy to say I will not be selling my car, as long as these guys are around!

Very fair and trustworthy, hard to find that in a mechanic now days. While we didnt end up doing all our repairs here he gave us very open honest answers to our options and didnt try to force us into anything. 10/10 reccomend coming here with your automobile concerns

Honest. Reasonably Priced. Quality Care. I will never go back to the car dealer after the opportunity to be serviced by MGM. They performed a major repair on my car a few weeks back, and for the first time in a long time I felt comfortable and not like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Keep doing great work! I will be back and will send my family and friends there.

Had some bad damage on both driver side doors. All I had to do was drop my car off at M G M. John and the gang dealt with the insurance company for me to get the job done. Car was as good as new a week later.

Raffy is good person in person and profession.... he is easy go guy to fix your car .... he understands gives discounts by case to case basis. He keeps promises and committed person. I recommend to get an opinion before you are going to anyone bet he will be the best and cheapest in Torrance area

I love this place. Raffy the owner and his staff are very professional and very responsive when I call. I have been going to him for about 4 years now with my personal car and my company trucks and wouldn’t think about going to anyone else. Prices are reasonable and he never tries to get over on you.

I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago and I needed a price quote ASAP. Raffy told me to stop by and he took a look at the car and gave a quick quote. We ended up going through the other drivers insurance and I got MGM Auto to do the repairs on my car.Raffy took really good care of me and my car. The car looks brand new and I couldnt be happier taking it to him. He even buffed out my headlights and fixed my bent up license plate.If you need a good body shop or auto repair shop in the the Torrance or the South Bay I would come to MGM Auto Repair.
