I took my 2010 Ford Focus in to replace the front engine mount. The part had been special ordered to reduce vibration and noise. My advisor, Derrek Duarte was able to schedule the installation and it was completed in less than 2.5 hours. The result was no vibration or rattling in the engine compartment and there was almost no noise at all. From diagnosis to part ordering to installation, the repair was successful thanks to Derrek and Crew.
Salesman Daniel was exceptional and honest. Negotiated a deal over the phone and he kept his end of the bargain. He even help me get additional State funded discount even after the car was purchased. How about that for an AFTER SERVICE. Asked him to assist me for another car for my Son.By the way I bought Mach E from Daniel. Most satisfying purchase.

This has been the most satisfying car-buying experience for me and my wife - and we have collectively purchased no less than a dozen vehicles in the past 40 years. The single reason is the dealer, Mr. Joseph Mistrih, who helped us acquire our Mustang Mach-e from the first day we stepped into Torrance Ford. I was immediately impressed by his straightforward manner in allowing me to test-drive readily without any salesmans pitch. He then told us exactly how we needed to order one and to await patiently for its arrival. Above all, he also told us how much exactly we would need to pay ultimately - with no string attached what so ever. Nearly 5 months after we submitted the deposit, the car arrived and Joseph again helped us go through the process to finalize the deal - with exactly the same price he had mentioned in the beginning (plus additional savings due to unexpected promotions)! His attitude was sincere, and his knowledge about the new model was superb. Above all, he strikes us as a genuinely honest person, with everything he told us turning out to be true. We would have no reservation referring our family and friends to AutoNation Ford Torrance - esp. if one wishes to acquire the exciting Mach-e, precisely because Joseph epitomizes what an excellent car dealership in town should be proud of.

Everyone here was terrific especially Roy. He got us the exact van we wanted and at a very fair price. Just bought my 3rd vehicle in a row from Ford. My first 2 were from South Bay Ford, but I chose to buy from AutoNation Torrance this time because the service there is better all around.I worked with salesman Marcus Dancy to get a 2021 Explorer XLT. Both he and the accounts guy Farrukh were very helpful. I work full time and have a baby, so it was very important to me to not take hours at the dealership waiting around. After test driving with Marcus, he was able to do all the rest of the paperwork remotely for me, and I was able to run in and finalize papers quickly and drive home with my new vehicle.I really appreciated how easy they made it for me to get my new ride and I love the vehicle! Very happy with my purchase.

Our sales person was great nice,but not very knowledgeable regarding trucks, finance manager very Sneaky with his numbers and very misleading so be on high alert...Recommended to have your appraisal in hand your financial loan approved, Know your interest rate, value of your trade in.. My vehicle was held for seven days, but on Thursday the sixth day I called Wayne choir on the progress off the job because I have not had a feedback or a call about it in six days I was there for inform that they were waiting for the part which will arrive in the next day morning and that I will be called when is ready to be picked up and thats what happen was just the fact that there was no feedback all along give me a sense of concern which I thought whats the weather unusual for customer service I didnt like it.Upon close inspection in the cabin the air van close to the steering wheel is sunk in and the frame around the radio that was woke back put back is shaky look like the screws were not put in place the frame for the front license plate its broken on the left side I need to have it replaced thats not the way it was delivered to the shop but nevertheless I am pleased that the air conditioner compressor is working was it wasnt before and is the reason why I brought it in for repair thank you.

They let me down about 4 years ago this place was awesome Now they have new workers theyre so unprofessional theyre supposed to send me a ride to pick up my car After all I am giving them my business Spending Top $$! I was told that I was going to have someone pick me up to get my car and I never got a call and when I did call Them was put on hold forever until I just hung up because Thats what they were hoping that I would do and I did! Jesse is very unprofessional He is the worst one there! Extremely rude do not know how to deal with customers I do not understand why they have them in the position that he is in hes a liar amongst other things! I will never take my car to them again ever! sad part about it is close to me Ill take my car further away just to have the great service If Im paying you top dollars I expect Great Service!!

The maintenance service was excellent. Jesse Cisneros was quite attentive to the maintenance needs my Ford Explorer requires. Jesse was a very professional and pleasant service advisor.The shuttle service was also very convenient in giving me a ride home after dropping of my Explorer for me to wait at home rather than in the service waiting room and then giving me a ride back to the dealership after the service maintenance was completed. Experience with the sales person was good. The sales person is very nice and patient. He spent a lot of time to show us all the features and capabilities of the PHEV car and we are pretty much overwhelmed with all the information. We simply cannot absorb all the info in a short period.The experience with finance, however, was not good. While they are nice, they continuously push us to purchase the warranties, which typically are over priced. For instance, for a 3 year free maintenance, it is $1999. For a brand new PHEV car, do I really need more than $600 each year for maintenance? How many oil changes, how many tune-ups, and how many tire rotations do I need each year for a new car?
My car was under warranty thats the only reason I went to the dealership, they are not so good when it comes to customer satisfaction. my vehicle wouldnt start, it took them almost two weeks to fix the problem and I didnt even get a phone call when it was done, I had been checking periodically and just happened to find out my vehicle was ready to be picked up!
Auto Nation completed my 9 month search for the right electric vehicle. I love my Mach E! Joseph and the staff were perfect. I was a life long Chevy owner now I am proud to have switched to Ford.

The sales person Roy Leshaw did a great job at the sale point showing me this great ford truck, i have only good things to tell about him, he was in vacations after I purchase the truck and he was willing to continue helping me with some problems that i have with the finance department. that is the down part of this transaction since they took almost 3 weeks to pay the equity from my previous truck that i sold to them.overall great sells person, terrible finance department.

I took my 3-month-old car in to fix some scratches on the hood expecting professional quality, but I was very disappointed with the results and the customer service. They repainted the hood the wrong color initially and left scratches in the clear coat across the entire hood. The final result was a hood with dark spots and clear coat scratches as well as new scratches to the mirror and bumper. After sending the car back to get the issues corrected they stated there was nothing more they could do despite the scratches still being visible. They also stated that the scratches were from the buffing process, but the reason to buff paint is to remove scratches. We had discussed having a third party fix the issues and they would cover the bill however, once I sent them the bill they stated that they would no longer pay to have the scratches they had made fixed and that there was nothing they could do. Overall I am very disappointed and angered that a business would conduct itself in such a manner. They guaranteed professional results but what I received was garbage that they are no longer willing to address. I am never taking my car back to this establishment and I recommend that neither do you.

I just recently purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger XLT pick up From Ford AutoNation in Torrance California. My experience was excellent....! I was able to roam the lot looking at trucks without being hounded by sales person. Did my research and picked up the truck that I wanted. The only problem was they didn’t have the truck I wanted on the lot in the color I wanted. Ron Smith My salesman went over and above to find me the truck, the color and the options I want it on it. He personally went out of his way to pick the truck up at their sister store and brought it to the Torrance store for me. I had a great experience and would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from Ron Smith at Ford AutoNation in Torrance....!

Where do I begin, I would never recommend taking your car here for service! There customer service is terrible my advisor was named Jesse Jesus and it seems like to me there way to busy to even explain to you what’s has been done with the car. Instead they throw you a receipt and hand you a keys and give your a Mickey mouse half job. I left the other day ago from service and drove it home with a coolant link from the lower radiator hose till I got home and inspected myself. This is ridiculous I never had this issue before. Then I get told “I’m not to sure what your talking about” I work to hard for MY money I could have gone to the mechanic down the street for a better experience! You call yourself professional absolutely not! Stay away!

After assuring me that the vehicle I was considering had been reserved for me, and after I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership, the sales rep told me I was in competition with another buyer, and that whoever signed first would get the car. Whether this buyer was real or not, I got the distinct impression that I was being played, especially since I was unhappy with the below KBB trade-in amount they were offering for my car. Playing buyers off against each other is an idiotic tactic. Im not that desperate to buy from double-dealing reprobates. Needless to say, I walked out.

I’m mostly satisfied with my experience. But when I got home and noticed the car I bought didn’t have floor mats, I was a little bummed. I called to ask about them and the rep told me they didn’t replace the floor mats for used vehicles. All cars should come with floor mats. I paid 2,500 the day I bought it... I guess I’ll have to spend more to get my own.Just wanted to come on and lower this rating from 3 to 1. If I could give zero, I would. So, just bought this car a few months ago and the brake system goes out. Which is a huge safety issue. I purchased a warranty through the company and was ensured it would cover things like this. So I get a call and turns out they don’t want to cover it and I will have to pay an additional $1,300 to get this fixed. I’m so mad. Don’t come here. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale.

On Saturday, April 24, 2021, I took my 2003 Ford F250 truck to AutoNation Ford Torrance because the check engine light was on. I did not take the truck there very much, because I and my wife had both previously had more than one bad experience. The representative could not find my vehicle in the system, not even under the VIN. Then they thought it was under my wife Diana Jones. It was not. The representative said a diagnostic test would be run on the Monday morning. The representative called Monday afternoon to let us know that the truck was okay, but they would re-run the test Tuesday morning. The truck would probably be ready Tuesday afternoon. We left two messages for the representative on Tuesday afternoon. No reply. Left another message Wednesday morning. No reply. Called the general number to finally get in contact with the representative. Told that there was a mix up. We could pick up the truck Just another bad experience at AutoNation Ford Torrance. We will try to find a better place.
The recall process for 2 items on my car took close to no time to replace. The AutoNation Ford Torrance location folks were very nice and efficient. I especially worked with Derrek and his crew and they were so nice and quick with their work. Thank you!!

Good especially Jesse.However my navigation system did not work it is indicated that I needed a new disk. When I looked to see the spot where the old is would’ve been it was still in there but not snapped in. Why did that happen???
For the past 5 years I have taken my Fusion to AutoNation Ford of Torrance for every oil change and service. They have taken good care of my car and always include a wash and vacuum. This is a wonderful gift tacked on the end of the noisy wait. (TVs on different stations and music over intercom)I was disappointed after spending $1035. on this occasion and no car wash. Nobody gave me a reason.Y’all have spoiled me. Please don’t stop now!! It’s the little things that help bear the big expenses. Thank you.

They did a great job! They even managed to accommodate me being 90 minutes lates for my appointment. Ended up having a late night at work, which threw off my sleep the night before. Anyway- there was a safety recall on my door locks, so had to have that looked at. But I also had to have them fix the unit that controls the rear camera display, stereo, bluetooth, etc. Was pleasantly surprised that it was only about $600 total, since I had heard nightmares about repairs connected to that display costing a couple grand.

I was really surprised at the shoddy service I received at the Ford Dealer in Torrance. My old battery had leaked a lot of battery acid --so I went to the Dealer for them to put in a new battery. However, as the attached picture of the new battery shows, the Tech didnt bother to clean off the old acid corrosion-which can still do much damage. I took the car back, complained and they cleaned the battery but I got the feeling I was bothering them by asking them to do it.I went to the dealer in Torrance because I wanted quality service--but certainly didnt get it there on this occasion.
Brought my Expedition in for its 60,000 mile service. The service tech Steven Marroquin was exceptional. They got everything taken care of, washed my car and also fixed a humming sound my A/C was making. (A piece of paper had gotten sucked up into the fan).I waited in the service area while they worked and was able to use the Guest WiFi to get some of my own work done. Very happy with the service, and the whole experience!

Arrived for appointment at 08:30 am. Car checked in by Jesse. About 09:00 am Derrick came to advise all that was needed for the 60,000 mile checkup and all would take 3 hours from 9am to complete. I approved all but 1 - alignment as that was done less than 2 years prior when I bought new tires from AutoNation Ford. I asked Derrick for pricing for what he had detailed and he advised about +/- $300.All in all everything was peaceful and job concluded at 10:45am with a car wash. That was fabulous as I was not expecting everything to be done until 11:30 am. I am giving a 4 star because the bill was $670.96 and I feel that was extremely expensive.
Dont ever purchase from this place. Their used car warranty is not covered by Ford. I called Ford customer relations because I was scheduled for an appointment because my transmission was slipping. They said they could not fix it because they were so backed up. Ford customer relations said they could not do anything because that is autonations own contract which is trash and they wont even honor it. They knew my warranty was only good for 90 days and so they just waited until it expired. They also made a fake edison bill in order to show my residency for their loan company. I dont even have an account with edison. I was outraged I called edison fraud dept and bbb and reported them for that.
I had a very bad experience with this dealer. I went in to finance a USED car. Once I got there we weren’t greeted and we were looked at as aliens, no one came up to us and multiple employees ignored us. Was there about 30min, salesman told me that the car was not for me. In other words telling me Im not the type of person they were looking for to buy that car and it would be difficult for me to pay it off. Keep in mind my credit score was good, I had income coming in. But still wasnt able to get the car because of my AGE?!? Definitely dont recommend this place as they judge theyre costumers by looks.

I love my new car, but my good experience ended with AutoNation after I said I would pull the trigger on the purchase. There was a really uncomfortable hard sell on a warranty. And then I only got one key, salesperson was going to mail the second, then we found out it didnt exist, the key guy only comes once a week, so the only time I could make available to drive all the way down there was in two weeks, which I told my salesperson. I showed up and found out after waiting 1.5 hours that I didnt have an appointment. The screen went black on my car as I drove all the way to Torrance from LA. Somehow that information wasnt given to service despite saying so right away, so apparently my car had to wait in line again to be looked at. Finally they paid for a loaner from Enterprise, taking another hour to deal with. In all that was 4 hours of my life I will never get back, and I still have to drive back to Torrance today.

I have always taken good care of my vehicles and have place my 100% in this dealership till my now, when I was blatantly lied to. I was told that my battery failed their test and needed to be replaced but since I know someone who owns a car battery shop I told them no and just do the other items needed, well not only did I take the battery to my buddies shop for testing I took it to a neutral 3rd party and both shops stated my battery was perfectly fine, so now I don’t trust their service department and am wondering if everything else was also needed😡
I just took my 2019 Mustang GT in for its 1 year check up. Everyone at the dealer was pleasant, and the car is driving great. Ramy helped set everything up, and Derrek was awesome in closing things. I ordered a staggered Nitto tire set up, and they recieved the tires in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. My first experience is sure to lead to a second one.
I contacted AutoNation Ford in regards to a used VW e-Golf that they had on the lot. Jimmy Whittall called me back immediately and we scheduled a time for me to look at the car and test drive it. Update: Immediately after I posted my original one-star review, I received a call from Ford Autonations manager who apologized for my previous experience there and ensured that my next appointment would be better, which it was. I did not experience any delays or problems. It appears that they are making an effort to improve their customer experiences. I have changed my rating to 3-stars because who knows if I would have received as good a second visit if not for posting my original review on here.Original/1st review - I made an appointment to have a recall notice looked at for my 2010 Ford Edge. I was told the estimated time would be about 4 hours. When I returned 4 hours later they said they had not even looked at it yet and it would take another day. I needed my car to go to work so I was unable to leave it. Now I have to wait another two weeks to be seen again. They are extremely busy and backed up with cars needing service, causing disorganization with their scheduling. If I get into an accident because of a recall that was not taken care of due to their negligence and disorganization, then I will be forced to take legal action.
Jenifer Hall with AutoNation was incredible helpful finding me what I wanted and within the financing I wanted to pay. I left completely happy with my purchase and she even took time to watch the kids while we cleaned out my old car. Good people that want to get you in a car that makes sense for you. I’ll go back again for the next one.

Arrived at the dealer’s service department 40 minutes before they opened on a Saturday. My truck was one of the first vehicles to be moved into a bay. After four hours of waiting in the customer lobby and seeing that only one mechanic was working on the eight vehicles in the inspection bays, I spoke with the service representative about my wait. He told me that, yes, only one mechanic was performing diagnostics but at the same time, they continued to bring in more and more customers. He then explained how they don’t have a lot of workers of Saturday and workers were working on non-standard days, etc, etc. Every Saturday, Autonation ALWAYS has tons of customers so it simply highlighted that Autonation doesn’t really care about the customer experience and figures customers will just deal with the horrible service.Next was the diagnosis. At the 4 ½ hour mark, I was finally told I would need to pay for five hours of labor ($900+) to further diagnosis my truck before they could tell me how much repairs to my emission system. My truck is still under warranty and the repair we’re discussing may actually be covered by the warranty. So after a total of five hours, I had the 30,000 mile service performed on my vehicle and nothing else. With a probably $5000 bill from AUtonation looking in my future, I will be going somewhere else to get better service and pricing.After telling them I would not be moving forward with the $900+ diagnosis, it took more than 60 minutes to wash my truck and give me my bill.TOTAL TIME AT AUTONATION: 6 HOURS (and I was one of the first vehicles in line at the start of the day)The last hour of waiting seemed to be imposed on me because Steven M., the Service Advisor, resented that I thought Autonation should have better service. I highly recommend going to any other place for service.
First impressions they say are lasting impressions. I had a horrible first impression (I had never been treated this bad before especially my experience with the shuttle driver). The service advisor that attended to me initially was horrible and the shuttle driver that took me home was very unprofessional. When I went back in to pick up my vehicle, I complained to a manager about the way I was treated by the service advisor and the driver and he apologized and gave me a discount. I am going to leave it at 2 stars until I visit for another service.
The service department at AutoNation Ford in Torrance is efficient and professional. All procedures were detailed prior and accomplished in the time allotted. I look forward to AutoNation Ford maintaining my C-max for years to come.
I was hunting down my dream truck for months and found it at AutoNation in Torrance. I have an insane work schedule and Leo was able to get me within my budget and handle my questions and some documents at odd hours and online. When I came in to pick up the truck it was detailed, gassed up and ready to roll and the paperwork took less than 30 min. Excellent experience all around and I couldn’t be happier with my truck and the deal.
It took us months of calling to solve a simple problem - we were not given two keys upon purchase. We had a wonderful experience with Yanni the day of the sale but is quite sad that their ability to follow up on calls is truly lacking. We finally did have someone call us back and fix the problem (7 months later) after we called the main number for Autonation and emailed our complaint. We finally did get our second key, but I would be reluctant to recommend this dealership to a friend.
Always I get the best service at Ford. Everyone is so friendly. My car was ready the next day and I was able to drive away feeling confident that my car was well taken cared of. If sounds better and runs better. Thank you Tom, & Jesse
My husband took both our vehicles for an oil change, etc. The service employees were very helpful and he wasnt there long at all. Will always be bringing our vehicles here for service.

I have brought both of my vehicles in multiple times to this location and gotten great friendly service from both Derek and Jesse. Theyre up-front about costs and have been able to resolve any issues that have come up since Ive been a customer here.
I had my vehicle at autonation for the oil and filter, and multi point checkup. The price keeps increasing. The courtesy car wash, would have been better left not doing. They got more water inside the car than outside the car. I now have water stains on visor and fabric down post on the drivers side, along with standing water on the floor mats. I am not happy. The service level has declined in the last year, but the costs has increased.
Ford made 2 appointments for a recall and then went to appointment took time off from work and they tell me parts are not in when I arrived. I still don’t have my recall done at this point.
Best experience ever, I got there with something else in mind and ended up getting something way better that I didn’t think I would get approved for. I was able to get help from two fine gentlemen, Marcus and Ab, I’m so grateful for their help...the service was just amazing and I couldn’t be happier. This dealer must be proud of their employees for their great and honest work ethic! Highly recommend!
Yanni was awesome. Reached out to him online to inquire about a specific Ranger, had it ready to go in 24 hours. We drove 2 hours just to get this specific truck that had everything we were looking for. Yanni was great and got the deal done and we were out of there in less than 2 hours. 100% work with Yanni if your in the market for a new vehicle.

I had been searching and located a Ford F-150 (VIN : 1FTEW1CP2HKD89274) through cargurus at this location.After the sales associate questioned whether I was looking at the same vehicle he had in his inventory, his response was:Jaime,indeed we checked cargurus and you are right the truck shows a different price then in our inventory, however there is also a disclaimer notice at the cargurus website with the following information....Disclaimer...In other words that is a price error that you saw at their website, we just received this vehicle yesterday as a trade, our selling price is the price Ive send you at your email Jaime.Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.My reply:No thank you.Auto Nation prides itself on a no haggle guarantee but when you realize that your vehicle is not priced to your satisfaction on a third party website that you contract with to bring in new business, you conveniently disclaim it away.In essence, the public can never have the confidence that the listed price will be honored. AutoNation will always have the benefit of stating it was just a pricing error. I wonder how many times this happens? One wonders why the auto industry has such a bad reputation for shady practices of bait and switch, high pressure negotiation etc. The fact that you have just received the truck as a trade in is irrelevant to the price being listed at one price and another at the actual dealership.AutoNation no haggle guarantee is correct. There is no haggling when the price is not right for the dealership.As a courtesy to you and AutoNation, this email will be posted today on social media so that everyone is aware of this pricing error.
