Heather has been my insurance agent for more than 15 years and i cant imagine a better agent to work with. Her team is efficient and knowledgeable, and great at communicating with me when necessary. My entire insurance relationship is with Heather which is convenient and i feel State Farm rates are reasonable for the coverage that i have.
Completely predatory and incompetent customer service. Management lacks any manner of empathy of compassion, nor responsiveness to reason and logic. Unfortunately a slavish devotion to furthering a corporate agenda trumps a mission statement within articles of incorporation. Never can I trust such an unscrupulous and shadowy entity who exhibits so little honesty and trustworthiness.Worst headache Ive ever experienced when a customer needs efficiency and accountability in emergencies. Never will this corporation receive my patronage, and further more I will do my best to discourage all who inquire for recommendations. Wait until reliance on SF to satisfy their obligations, and 6 days of calls to dozens of disparate personnel will sour even the best first tier customer service reps Hospitality. The corporation is morally corrupt, devoid of concern.
