I have been customer for many years with Allstate, and I am so happy with their services as of today. I was looking to get insured one of my daughters and every other insurance was giving me a very high rate, which was out my range, but I got a very good rate through them. My daughter and I are so so happy to know that we could count on All State Insurance one more time for our insurance needs. I have nothing negative about my experience with Allstate; I am so so happy with their services and the exceptional work that the agents do to provide you with good quotes at very decent price that is affordable, reasonable to the consumers like me. I tried calling toooo many when I need to ask them about my policy, they never answer my calls; much less return a call, they dont even answer a call to MAKE PAYMENT over the phone, LOUSY SERVICE...

Scott Robertson insurance.... NEVER AGAIN!!! 3rd party insurance company who collects your $$ sets you up on your policy and when you have an issue or need customer service they are the first to make excuses have about 3 different people try and explain to you what that one representative can’t, keep you on hold, hang up on you and you call back finally transfer you to an Allstate agent to assist you. Then they have the audacity to give you an attitude for being frustrated with them and their tone of voice.

Since the first day my experience was pretty bad. I was at Honda buying a car for someone else and since they have the Allstate agency there they offer me their insurance. I accepted for them to give me a quote and they told me they could give me a better price than my current policy. I asked if they’re sure about it and they said yes, showing me the price.So I cancel my old insurance and when I got their insurance they said they’re sorry, there was a mistake, they could not give me the price they offered me. For sure I got very upset. At the end they gave me some gift cards as credit for the price they could not match.Even when they try to fix it, I wasn’t happy With what happened. First, they still lied to me. Second, they wasted my time. And 3rd, the following policy (after 6 months) came without the gift cards so at the end I still ended up paying more that what they initially told me.I didn’t contact them because I was so sick of that so decided to pay the extra money for my peace of mind.Now it’s time to renew my policy again. I had a minor accident in February. I’ll include the pictures so you can see how small was the incident. I just found out they are increasing my policy from $946.34 to $2717.30!!!!! Yes, you read it right. I just contacted the person managed my accident claim to see if I killed someone (sarcasm).I just don’t understand how they can increase my policy from $157.7 to $452.9 PER MONTH. I don’t get it. When I received the new policy I was convinced it was a mistake so I called them to ask. And that’s absolutely right!! They’re increasing $295 per month.Please see the damage of the car in the pictures.So, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET ALLSTATE INSURANCE. And of course I’m canceling my insurance coverage with them.
