I’ve been dealing with claim from another insurance company for almost two months now and it’s been a headache for the most part. Long story short my motorcycle was hit in a parking lot at my work and the lady was so kind to inform me rather than taking off. I started the claim with her insurance provider and I understand some situation take longer than other but I feel like I’ve been given the runaround from them. I should have gone through State Farm vs her insurance because I always have great customer service and response time with claims when it’s with State Farm.I started to feel helpless so I called up Ron Martinez today to ask a few questions regarding the issue I was having with the other insurance company due to the lack of help from their adjusters and Ron solved my issue without a hassle. I got a hold of the adjusters supervisor (from the other insurance company) since the adjusters were no help and I provided them with the information Ron gave me and the issue was settled. I’ve been trying to resolve this problem since last Friday (which is a $400 out of pocket rental car insurance expense on my end) and Ron literally saved me $400. The other insurance group wasn’t straight forward and seemed as if they were trying to stick me with a bill that wasn’t my responsibility but thankfully Ron was able to help me out.I can’t stress how much Ron has helped my family and myself out through the past years and during these stressful times we are all going through. No other insurance provider competes with the quality of service I’ve received from State Farm. The whole world may advertise cheap insurance rates but I am absolutely content knowing the price I pay for insurance coverage is what I will receive time and time again from Ron and his team members. Cheap insurance isn’t always the best and I’ve learned that I can’t put a price on my sense of security.Thank you Ron, Liz, and Maria!
I have had my car and home insurance with Ron for over 10 years already.Ron and his team at his branch are the best team to work with.I got into an accident 2 years ago and was declared at fault which resulted in an increase of my premium.I reached out to Ron about the issue and he was able to re open the case after 2 years and was able to reverse the insurance decision and reversed the at fault decision to at Not fault result.I believe this has no precedent as it is very difficult to do this, but Ron and his team knows very well what to do to make things happen for you!!Thanks Ron for all your help!German T
