The other office I was going through closed down after Gary Willhite retired and although I miss that office and the people that worked there, ever since switching to this location the service has been great! Ingrid has helped me sort things out multiple times and has been super nice and Payton and everyone else I’ve ever talked to has been so sweet, helpful, and friendly. Great office with a nice balance of professionalism and personality. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re wondering where to get insurance through.

Jeff Lowe took over all my insurance policy needs last year (home and three cars) and Im saving money every month now compared to my previous provider. Jeff gave me his business card about 4years ago at yogis on Anza and Sepulveda He told me he was passionate about saving people money and that he could help me. After a few phone calls and emails overlooking my policy He begged me to switch and I was resistant, because I for whatever reason felt obligated to stay loyal to the company I was using! It wasn’t until I (after many years of being accident free) backed into a tree and was dropped by my insurance company. I gave jeff a call and explained my dilemma. First he offered to buy me lunch at yogis and then he handed me over to Dominique to gather info on any possible changes to the quote he had given and not only did he save me money he got me better coverage! I believe Jeff is committed to providing a service and for that he has gained my business and my loyalty “I should have gone with Jeff a long time ago”.
