Mr. Hong consistently went above and beyond to help me both before and after I was in an accident. He tried to share with me the various ways to save money on my policies and let me know of ways to bundle insurance while making sure my family and I were completely covered in case of anything. When I was involved in an accident, he helped with setting up the appraisal for the damage and helped me feel better after what was a trying time and answered all my questions over the phone.
