Insurance was great but I was very disappointed to find out the monthly plan I had changed to paying every 6 months. especially during this time. I tried to break up the payments 250 / 250 to pay the full 500 which by the way is a lot to pay at once. They told me if I did not pay before the due date I would lose my insurance and would have to see if they would resign me up. I do plan to change after this year. My payments before the change were around 220 per month which for me is easier than 500 even if its only 2 times a year those 2 times I have other bills not just insurance give me a break

I was a customer with Obuljen Agency for almost 18 years, everything was perfect up until I moved two of my cars to Geico because I saved almost $500 and I understand that Derick was upset and he was telling me over the phone that he doesnt want to have business with one car. He was telling me to go to Geico, you just need a policy for your claims. I believe he was accusing me of only wanting to collect my claims and collect money which is extremely unprofessional and very rude. I will never recommend this agency to anyone.
