The experience I had was a good one. I got my furnace repaired and it is working fine at this point. The technician Joe was very friendly. Even though it taken a few days, it was repaired.

I have been a single home owner for five years now. I purchased a home that was built in 1947 and it hadnt seen a single update since. I had only one wall heater and plenty of windows with weathered frames to manage my heating and cooling.I was lucky enough to be referred to Quality Air Heating and Cooling. Joseph was so down to earth and kind that I was extremely comfortable from square one! He is extremely honest, well priced, and performs top-notch work. Even when I thought that I wanted to explore more expensive options he took the time to make sure that I really understood what I truly needed and didnt try to oversell me. Who does that these days?!?The work: he removed my old wall heater, installed my AC unit, ran all piping, installed a new thermostat as well as built in the vents for each room. Joe and his team worked hard from beginning to end and was extremely professional the entire time. His work was excellent and details were taken care of without any hesitation. Everything installed to code.He even painted the conduit outside to match the shade of my house!!!Please, look no further. For any AC or heating needs, do yourself a favor and just call him. I have already referred him to friends, coworkers and other family members.He is truly the best.My dad as well as a friend also used him and are totally happy too. Just saying.

Joe is highly recommended!! He is a friendly professional and provide quality service with very good price. I am really happy that I chose him from several referrals made by my HOA. His response is fast and is flexible to meet my schedule and of course his price and quality of work is very good.Joe installed a roof-top air conditioner for me last summer and he replaced the unit in the time frame and price promised even though the crane service he booked in advance couldnt make it in the last minutes and he has to pay extra from another crane service. He did not charge us for his extra cost. Later, I asked him for a quote on the conversion of a wall-heater to central air for my old house. He didnt push me to make a decision and simply told me to give him a call whenever we are ready. He did not worry if I shop for a price comparison. Now I need a furnace replacement for a new house that I plan to move into, guess who is the vendor I will choose? Joe from Quality Air Heating and Cooling!

Said he would do some work for me, set an appointment, then he didnt show. After a second no-show (which he didnt have the courtesy to let me know he wouldnt make it beforehand), he didnt even message me afterwards or make an attempt to re-schedule.
