Michelle sent out Edwin who would replace my thermostat for my heater here in old Torrance.Edwin did the diagnosis and then replaced the problem thermostat. And then let me know some maintenance tips that I was not aware of. He told me to let the air flow and not to close up all my vents like I was doing. And to replace my filter. Which I knew on the front, but the one up in the attic had not been replaced since the original install from before we bought the house.A very easy and pleasant experience.

P & M Mechanical installed my Air Conditioner last year. They were very professional and clean. Shoe Covers anytime they walked in the house, covered my hardwood floor so that it didnt get damaged during the installation and cleaned up completely when they were done. They also did my 1 year maintenance the year after and completely went though the heater and air conditioner to make sure that it was running properly including changing filters, vacuuming the unit completely and washing the condenser outside. I would highly recommend this company.
