Went in with a leaking tire. They saw me right away, found and fixed the problem quickly. Great service from Nathan and Town Fair Tire. I found my new go-to tire place.

I was in last week and I was waited on by Jon (#179). It was one of my better experiences getting tires. There was some issues with my original appointment time but he was able to get me in the next day. Before hand I had found a lower price of tires online and he matched that price in store. Great experience and I would definitely go there again. Jon was friendly and is has great customer service skills.

Jon is a remarkable sales representative.  I have had many experiences at Town Fair Tire since 2014 and keep going back because of the level of service I receive.  Over the years, Jon has continued to provide an amazing level of customer service (cs) and I dont say this lightly as I work for a company that is known for their legendary customer service.  Jon is kind, respectful, listens and is fully engaged.  He goes above and beyond making sure you have the best option for your driving situation, explaining tread patterns, how different tire compounds perform in different climates vs. selling you anything as others do.  This type of cs is very rare these days as we all know and shows hes invested in the customer and the company and this makes for longtime loyal customers. I hope TFT knows what a valuable employee they have in Jon and invest in him as they will reap the benefits many times over.  I know this because my experience working with Jon has brought me back for repeat business since 2014 and new customers from those that I have shared my experiences with by word of mouth.

Alignment was done fast, and the truck rides smoother. Worth the money.

I have had nothing but great experiences with TownFair Tire. They have amazing customer service. I made an appointment for 4 new tires and I didn’t need tires like I thought I did. I was having leak issues but rather then just selling and putting on the tires as I had planned, Jason told me what was going on and gave me a much better deal. It saved me money and he was honest which is a very rare quality. Thank you for caring more about the customer than the sale.

Town Fair Tire in Topsham is the place. I was welcomed in by John this past Saturday. As far as Im concerned, you cant do better. John offered me a wide selection of tires and related services. I purchased four tires, had them installed, the front end aligned and old rubber disposed. The waiting area was clean. I spent under an hour for my completed transaction and I did not have an appointment.When you need tires go see John at Town Fair Tire in Topsham.

I bought new toyo tires for my daughters acura mdx. One tire kept loosing air, so their first response was to remove my tpms, and put a valve stem. Next morning tire went flat went back, after two hours they determined that the tire had a leak. They had to order tire but in the meantime they plugged the old tire. Went back last night for the fourth time, and they finally replaced the tire. Thankfully I got the roadside coverage, but still had to pay $27.00 for rotation blah blah. Although a very fustrating experience, the staff was very professional, and friendly. I personally think the tire was defective because they never really could find the actual puncture.

Set up an appointment for tires and alignment.They had it in and out in a hour.Great customer service.I had called and talked with customer service to set up, wither it was miss communication or what not, when my truck came out it had the wrong tires 😳. The manager quickly found the solution and the tires I wanted and got them swapped out. Like I said it was miscommunication, But what great service. Up and beyond to make it right!!!!Even tho it cost me a little more time, it was well worth it!!Note: if you ordered on line, just take a peek at the tires when you get there. Just to make sure.

I bought 4 tires and got an alignment. I was in and out in one hour and was very satisfied. I was impressed by the way they were practicing safe distances and wearing masks. The manager, Brett Gratton, was very knowledgeable about what was the best tires for my vehicle and priced within my budget. These are the reasons why I keep coming back to Town Fair Tires.

Spent $1200 on a brand new set of wheels and tires. After install tires were not properly inflated, alignment was way off and had a terrible vibration in steering wheel. Return a couple of days later to have the problem fixed and still nothing. Vibration continued and alignment still off. Went back again and they ordered two new tires thinking that was the problem. Went back for my FOURTH trip and they swapped the tires out.... Steering wheel still shakes and now MY RIMS ARE SCRATCHED! Take your business elsewhere.

Always found they have good prices, and I like that I can still get cheap steel rims for winter tires there. In the one instance where I happened to get a defective rim from them, they had excellent customer service, replacing tires/rims until they fixed the problem without any hassle.

Came in yesterday to get some price options for my odd tire size and had a great experience with Paul Saucier. We must have gone over every spec between tire technology, alignment specifics, talked for 20 minutes before quoting out the best option. He is so knowledgeable and genuine, its been a long time since Ive dealt with someone so pleasant and easily understandable. I was really impressed by how professional and courteous and patient he was.

Jon is the man! He helped me with buying rims and tires over a year ago very patient and understanding as I made sure they were exactly what I wanted. Just last week I ended up losing my specialty socket for my lug nuts, when I went back Jon helped me out again. He came out to make sure socket would fit and got me back on the road. Thank you Jon! Town Fair Tire sells quality tires and service, so consequently the prices are a bit higher than youd expect to pay for more questionable products elsewhere. The simple fact is that theyre a bit out of my price range, sadly. However, that being said, I have never encountered a more professional representation of any company than I did here. If only 10% of my customer service experiences elsewhere were just 10% as positive as my experience was here, Id consider that a serious step in the right direction for this typically disinterested and unconcerned, very often rude, and largely uninformed customer service landscape. So, if youve been missing the elusive service aspect of modern customer service, or if youre a customer service manager looking for a ray of colorful light in an otherwise bleak spectrum, or if you work somewhere on the front lines of customer service and cant quite bend low enough to get under the bar, visit Town Fair Tire in Topsham and ask for Paul.

Went to my dealership for State Inspection and was told I needed new tires to pass inspection. Dreading tire shopping but walked in Town Fair and Brett was wonderful and made the experience stress free and gave me the knowledge on the right type of tire for a Nissan Crossover.

Called up at 8 am. Got a 1030 AM appointment. They didnt even take my vehicle until 1130. I didnt see it again until almost 1PM. Why make a reservation if you have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get TWO tires mounted and balanced?They refused to issue me a partial refund, free alignment. I got nothing. Avoid this place.

Dont bother to stop in, overpriced and a little on the shady side. I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation waited an hour they brought it out and nothing had been done...unbelievable right?If you want a good deal on tires and top notch service see Gary at The Tire warehouse.

I had an appointment last Friday at 230 they said it would be 2 hours. It was. We drove off and my truck was making a humming sound so we drove back for them to tell us there was problems with my truck that wasn’t. The rims they ordered didn’t fit. So on goes my stock tires and they made us an appointment for today(Tuesday). For 800. We show up at 800 for them to tell us the guy that we dealt with Eric on Friday never put us in the books. So at 849 they finally bring in my truck and at 956 here we still sit and wait😡

Came in today with a nail in one of my tires on my Audi SQ5. The guys at this location were extremely professional and from working at a mechanics shop myself I can say that they do the job right. Waited about 30 minutes for them to repair it and they offered to cover all charges due to the wait. Overall very pleased with the service and was very happy to be back on the road in a flash.

Very impressed with the Topsham store. I had tires put on at a different store and had a vibration from the rear tires and took my truck in to have them rebalanced. Paul, looked at the tires and also pointed out that the alignment was out too. They checked the tires for defects, aligned the truck and rebalanced the tires all under warranty and free of charge.

Paul helped me with some pricing of new tires and was very kind and personable. He really knows what he is doing and was able to find me some good tires for my car. Thanks again Paul!

Brett, Jon, and Paul went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I was in a couple weeks ago for a winter tire changeover and found that some of my lug nuts were bad so they replaced them for me. They also explained exactly why I needed a balance and alignment. No one has ever taken the time to do that with me before. They also were honest about how long it would take. Very courteous, helpful. On line i made a mistake with tire size they help me find another tire for replacement.

I had a flat tire and they patched it for $6 and change! They were able to get me right in and I didnt want too long.

Came in to find out the cost and expected wait time with a slow-leaking flat. Left 30 min later, flat fixed. Paul was direct, courteous, and clear about what work needed to be done, not to mention prompt about fixing my issue! I’ll definitely be coming back with any future issues.
