Eddie helped my aunt and I upgrade both of our phones. My aunt was getting an iPhone for the first time and she had lots of questions. Eddie was extremely patient, answered every single one of our questions, went above and beyond to make sure that my aunt felt comfortable with everything and also made some thoughtful recommendations that ended up being helpful for her in the long run. Great service for a family member. Owner of store arranged for a South Portland associate to travel to Portsmouth, NH to pick up a certain phone that they did not have in stock. The associate then brought it to Topsham, ME so that my family member could have it the same day. This is absolutely above and beyond.

My wife and daughter went in to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free deal that apple was offering. We were also eligible to receive an iPad for $99. I inquired about getting one with more memory and was told I could but it would be $199. I told them the one I wanted but they did not have one in stock and said the would have to order one. I said go ahead and do it and call me when it comes in. After a week I went to the store and it still was not in so I spoke with another salesman he went online and ordered it again and said it would be in the next week. Got a call saying it was in so I went to pick it up and was told I had to pay full price because that promotion was over. I explained my situation and I was offered a small discount but the iPad still would have been over $500 bucks. Horrible service at this store I would take your business elsewhere
